Exchange Amount requoted/ Request rejected

Hi, I placed an order for Samsung S22 on 27th Feb 2022 during pre-booking offer. While placing the exchange request I was given an option to mention the condition of old phone, where I specifically chose "BROKEN GLASS" and I was quoted a value of Rs3940/-.

Samsung M31 restarting and freezing after software update

In November 21, I installed software update on my Samsung M31 phone provided by Samsung. After which It started freezing and restarting very frequently and sometime even gets stuck into restart loop. Coupon provided for damaged product has time validity

I have purchased Samsung washing machine which had dent on arrival for which i did request for replacement.
But they mentioned that product does not have replacement option.
So provided me2 options:
1. Get the coupon as goodwill gesture

Samsung m21- motherboard damaged within 2 months after the warranty period expired

I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 31st August 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 2 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue.
