I have ordered on 21 feb 2016 on syberplace.com made payment from net banking asked me for wait 7 to 13 working days but after almost one month after order I didn't get any response or tracking or dispatching detail no call pick up or any response from customer care this is my final complaint and warning dispatch my order tomorrow otherwise I wil take strict action on you...

Called several times either busy or they don't receive calls, and if they pick the phone, only say they need 2 more working days. Now, how they will refund. Or I should file a police complaint, and file a suit in consumer forum....

My name is Dinesh Suthar. I had placed an order of Lenovo A7000 Turbo mobile phone from online shopping site https://www.syberplace.com on March 6, 2016.

It has been more than 10 days and my product has not dispatched/shipped yet. It should have been delivered to me by now. When i tried to check the status of my order over the site, it is still showing as ORDER CONFIRMED only. Also i gave order around...

I paid the full amount for a purchase of a laptop online using my credit card 6 weeks ago and there is no news of the laptop nor refund. I have tried calling their so called 24*7 helpline but no response.
