Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of my driving license. I had applied for the driving license on 10/01/2023, and it has been more than 2months since I have completed all the necessary procedures for obtaining the license.

Despite several attempts to follow up with the concerned authorities, I have not received any response or update...

Application for RENEWAL OF DL and CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL was applied through https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice

Application has been in DL DISPATCH BY POST at ARTO UMESH counter since[protected] and the status has not changed since then...

Application number[protected] is pending for approval as I have passed out my driving test.kindly approve it as early as possible....

I am writing to inform you that I have not received my vehicle Smart RC Card with registration number MH16CS4502. I am attempting to apply for a duplicate vehicle registration card, but I am receiving an error message stating that my 'SMART CARD RC is pending for activation as application has been made for MH[protected].'

I am belonging to Rajkot, Gujarat.

I had applied for learning driving license before 20 days and completed all the procedures with fee payment.

Still application is processing at RTO level.

It is taking very long time to process....

I had applied for renewal of Driving license in RTO Jammu.
Driving License no is JK02 [protected]
It got approved on (19 November 2022)And it is showing Printing of DL in form 7 till now....

Respected authorities,

Submitted DL backlog application and documents at RTO office on[protected], was told it will get approved in 15-20 days. Again, visited RTO office on 10th March 2023 and submitted documents again. Still not approved, current status is "Application is under processing at RTO Level"

I had applied for Driving license in Prayagraj RTO, UP70.
Driving License no is UP70 [protected].
It got approved on[protected]. And it is showing Printing of DL in form 7 till now. RTO is not proving any answer and telling to only wait....

After the base charge for meter got 23 the charge for coming from my school to my house has always been 80 but this rickshaw’s meter charged 86. The rickshaw’s meter could have been fixed

The number of rickshaw was: MH 04 7641...

My DL was issued on 20th Jan but still, the status is 'PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7'. it's been a long time. I have filed a grievance already but no use. It's really embarrassing. Please take some necessary action. Let me know if I need to do something from my end. My application no is [protected]....

I have applied for driving license on 08/03/2022 with application no[protected] and successfully passed my DL test on 07/02/2023 completed all procedures from my end.

But I haven't got my driving license yet application status shows approval pending at rto level. Its been a month now

Please do something...

From 16th March i don't see any update on my application[protected] online, i visited RTO office yesterday, they said check in post-office with some old tracking number (RTO don't have any tracking information. given/updated in their record for sake of). I ran between RTO office and post-office yesterday 2 times. Still i don't get any information from RTO on DL. They are not doing things right way. If their own DL will they do the same way...

I am Omkar Ajit Dhumal. writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on Tuesday 21st march 2023. at campus of Savitribai phule Pune University, involving a RTO Inspector with RTO car no.(MH 04 KR 6472 )who wrongfully acquired a fine from me. I believe this to be an illegal act as the inspector had no authority to enter the university campus and therefore, I request you to investigate the matter...

I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 15/03/2023 But till now I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents)
Please help me get my learner license.

After entering the details on learning license test and clicking on authenticate, the test is stuck at face authentication in progress, and is stuck forever and does not proceed further. My camera is on and i have good network connectivity. Also my face is clearly visible without any glasses/masks and there is no one else in background as well.
Still it does not proceed further.
Please check and help me to authenticate facebr...

I have my license issued from Telangana RTA and they have said to have done backlog entry so that I can get it transferred to Gujatat Ahmedabad RTO.
Can someone please help check the progress.

This Raghu raising complaint about missing our imported document which posted in Speed Post from RTO office

Our new vehicle RC card is posted from RTO office dated 19/6/2022 tracking No. EK[protected]IN (vehicle no. KA01JQ1303) in Speed Post...

But we are not received that document from speed post and we r enquired in RTO office about document, they said enquiry in near Post...

I have given dl test on 30 dec 2022 and passed. But now it's 23 march i have not receive dl and 3 stage are pending, approval of dl is also pending
I request to pls speed up and make sure my dl stage is completed

I am Saurabh Ashok Gawali, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Nagpur East, I passed the test on 22/02/2023, Its been 28 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.
