But as i dont recieve my product till 09th of february 2016 i call your customer care number they told me some problem in dispatch product late so i canceled my order on 09/02/16

They told me refund will be recieved...

I have order a mobile phone on 16th february 2016 by paying full amount through online mode, as per timeline given it should deliver in 7-12 days but till date (18 days passed) the mobile was not received to me. I ordered a mobile phone panasonic eluga icon worth rupee 7999/-, at 25 Feb. 16. and paid the amount using my debit card. but after 10 days comapny did not respond this. i contact so many times to company but the are not attending my call and mail reply from them is that "it will dispatch 7-13 days". Bus still it did not dispatched. now i i cant open this site.

I have purchased 1 iphone 5s from website named "syberplace.com" on 3rd feb which i had cancelled on 9th feb after reviewing about the website . After cancellation my refund supposed to get my refund in 7-8 days . I was following up

I've ordered an iPhone 5s on Feb 12, 2016 which has not been delivered till date. It was expected to deliver in maximum 15 business days from the date of order. I have attached the invoice generated for my order.
