Dear sir,

i have ordered a mobile on syberplace.com order id is[protected] on dated 26/02/2016 its completed 13 business days as the company mentioned on their website count as monday to friday but still i am not received my mobile phone and not track on their website so please help me to receive my mobile phone .

I have placed an order of mobile Gionee worth rs. 10499 on dated 26 feb-16 but till date no delivery status received. i am trying for contacting them on their given numbers but no response... i am really afraid. Then today i contacted with Hyderabad City Police they suggest me to File an FIR in my local police station after they will help me in this case...

Hi...my order id is[protected]. I placed an order for tablet. After long wait and follow up finally I canceld the order. Till no I hv not recd refund yet. I was following them on twitter but now they have blocked me to following them on twitter. Now they are not even replying my msg.
Can we lodge FIR for such kind of cyber fraud?

I have given a order (order no[protected] of micro max mobile (a-107) to syberplace.com through smartprice.com on 01/02/2016 & give payment through on debit card of rs - 5129/-on the same day. they are saying to me that they will be deliver mobile phone to me in 7-9 business day but they have not deliver to me due to which i have cancel the order after that they are saying to me that payment refund in two business days but till 15/03/2016...

I had placed an order for iphone 5s on 21 of feb by paying Rs.20000 via payumoney.
even after several calls and email i didn't get any response from syberplace.
i don't know what to do with this type of fraud done by syberplace ...
they are not return my money nor the product till date
kindly help me out with this situation......

I have purchased one mobile ph Lenovo a 1000from your so called SYBERPLACE on 29. 02. 2016 with EMI.
payment is successful but till the product has not been despatched.
I have tried many times to call but maxmium time got ph engage... even though ph rings no one received my ph call during working hour.

I have sent several mails and tried to call them. Initially they sent me mail saying that the product will be delivered shortly.
