I ordered iPhone 6 16 GB on 21 Dec 2015 on Syberplace.com and they are not dispatching my order no:[protected] even after 10 days I have called them many a times and they always say sir we will surely dispatch it today, kindly look into this matter....

I placed a order of micromax canvas jiuce 3.its order no. is[protected] on their site named SYBERPLACE.COM on dated 17 dec. 2015 bt still it is not dispatched yet. whenever i make call on their customer care no.[protected].they always says that it will be dispatch on tomorrow or day after tomorrow. still they are not giving the right information of it nor initiate the refund of Rs.6580. pls help me that what should i do....
