initial charges refund

Unwanted Flash SMS deducting balance

Misinformation and data balance loss

Yesterday I have done Rs.299 recharge on my number and i got 200 Rs talktime and 1.5gb internet. I then called 121 and asked them about the 30 minutes 3g pack and the customer care executive told me that i can do the 30 minutes pack and it wont affect the previous data balance.
