Samsung M31s - Restart, freezing and hanged in boot up screen and stuck there

I have purchased Samsung M31s on Oct 2020 from Amazon. I didn't face any issue till last month and all of a sudden mobile stuck at auto boot up screen, freezing and hanging frequently. Exchange Amount requoted/ Request rejected

Hi, I placed an order for Samsung S22 on 27th Feb 2022 during pre-booking offer. While placing the exchange request I was given an option to mention the condition of old phone, where I specifically chose "BROKEN GLASS" and I was quoted a value of Rs3940/-.

Coupon provided for damaged product has time validity

I have purchased Samsung washing machine which had dent on arrival for which i did request for replacement.
But they mentioned that product does not have replacement option.
So provided me2 options:

Samsung m21- motherboard damaged within 2 months after the warranty period expired

I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 31st August 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 2 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue.
