I am using TATA DOCOMO sim (NO : +91 [protected]), and my outgoing calls are barred. I talked with customer care representative and he said that your outgoing service is shown activated in our system but i am not able to make calls. so please give me proper solution to make this service deactivate as soon as possible.

Recently i purchased a new TataPhoton Plus connection. It has been weeks since i am trying to activate this new connection and still they were not able to activate. My name is Anjan Chatterjee and my contact number is [protected]. This is not the first time I got charged for something I didn't download. TATA DOCOMO charged me Rs 10/- for an auto-renewing subscription which I NEVER SUBSCRIBED. I was contacted by an advisor Shweta and was redirected by that advisor to a superior which didn't WORK because NEVER HEARD from anyone later and as it is a charged service, again I got CHARGED for NOTHING....

I have raised a request to disconnect my postpaid number in the month of Dec 2012. Even then their executive put me on safe custody service and promised that their wont be any rental charges for this.

I had paid my bill till Dec 2012 and after this request my mobile service got discontinue from 5th Dec 12. After all this, they send me a bill for the month of Jan 13.
