Syberplace is a cheating and fraud company.
I have booked a Micromax Canvas Nitro 4G Mobile phone through order No[protected] on 22.12.2015 by paying Rs.7899/- through net banking with Bank Code SBIB. There are so many complaints against this Syberplace store. As they could not fulfil my order they have cancelled my order No[protected] dated 22.12.2015 on 03.01.2016 and they have intimated me that my refund will be initiated with in 7-8...

I had cancel my order on 21/1/16 my order I'd is 10052226 and asked to refund my money but it is more than 4 days since its happen...
I had ordered a product iball infinito 2 on 11/01/16 but they just show processing that's it....

Purchased mobile phone INFOCUS M260 from syberplace.com. It has been 25 days but still havent received yet and no way to communicate with syberplace. Phone call goes unanswered, numbers are directed to worng number. No proper update.

I bought the product on 31st dec and still waiting, order #[protected]...

Ordered this iBall Andy 5m xotic 2gb with syberspace, on 6th jan 2016; my order no:[protected]. They neither delivered it nor returned my money back; so many mails went unanswered, calls not attended; Now website itself disappeared.

I ordered a Lenevo K3 Music Edition on 7th of Dcember 2015 worth Rs 9999. They were failed to deliver the product even after 20 days. So I cancelled the order on 27th of December. Order #[protected] was placed by me on syberplace.com site for a mobile [HTC One M8 eye]. Even after repeated calls from me, the company refuses to dispatch the product, rather keeps on giving further dates making impractical or just plain stupid excuses....

Hello Consumer Complaints Team, I ordered a mobile "Infocus M370i 16gb" in www.syberplace.com online shopping website on 2nd Jan 2016, Order number:[protected]. I have paid the money Rs.5939/- by using the debit card. They mentioned that the item will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days. Today the date is 09.01.2016, almost 7 business days got over, but till now I did not get any shipment or tracking details from the SyberPlace team....

Dear Team, I ordered Infoucs Mobile Handset from SyberPlace website with order no #[protected] on 30th Dec 2015 and paid the amount through my credit card and when next day 31st Dec 2015 I inquired about my order status by email on their customer care mail I'd then they revert me with courier details of Amarex Courier with AWB No# [protected] and when I track the courier details on Amarex Courier website then I came to know it was a wrong...
