I, Vipul Prajapati, booked Gionee M5 Lite on 16/02/2016. The order no.[protected] was confirmed through online payment.

No intimation from the company that whether it has been dispatched or not, in website when i check status, it just says order received and order confirmed. but no dispatch details. Even customer care is always busy and after continuous;y calling for some 25 times rings goes but no body...

I have order #[protected] of Iphone 6s on 19th of feb. 2016 and pay through credit card on the time of order but now when I am calling or mailing they are not responding. Seems I have been cheated from www.syberplace.com.

After seeing so many complaints, I wanted to cancel my order and dropped mail to [protected]@syberplace.com and requested for refund.I am not finding any way to contact with www.syberplace.com.

I ordered a mobile on 14/02/2016 for Rs 8909/- from Syberplace.
I realized their fraudness and I cancelled the order on 15/02. They said they need 7 days for the refund. When I said i am approaching court for filing the complaint, they said they will do the refund immediately. till now I dint get refund. Please help me. Dont let these guys enjoy like this. I have ordered a mobile through Syberplace on 2nd January 2016 and the same was not shipped after 7 days of placing the order. So, I called the customer care ask the reason, they replied that it will take another 10-15 days to ship the same. So, I told them to cancel my order and refund the amount to the original payment method. Its more than one month since I cancelled the order, I haven't received the refund. I had placed & done my order#[protected] Payment on 27/01/2016, but still the status is showing processing. where in the company promises delivery of the product in 4 To 9 Business working days.
My Question is does it take any company 10 days to hand over the product to courier service?
When i called on the company contact number i was told that product will be shipped on 4th or 5th of Jan 2016. today is 6th so called back again...

it was faulty piece and got DOA letter from HP laptop, syberplace arranged pickup for parcel.
