I ordered a purit battery kit and a mesh at 6/12/2010 through customer care,since then i call for a 4 times for the same reason (8/12/2010-15/12/2010etc) .And also make call twice at callicut(kerala) office, no responce till. i all ready spended a lot of money by making calls to those numbers, my contact no is[protected] customer name is rahul so be need full to get me a battery kit.

i have baught the pure it from hindustan unilever, and having the algae problem since 6 months, 4 times i loged the complaint , they came and clear the same and promised that now it will not happen, but still the problem is on, now they are asking for service charge and say that i can do complaint where ever i want to do, but they will not come without paying service charge, actually the product is faulty but they are also not ready tio change...
