i had booked a mobile Samsung J7 on 29/02/2016 thro my bank account

the Booking Order was[protected]

The Company is not responding to any off...

I have cancelled order as the delivery is delaying and they said that the amount will be refunded within 8-10 days. I cancelled order on 26-Feb-2016. But till now i didn't get my refund. Seems this is a fraud company. As we are paying money in advance and they are not delivering products on time, we are cancelling the product. By the time they are making business with our money.
They are not answering any call.

Please...

I have order one Lenovo mobile on the site at date.[protected], Mobile not received yet. No one is picking call or phone is always busy. I have called on below mention number. Required Boxed Pack, in good condition working mobile with manufacture one year warranty. Else return my money in three days, after more days pay interest of my money including 13 days.

I had purchased HTC 728 from this company and they did not deliver the order and suggested me to cancel the order so i cancelled the order and now they are not refunding the money no one is even responding the calls or emails its been more than 20 days these thing are going on

It would be great if things get going or else i will have to go to court...

I have already made the full payment through my Credit Card but still i have not received the order and also fail to communicate with (Syberplace) Customer Care.
