I ve been activated plan pocket buddies 142rs on 22 July 2013. But the data can't be received so far. I called customer care more times regarding that problem. They replied with the same dialogue on within two hour the prob will be solved nd we will call back you. But not yet to be problem to be solved. Last time I made call to care number they(Francis, supervisor,Pondycherry) said it will take more times and u should wait for tat else no way to that problem. So I have been wait for two days already also wait for more times in future. I asked then those days I didn't use d data means you may refund tat amount or date will extend. They said we cant refund so its ur wish this is our network ur wish to use this network or may not. Regarding this issue, this kind of issues will be come often me wat will do. This is not my first complain regarding this issue already complained lot of times. So without usage of data why I shud pay d amt. Need my money back. Or solve it as soon as possible without time delay.. Else wat I have to do regarding tat issue. Similarly the customer care contact behavior also worst they treat us harshfully they speak cut and right words and hold the call mire times we waiting for the reply... Need reply and solution. I hopefully wait for d such kind of response from ur side..My question is without usage of data why should I pay the amount. Also most of the times network coverage not avail in Chennai also.

Aircel — REGARDING AIRCEL NETWORK

Dear Sir,

I have purchsed the Sim of Aircel before one month.
But thier network is not working properly. While I makes
Std call thier connection disconnect every time and
my prepaid balance is low up to Rs.5.00 to Rs.10.00.

Their custom care is very poor. They does not come on
line. My mobile number is [protected].

Pls look into the matter. Because this one of type of theft
or crime.

Have you tried going to an Aircel store with your problem? It’s just that some places are low network areas. I think once you speak to these guys I am sure this will be taken care of in no time. You could also try to reach the customer care directly at http://www.aircel.com/customer_care/customer_care.asp- its the easiest and the fastest ;)

      Hello sir,
      i hv seen advt in news paper regarding installation of MOBILE TOWER in which they've provided the numbers, [protected] [protected].. When we contact them then they said snd us u r addres, name, 7/12 papers all. Then we book tower at 3500 rupees.
      Aftr tht they askd money fr like transactn cost40000 rupees then agrement cost 45000 rupees nd trveling cost of tht trucks btwn GURGAON TO MAHARASHTRA 35000 rupees.
      So we had pay them 1,18000 rupees total. Bt aftr tht there mobiles are switchd off 4m last 2 days.. I've also chkd there addres on there website
      whch is DLF CYBER CITY, GURGAON.
      Then hw its posible fraud wid us.
      Is there any way to take our money back...
      Plz help us sir.

          Today afternoon at 2pm i have debited the Rs.30. I received the following message from aircel ''dear subscriber, you have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days of subscription'' without my knowledge.

          Immediately i called to customer complaint no 198 but did not give good response from them(two more time i called). My mobile no is [protected]. kindly do the needful.

            I am very much disappointed with Aircel customer service.
            As per the article released on Times of India on Aircel [censored]ha Pack for students in Delhi, I went to recharge my phone "[protected]" for Rs 149. Recharge was successful on retailer end but couldn't be processed on my number according to the SMS received from Aircel with the same transaction ID DLR[protected].

            I called up Aircel Complaint Center on 198 and someone named Kyle picked up the call. I told him about the whole situation, understanding which he said he would do the recharge from his end and then disconnected the call after properly greeting me.

            I waited for 15 minutes, still no recharge was done. I called up again to know the status and a guy named Mohit picked up the call and said in a very manner-less way "dekho sir aap jahan call kar rahe hai wahan se koi balance nahi dala jata thik hai?" which I didn't like so, I requested him to transfer the call to the supervisor on the floor. He kept me on hold for 7 minutes and finally transferred the call to Deepak Kumar-the supervisor. Deepak advised me to go back to the retailer and have him call Aircel Customer Care on 299.
            As advised I went to that shop and asked the agent to call up customer care and inquire about my situation.

            Retailer's SIM was a Master SIM provided by VODAFONE due to which he can't make a call on 299 but, he did call from his own number and an agent named Gopal transferred the call to Deepak Kumar to assist us. Here comes the most shocking part: He just lifted his hands up in the air and was just saying SORRY and was asking the retailer to recharge for me again. The retailer said that he can't waste his Rs.149 for their mistake.

