No person visit for installation for racold geyser within 54 hours very bad derive for top class company...

Very bad service from racold i never thought branded company's provide this type of service...I bought a racold storage geyser from Amazon site...I raise the installation complaint but no one responded...almost completed one week but noone responded still..they're saying within 48 hours installation process will done by racold executive...but still it's not done......

I have purchased a Racold Andris storage geyser of (15 ltrs) from dealer J S Marketing dealers name Santhosh on 23-09-20.
Original bill/invoice not received warranty card not filled and signed. Several calls not responded. Very unreliable dealer....

I lodged a complaining on May 21 with a complaint number[protected] where my solar water heater is leaking due to a faulty inner seal from one of the heating tubes. The fix is very simple just need to replace the seal. But this does nit happened with you....

Repeated calling to the supplier not even one time responded regarding the service of the water heater. Purchased 25L new model water gyser in bangalore for my new house. It's surprised that water is not getting heat.. when call customer care, they assigned technician and the person said this model will give you very mild hotwater only which is equal to cold water..

Not sure why they making such product for huge amount..

Last year in febrary i purchased geyser and now its not working it is under warrenty but whete i complane no contact and no detail about this i purchased online from flipcart and i contact them then they told contact from company but now where i contact you give me any contact no any contact me [protected] and resolve problem or give me detail nearest recold service centre where i avail warrenty...

I had purchased gas geyser last year. The same is not working at present. Initially i contacted dealer and he informed me that since it is under warranty period, i need to lodge a complaint with customer care. I contacted customer care on 25th and lodged a complaint. Cannot book Racold customer care on the helpline numbers as they are not reachable. Sent a couple of mails to the customer helpline mail but did not receive any response. Tried to book service request through the app but the app is buggy and does not send OTP.
