I have ordered an Iphone 5s 16Gb space grey from Syberplace.com on 13 Feb 2016, order number is[protected]. I have not received this item till 12/03/16 exactly a month since order placed. I have contacted them several times but to no avail. I would like to get my money refunded within 2 business days, otherwise i have to go to consumer court to get my hard earned money....

I received a mobile handset asus zenfone 2 laser ze500kl as per order number[protected] on 12/02/2016,
But this phone is of different model
I ordered for asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl
But I received asus ze500kl order date 30/01/2016
As per telephone conversation with your executive .you promised me to send asus 10000mAh powerbank but still I'm waiting for powerbank a more over, the handset you sent wrongly is not...

I have booked one Gionee F103 Phone Which order no. is[protected] and book by debit card of SBI . this phone price is 8000 RS and now they not given any feedback or refund the money....

I tried to make call many times on given phone number but call not yet received. I raise mail to registered email ID but not yet proper response i received.
Main thing is that on website no where option available to cancel order.
