ordinary bus instead of sleeper coach

I booked a ticket of sleeper coach and it was cancelled. There were no one two response me proper for refund process. What is the procedure of refund?

The worst experience had with me on the day with conductor's behavior regarding drop off too.

Why they are not acknowledging the passengers if any change in route or server when they already have passengers details including cell number and address?...

Bus left 15 min advance in time from bus station

I am a female and had booked an online ticket on gsrtc website for travel from nehrunagar, ahmedabad to baroda. The bus departure was scheduled at 6:30pm but it departed from nehrunagar station at 6:15 pm. My relative who had come to see me off from vastrapur had reached much ahead in time and he is an eye-witness of the same.
