Samsung M31s freezing and restarting automatically.

Hi Team,

From last few days my samsung phone is automatically getting hang and restart. Now this is not the issue with my phone only. There are lot of A series and M series phone. I have twitted about it bt there was no response from Samsung team. I went to service centre they are asking 10k for my phone repairing and saying mother board needs to be replaced. My phone's price is 14k.

Refund not credited even after 120 days

Samsung m31s motherboard issue due to company fault

Hello all,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in August 2020 just after the official release date of this model, ie 2020 July 30 which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. It finally switched off with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader....

Samsung M31 auto-restarting again and again

I bought Samsung M31 in August 2020. I have been facing this auto-restart problem for three days. I visited the Samsung Service center where I was asked to pay 7/8k as they said the motherboard needs to be changed, and that it is a problem from Samsung's side only. They said they are hearing this problem daily and in frequent amounts.

If this is the company's issue, why will we pay this big amount for it? Samsung should provide...

Exchange Amount requoted/ Request rejected

Hi, I placed an order for Samsung S22 on 27th Feb 2022 during pre-booking offer. While placing the exchange request I was given an option to mention the condition of old phone, where I specifically chose "BROKEN GLASS" and I was quoted a value of Rs3940/-.

Coupon provided for damaged product has time validity

I have purchased Samsung washing machine which had dent on arrival for which i did request for replacement.
But they mentioned that product does not have replacement option.
