I've opted for ifb's amc for my washing machine as the technician insisted for recurring repairs.

But now nobody is responding for a week even for repeated phone calls & follow-up.

I'm helpless but to contact you.

Full description of the incident (Converted into a problem now) : leakage of water from the washing machine and they said some parts needs to be replaced. The same is not full filled.
Desirable resolution: issue needs to be closed. It needs to be replaced.
Its a big time trouble to me....

I called to your customer care last Friday and they gave me ticket number [protected] regarding my AC complaint.Last month I purchased it.I paid 40000 Rs.But it is not catching remote signal.
I am suffering this problem with last one week but they are irresponsible.

I had contacted the ifb customer care on 9th august to repair the ifb washing machine. Customer id no. 5095280 and complaint nos. [protected] and [protected]. I was informed that the complaint would be addressed within 24 hours but to my surprise till date (23.8.2017), there was no call from any of the service centres from chennai.

Its really appauling to find that the movie vouchers that you have sent to me over the email are fake. I have attached the screenshots. I was unable to register any of the 3. If you guys do not want to offer or provide anything, at least dont make any fake promises. I will be complaining higher against this. I would request you to look into this and get this sorted as soon as possible.

I have registered complaint on the 12 of aug, till this date no one has attended the complaint. It is a task to get in touch with the the call centre numbers. The concerned person at the head office in goa - mr. Kunal does not respond to calls or when call back after a message is left. Disgusting service... Either the device had manufacturing defects since purchase or Technitian
are not competent enough.

I have a ifb washing machine bought 6 years back. When i got it i was promised 10 years spares part support guaranty and have it on the warranty booklet. It suddenly stopped working and when contacting the customer care they sent service person who told the board needs to be changed.
