dl dispatched but not yet received and speed post tracker number not available

My license got dispatched on[protected] and today's date is[protected]. Its almost 15 days i have not got my permanent license. Neither on the website my speed post tracker number is displayed. I don't think speed post takes 15 days for delivery. I had tried calling my nearest rto many times but to no avail. Proof in form of photograph is uploaded below...

I received following message on my mobile number.in the message, mobile number is mine but vehicle is unknown. Please look into this matter. Attaching the message screenshot for reference.

Message i received :

"vehicle no. Mh47s0045 is added to my vehicles in traffic police app by user having mobile no. [protected]"...

record test results of driving test pending

I gave permanent driving licence test i. E. On[protected]. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarthi. due to fake duplicate number plate using by another person wrong e challans getting on my mobile.

I purchased a grey Honda Activa 2 wheeler on 4th June 2019. My RTO registration number is MH-03-DH-2578. I started getting E challans from Maharashtra traffic police since 15th july 2019. So far they sent me 5 challans till today. I never broke the traffic rules, always used helmets and strictly followed the road safety. Im at home and the bike is in the garage but I've received complaints at that time. On searching for photograph with RTO...

false vcr issue on my motorcycle

I have a honda unicorn motorcycle in bhubaneswar location. But chatrapur rto issued a false vcr taht telling its a tripeer (10 wheeler) and asking me to pay 1000 fine. I shown all document but still they did not close the case. I visited two times in lokaadalat. Without any fault i am roaming and if i did not did any mistake why should i pay.
Also i asked to show chesis number and verify. No i am not able to get online pucc.

dl slot booking not allowed due to illogical errors

Whenever I've tried to book appointment for DL Test, thw website is showing different error messages. Error messages are as below
1)As the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for DLTest slot booking .
2) DL application number is not availlable for the my LL No.
3) application number is approved but slot booking is not allowed
Please resolve this issue and allow me to book...

request for action for illegal parking of the vehicle

i the undersigned state and request you as under :-
that SUBHASH RATHOD owns a maruti ertiga VXI vehicle bearing REG.NO.GA.03.W.3026 and as per the permit he is suppose to park his vehicle in hotel campus .
that SUBHASH RATHOD is parking the above said vehicle in front of my green bar and resturant, vagator junction bus stop, vagator, bardez -goa which is not as per the permit rules

rc book

Dear sir/mam,
My vehicle no. Is gj18cf9684 but the rto staff make a very big mistake in my rc book they had written my vehicle no. Gj18ce9684 instead of gj18cf9684 therefore i had gone to rto office and complain about it. But they are not giving a satisfied response since 2 years. I go to rto office every month but they are not solving this for 2 year. Plzz solve it immediately otherwise we had to do a very high level of complain....

Hi, i am karishma. I was harassed by an rto officer today near the service road before agara bridge flyover. The rto office started asking for 100 rupees fine saying the number plate is missing whereas i had painted number plate (Been there since the vehicle was bought). He started blaming me saying it is not allowed and i have to have a metal plate. And started saying what if this is a stolen bike, when asked him to check the vehicle documents,...

non refund of fancy number booking amount

We have booked for fancy number on 20/06/2019 and 26/06/2019, but we did'nt get the bid. We got the message that the amount will be refunded within seven working days, but till now the amount is not credited.

driving test pass but driving license not received

Dear sir/madam,
I mr. Pavan sudhakar rathod who have applied for 2wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at vadala rto & i have passed for mcwg driving test on dt.08/07/2019, but till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl

dl approval pending for over a month

I passed the driving license test on 16th July 2019 for MCWG at dy rto, vashi. It's been more than a month now and it's still showing approval of driving license pending at counter IMVCNT. I have passed my driving test but not yet approved

My driving license is not yet approved after i have passed my driving test. I was told that i will received the message before i can print my driving license. But it shows up that my application is under processing at rto level which is for the approval of my driving license. So, i am helpless and worried that no message in my phone about my dl is received....

1. temporary registration delay in rto even after entering in the rto portal 2. delay in issuing trade certificate

Even after many discussion with the rto no action has been taken.

1. After entering the vehicle details and customer detailsin in the vahan portal along with the payment of required fees, tp papers are being submitted to the rto and the papers are not coming back after the rto signature on time. Question is rto signature is required or not? As we are feeding the data in the portal.
2. Trade certificate is not renewed...

driving licence not printed in form7

My permanent driving license has been approved a month back and i checked status online but still it shows it is under the process of rto and have not been printed in form no.7 (Smart card).

Please do take action and print the dl in form 7 and dispatch it with immediate effect.

dl application status is pending
