I am Sourav Kumar, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1), I passed the test on 06/06/2023, Its been 22 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. PRINTING OF LEARNING LICENCE IS PENDING.

I Bhavna Jain had appeared for RTO learner licence test on[protected], on which I got pass result. Its been more than 10 days, still I havent received my learner licence.

I submitted my application no.[protected] for the issue of a duplicate Driving License and completed the scrutiny of the documents on 24th April 2023 by visiting the RTO. The approval of endorsement was subsequently done on 16th May 2023 by the RTO. However, since then, the status of my application has been stuck at the RTO stating 'PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7'. The driver driving this vehicle, drives rudely, recklessly,
injuring pedenstrians, he uses abusive words,
drives like he owns the road, and he is talking bad about

Application submitted in April 2023. till date the website has the same status "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)". All fees everything is paid. i still don't understand what it takes to renew the license and dispatch it.

Request your intervention in the matter as Innova MH46 AP 0057 is wrongly black listed by Panvel RTO on the basis of request letter dated 5th Feb 2020 from Pankaj Mohite who request's Panvel RTO to black list the vehicle on the basis of Sales indemnity between Omkar J M and Pankaj Mohite. However the car is wrongly black listed by RTO, as per law the rightful owner for the hypothecated vehicle is always a lender (Manappuram Finance) as there is hypothecation on the

But till the date its shows status pending for

I had made online application for change in address of my driving license no. HR31 [protected] on 06.03.2023. My online application no. is[protected]. It is more than 100 days now, but the status is still reflecting as " APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL ".
I had sent 6 reminders ( online), but same response. I am a senior citizen and want my driving license with my current address. I request for doing the needful without any further delay.

Hi Sir, My DL renewal application is pending with RTO-India with status
"dl application - approval of endorsements on dl - pending" since 1st June 2023.

Due to this my license is not getting printed.

I am Balakrishnan, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Perambalur Tamilnadu.I passed the test on 21/06/2023, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority. I have already payed the tax, but its showing that Transaction is pending.