            MNP has been rolled out pan india, it’s very difficult to identify the provider by the mobile number, i think the signature tune of the telecom companies should be set as a default CRBT i.e caller tune instead o[censored]niversal TRING TRING..........what say?

            I, MADHU SUDAN BHAWSINGHKA IS USING AIRCEL PREPAID NO [protected] SINCE THE COMPANY LAUNCHED ITS SERVICE IN KOLKATA. I AM VERY MUCH ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING TO THE PREMIUM CUSTOMERS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM MY NO. TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TWICE WITH THE COMPLAINT NO 1/[protected] AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE SORT OUT IN 24 HOURS AND THE BALANCE WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED ANY MORE, BUT AFTER PASSING 72 HOURS THE PROBLEM IS SAME AS IT WAS AND THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTING CONTINUELY. IN CUSTOMER CARE THEY TRANSFERED MY CALL TO SENIOR DEPARTMENT BUT NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE TO LISTEN MY PROBLEM.
            SO I WANT A STRONG ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF FRAUDS THE COMPANY DOING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                    Using Aircel for last 5 years. 2 days ago they deducted rupee 1 from my number [protected] but on my complaint they refunded me the money.This time again they have deducted 5 rupees from my account due to some forceful activation on my number even after new laws made on this behalf by TRAI & when i called customer care,i found customer care number is not working.So I want You to help me get my rupees 5 back & get my customer care number working again.

                    Aircel — NOT RESPONDING FOR MY REQUEST

                    dear sir/madam,

                    i had made customer service complaints on 15/11/07.Once again we r breifing the issuse as follows:

                    *on 14.11.[protected]@3:30 request for aircel thrills.i receicved as they accpected my request from 57777.

                    * i made call on 15/11/07 @3:45pm i had spoken to 3 of customer executive on of his name s Mr.arvind he told it will be activated within 2 hrs.but it not so.

                    *once again i made a call on 16/11/07 @10:30 am to customer care (4 executive)like miss .nirmala ,mr.babu.and they told theyhad send to my no.but i have not receivd.subesquently i had spoken mr.kumar -manager he askd us to come to thier office.

                    why i should go to aircel office after making several talk between u?i[censored] can sevre me better u do it to customer?
                    IF i getting several sms from u like dailer tones aicel adds etc.,why i not getting that GPRS ACTIVATION SMS olne.

                    when i changed from BSNL to Aircell i was using only only prepaid and later changed to postpaid, it was going fine.No billing doubts etc and now for the past ten days i am facing the problem of calls disconnected after 20 to 30 secs of speech only for incoming calls.
                    I complained for two to three times they told to call me in 57777 no but whenever i tried that no the reply will be "PLEASE CHECK THE NO YOU HAVE DIALED".This becomes irritated and i am in the conclusion to tell bye to Aircell and switch to some other.
                    Please take necessary action to solve this problem.

                    Aircel connection — Deducted Money

                    This is Joyjit Mukherjee and my mobile number is [protected]. My complaint is that aircel company is deducting balance from my account as their wish without my permission. Whenever I e-recharge they deduct Rs. 7 from my account and setting a coller tune in my number without my permission.
                    And for making a complaint I have called to the Aircel service centre's superviser Nazia Parveen but instead of giving me the proper information she blamed me that I have activated the coller tune myself. But the fact is I didn't activate any coller tune in my number. In fact this is 3rd time aircel company deducted money from my account by setting a coller tune in my number without my permission.
                    Please solve my problem and help me to get my money back.

                    Caller tunes are automated services and there should be customer consent before any activation, Promo calls and messages can be the reason  when responded. I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.

                    Aircel — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORITY

                    Decucted Rs.7/- without any authority. On 20th April one Sri Manoj from customer care told that the amount will be refunded. But not refunded. On 21st one Sri Sandip from customer care told that nothing can be done. What is gone that is gone.

                    Please see that the service providers are not allowed to misuse the fund of the consumers whimsically and illegaly.

                    1. Unwanted caller tunes subscription. To deactivate charges are 20 times of normal call charges. This is not understood why it is ?

                    2. Very Poor customer care services, There are so many waste of time and result Nil.

                    3. Pocket Internet Services are frequently disconnected. No any sites are compled in a whole day. Then How it is unlimited it is not understood.

