The installation was booked directly by the dealer (Vasanth & Co., Chennai) and received a call from the IFB service centre yesterday (01/11/2016). I purchased ifb washing machine in mid 2015 and have gone through 1 service till yet.

On 25 oct 2016, i started facing issue with washing machine that the washing speed of clothes have gone very high, causing virbrations.

I raised a complaint with ifb customer care on 25 oct 18631915, executive came on 28 oct and iformed that the installtion of machine was not done properly as it was missing ratcutter....

I have bought an ifb washing machine - senorita plus vx 6.5 kg and a microwave 30brc2. my present ticket nos. are [protected] and [protected].

Its been two months we paid amc which was insisted by service guy he collected and left after that we raised a complaint we got messages saying tickets created and resolved no one came we have raised more than 10 tickets and they automatically gets closed. Last month I complained for washing machine door. Person came after 4 days to see the problem and he took 20 days to change the door. He told door is not in stock.
Now last week again my washing machine drum was gone. Again person came after 2 days and again drum is not in stock. So it will take one week to change.

I am disappointed to inform u that the service i asked for my washing machine for its non functional display board and its door is not rectified yet, I have have registered the complaint on 06/09/2016 but they haven't done any service for faulty display board and door. Washing machine belt worn out. when asked for spare belt, IFB industries at Vadapalani, Chennai refuse to sell the part instead asked me to fill a complaint which would cost Rs. 575+ tax as labour charges + Rs. 450 + tax as cost of belt.
