I am gotam, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Ludhiana Punjab, I passed the test on 05/04/2023, Its been 11 hours now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I am mr. Ruthvik Muntha, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is[protected] at Tirupathi rto, Tirupathi.
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 27th march 2023.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So...

I have purchased a veichle from mohali on 18dec 2022 under RTO kharar
Still i have not received a RC yet

I have filled an online application of HPT(Hypothecation Termination) on parivahan website on 3rd march 2023. on that i have choose faceless verification in that i have to only upload documents on the portal and I don't have to visit the RTO. but after 1 month my application status was "APPLICATION PENDING AT HPT-VERIFICATION AT KACHCHH(GJ-12)". so decided call to parivahan helpline and they suggested me to visit the RTO. after that i traveled...

I submitted my RC book and NOC for my car at Kolkata RTO through Mukesh Hyundai, Keshtopur Kolkata in 2018 for number change from Karnataka to West Bengal. We were asked to coordinate with the agent at the Saltlake RTO. Every time we called, either he did not pick up or if he did receive the call he would give a future date to call and coordinate when to come. This went on till end of 2018 and then Covid-19 came and he stopped answering calls....

I received an e-challan on my mobile yesterday from the challan.parivahaan.gov website. My car was not even on the roads for time and place that are mentioned in the challan. Neither is the driver who was driving the car known to me.

When my car was standing at my office at that time how can a challan be generated??

Is this some mistake or some kind of fraud?

Refer my application ID[protected]. It is a DL renewal and address change process.
All the relevant documents and fees was submitted on 2Mar23. The current status shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL'.
It's been more than month and I've not received my renewed DL

I have passed my dl test and completed it showing approval of dl pending by RTO then when I will get the my test completed on 20/03/2023 kindly do the needful how I will get that...

My license was issued in Gujarat, Ahmedabad (GJ01 RTO) in 2009. I'm residing in Kerala and need to renew the license.
I visited sarathi.parivahan.gov.in and applied for renewal but it is not allowed to public for data entry.

Please help get this DL backlog entry approved.
Without this, I cannot renew DL....
