Deliberately Not Closing My Account Permanently

Fraudulent Practices on Unlimited Recharge.

I did my Tata Photon(+) Recharge of Rs: 800/- which promise 4GB Data on High Speed and Unlimited Service thereon on lower speed for the rest of the remaining days, as on the 15th September, 2014. Balance turn 0.00 for wrong reason
