iam imrankhan use my another air cel number[protected] more then 1year last two mother befor i loss my phone then i ask to issu my he ok and give me new sim but till to date not activation then i go aircel offic what happen about my sim he say bad lanuge and say wht u do why i will see u then branch admister has come and say i wll u give another number at u r chouis i say first he give me number [protected] i say ok he say he will activate...

I am very much disappointed with Aircel customer service.
As per the article released on Times of India on Aircel [censored]ha Pack for students in Delhi, I went to recharge my phone "[protected]" for Rs 149. Recharge was successful on retailer end but couldn't be processed on my number according to the SMS received from Aircel with the same transaction ID DLR[protected].

The service named Renewed Full songs Download pack is activated on my number. i do not requested for this service.it deduct 5 rs from my account. I am trying to deactivate as per given URL but it failed every time and also unnecessary amount is deduection every time.
I don't know how to deactivate this service , Please take a action and revert my deducted amount. Please.

my aircel mobile no is [protected].i made a call from this no on 20th may to [protected](customer care) for below 3 mins but balance deducted of rs. 4.5.why??
on 21st may i called to 121 for below 3mins but deduction was of around rs.6.why??
pls solve it as soon as possible.coz m not getting any help from customer care service even after registering my complaint for thrice....

The aircel - is chargnig beauty tip - with out requesting the service to my phone [protected]. This is not the way to do businesss. pl sort it out. pl dont cheat customer. earlier i had similar service subscribed without my knowledge. I hoping the aircel - owner should be aware of this kind of dirty service.

When i call to Customer Care Number Some Badmash Officer speaking n we will transfer to ur call to Our manager n some minutes later the call will cut. Everyday i try to call customer care number but it will not connected to customer care. I recharged 3G plan but it will not work 3g Speed Work as a very Slow So i your not solve my problem...

Two days back, i recharged my mobile with RC-42 through my mobile balance *122*42#.

I bought aircel 3G connection sim and recharged it with a plan of Rs447 for 2gb data each months for upto 3 months at 3G speed. I am getting extremely slow speed of less than 10 kbps downloading speed and very slow browsing. Aircel network coverage in my area is also very good but i am not getting 3G speed as i have paid for.
I am observing a wide fluctuations in downloading speed in last few days but not a single time...

I have a Aircel Sim of the number [protected] . I was trying to set a password on my phone ( Nokia 2626 ) and then i turned the request for PIN on and then it asked me for the new Security code ( which i knew ) . Every time I tried to change the code it kept rejecting the 2nd attempt at verifying the code and would request the PUK code again. I tried switching the phone off and on again... but same thing happened. Can no longer use the phone...

Today i received a message in my inbox that i have activated yuvan sangar raja music and rupees 20 is charged, also received a flash message on my mobile screen that i have sent MMS and its cost is rupees 20.
