I am Sandeep Gupta, I have applied for learning license of MCWG/LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on 05/08/2023, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority. Please help me here.

We had applied for a Learner Licence on 9.04.2023 and it is still showing as pending "Approval Of LL By Licencing Authority". We have visited the RTO but still no resolution has been done.

Today when my friend and I were leaving from the Silicon City Indore, a car behind us was honking a lot. Despite having a lot of space, he did not come out. Then when we stopped our vehichel on the side to let him leave, then he started misbehaving with us. Started abusing and ran to hit us, he had almost slapped my freind . I recently completed the online learner's license test for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) on 25th June. As I eagerly await the approval of my learner's license, I encountered an unexpected obstacle. I received a notification stating that there is an existing license with the same particulars in the system. Upon investigation, I discovered that the existing license pertains to my MCWG license, and it seems to be causing confusion in the current application process.

I would like to clarify that I am well aware of my existing MCWG license, and I am not attempting to apply for a duplicate license. My current application is solely for a learner's license, specifically for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV), and I have not previously obtained this category of license.

Given the circumstances, I am unable to visit the North Zone Mall Road RTO office for an in-person resolution, as it is quite far from my current location. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter online to ensure a swift and accurate resolution.

I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation required to verify my identity and to demonstrate that I am indeed applying for an LMV learner's license for the first time.

I have submitted application for ll via online mode on 2 aug 2023 and till today my application is still under processing at RTO level . I need a ll urgently and I am unable to go to RTO pune office. Plz help me .

On the payments page for driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.600. Selected "canara" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

The parivahan payment interface is most horrific interface for any one worst web iu and navigation. Special when it's come to online payment it's sunt a painful situation.who the heck managing the site.

I have applied for learning license at Thane RTO on 10/06/2023, but still it is in waiting state as "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY".

I have to tell about the subjected matter as follows :-

1.PUC certificate not being issued for my bike and instead the PUCC system showing following msg - "Registration number more than 1 RTO. Please contact RTO office"?

2.As the puc of my above bike was expired, i had gone for the same before and after due date but it was not done because the system was showing "registration number more than 1 RTO, please contact RTO office" (The copy of it is attached).

3.I am the first owner of the mentioned vehicle, Purchased directly from RE showroom.

I, therefore, request you to please see the matter and regularize it immediately so that i can get my PUC done.

Also, i request you to please manage it to not to fine due to PUC till the problem is eradicated by your office.

With reference to the above subjected letter I have to say that I am facing a great problem to take my bike out due to PUC is not being done.

I, therefore, request you to please eradicate the problem immediately.

I am Akshay S Shetty, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Electronic City, Karnataka, I passed the test on[protected], Its been 45 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. They have asked me to upload the signature and photo twice, I have done both times but still haven't approved my LL even though i cleared all my tests.

PUC of my Car AS01BV4764 is going to expire on 19-Aug2023. Since I'm presently at Kolkata, I tried renewing the same at the nearest PUC center at "Chandimata Auto Emission Testing Center, Rajarhat, Kolkata, WB. However when the personal tried to do the same he got an error message as "Please contact rto to update fuel norms". My complaint is, as per process we can update our PUC at any place in India, and while is updated...
