We had complained about aquaguard pipe connection affecting the water supply of kitchen tap. Aquaguard service engineer ashish kumar maurya visited us and he charged us rs 450 for telling us that this was a problem to be solved by plumber.

Ashish kumar maurya did not solve the problem and charged us rs 450, inspite of the machine being under amc.

Terrible service by eureka forbes... Cheating and looting customers...

I purchase acqaguard enhance water purifier on 20/03/2019 form maru furniture, hingoli (Maharashtra) 431513. At the time of purchase of above product seller inform me that every year only rs. 2000 to 2500 expense are necessary for maintenance. Same thing inform me by technician mr. Garud who came for installation the product. On 11/09/2019 the light indicator of purifier changed green in to white, regarding the same i called on the mobile...

Yesterday the technician mr. Mohan redy attended the maintenance and replacement filters for my water puritier ro enhance (Customer no [protected]) as per my service request no. [protected]
But i 'm sorry to inform you that he has changed refills for only four of the five filters. The refill of the sediment filter fixed externally was not changed.
On 11th june 2018 i paid rs, 7950 to wards the service contract amount for two...

An amc for the purifier was drawn in delhi in jan 2018. I moved to jaipur in aug 2018 and the purifier was installed after i gave a call at the call centre. Thereafter, nobody has bothered to provide the mandatory services under the amc despite multiple call and raising service request at the website (Service request no. [protected] dated 13 aug 2019) after about a dozen calls in the past month a representative of classic services jaipur visited...

I have never seen such poorest of the poor service of aquaguard water purifier in bhubaneswar. I have complete amc. No water flowing since 7 days. Technician attended but but after one hour the water again stopped. There after i am lodging complaint repeatedly. But nobody is responding.

Please don't buy aquaguard products. Here you can neither get service and the service technicians have no knowledge of the product....

4 nos of ro+uv water purifier were purchased for konkan railway corporation ltd in the month of feb 2019 (2 for roha and 2 for ratnagir) out of 4, 2 are not working and under break down. Even after the repeated contact with the supplier no proper positive action on this matter.

We have purchase eureka forbes water purifier for entire konkan railway by seeing the quality and performance but now felt that the the product lost...

I purchased a reviva ro water purifier for rs. 14190 on 17th september, post which installation was done on 20th. I also purchased a metal stand for the purifier, paying 900 rupees. Since the day it was installed, the spout has been leaking water on to the stand, causing rust. We asked for a replacement, but both the salesperson (Ravi) and the technician have blcoked our phone numbers. None of the customer care or office...

I have purchased water purifier.. The sales executive promised to give a discount of 1500 in exchange of our old water purifier (Kent) which is y we agreed for the purchase of purifier from eureka.. Since kent executive had already spoken for 1500 discount for purchasing his brand.. Eureka has a better brand name that’s the reason we agreed & purchased with him.. His said the delivery boy would give the amount but the delivery boy refused...

This is regarding the purchase and installation of the above product at my residence in kendranchal, vivek vihar, pali road, jodhpur. The product was purchased on 17th of august, 2019 and has been installed in the wrong water tap of the kitchen which is to the complete dissatisfaction of the customer.

Inspite of many calls, they have not helped...

This is for the aquasure model of water purifier that i am using. We had a broken tap issue a few days back and that we registered a compliant on 18th september. The service technician who came on the next day said he had the wrong model in the database and does not have the right tap. He indicated he will come after two days. Despite repeated calls over their call centre nothing happened. We now have a your "friend for life" sitting here...

I have order one ag-200 and also get quote from mr. Navneet sagar for that. But they (By dealer) installed water purifier (Dr. Aquaguard classic uv +) (Invoice no: pe/19/20/056) without confirming by us.

Fast off all they wrongly installed this machine for increase there sale only. When i asked mr. Navneet & mr. Manoj a lot regarding the consumption, both said its a very good one for you. "i have all the mail/call/chat records"...

I purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier in 2016. In 2017 I signed an AMC for 2 years expiring in October 2019 with Payal Agencies Vadodara, their authorized service center. For a year they attended it well. The very next year their service became erratic.

In August 2019 I had a major issue with the purifier of leakage (water all over the kitchen platform) even though servicing was done in July 2019. I called Payal agencies...

Multiple times i call and new people pick up the call and then they fix a time and no one bothers to turn up.