                    4. I think the above problems are with all cusomers. Respectives please rectify these problems otherwise ?...

                    Two days since I registered my complaint but no response yet.Anyways I called their Appellate authority & requested them to get my service deactivated which has been forcefully activated by them & also to refund me the money.They did refund but to my surprise the service hasnt been stopped yet.Today, again they deducted 5 rupees from my account.I am so disappointed with their customer care that i request You to bring my complaint in the notice of their higher authorities.I tried their 198 & Appellate but both not working.So I request you to get my service deactivated & get back my money forcefully deducted

                    I guess you haven't read my msg carefully.Firstly, i never activated my vas & secondly after my vas was activated, i called your appellate authority for its deactivation which to my surprise they never did & the money was deducted after that.So i guess it is fault o[censored]r company.So please do the needful & refund me the money.

                      i recharged with Rs.98 to get unlimited internet, but when i started using pocket internet, browsing/surfing was fine, but download was very poor, After every 2-3 minute my net disconected
                      Plz do needful action.

                      It seems your GPRS settings have not been installed properly. I would suggest you to refresh your settings once again. Get in touch with the customer care to guide you through the process. I am pretty sure this is the solution to your problem. Happy surfing

                      My self saptarshi dey,i am from baripada(orissa),my aircel number is[protected].I am using rs:98/- pocket intenet for last 4 months,but from last month i am facing problem,that my intenet is automaticaly disconnecting within 1 min.I have registered complain for more then 20days.But they are not solving my problem.When i go to aircel office the person of the office said that there is a problem in our area network,which i have already complained to the aircel customer care.According to them they are assuring me that they will solve the problem in 2 days.But still then they are not solving the problem.
                      I will be glad if my problem gets solved as soon as possible.
                      This is by a matter of chance that there might be a major technical issue which is causing this delay otherwise your problem would have been solved by now. Since you have followed the right procedure in approaching them, I am sure they are trying and will get it done very soon, good luck.

                      i am also using AIRCEL, some times connection is disconnected and many times it takes several minutes for connecting...

                              I Rajkumar Mondal Resident Of West Bengal, Suri. I Am Using A Aircel Number [protected], Ported this number from Airtel. They Promise me to give lots of benefits and best services, But Now i am afraid from their services. Today itself when i called on toll free of 121 of Aircel they Told me that you will get the full Talktime of 30 In the Recharge 30. But when I recharged i got less balance like about Rs. 23.70 Only. When I called Customer Care About This They Told me that we stopped this services but in tolll free they are providing this service and after that the Customer executive told me do whatever you want to do. This is not the first time they are doing the fraud. They always used to do do. Sometimes they actived some value added services automatically and deduct the money. They promise a lot and make fool of the customers. And the main Problem is that when we try to call customer care it takes 3-4 days to reach. It always happens.
                              I Will be very thankful to you if you take legal action against them.

                              Aircel — Make FOOL of Customers

                              I Wasim Khan purchased a new aircel no. from IITF on 22.10.09 from aircel outlet. They told me to activate within half an hour. Bt its not activated till 3 days. I also went to their Aircel Store in Faridabad as nearby me but they told me to go for the same for activation. After 3 days I asked for my friend to activate my no. which has gone to the same place then he activated my no. Its ok
                              bt its too much
                              on 3rd dec'09 aicel has disconnected my outgoing calls so when I make call to customer care they told me that their document is nt submitted. Then i go to aircel store and again submitted my ID with photo they activated my number..
                              So I am totally unsatisfied with their services and consumer behaviour.
                              My friend submission of ID proof’s is a statutory requirement which needs to be followed by all telecom players. It’s strange that it took such a long time to activate your number as mine was activated the same day I purchased the sim- I am sure there may be a technical glitch… Have you tried the pocket internet it works great….
                              ooooooo'h aircel servicesis totaly bad, means i m a postpaid customer of aircel connection. i use it b'coz internet unlimited free browsing on my pc.this plan monthly rentel is 99rupees no other charges r not include my bill even incoming no.s clip charges of rupees50 i not activated in my bill.okkkk its fine but my first bill when i recived i realy socked b'coz my bill is 271.but i ignore it and paid 271rupees.my next three bills genrate more than 250rupees.when i call customer care employs he told me u had paid in ur bill incoming clip charges wrothsRs.50.but i told him this services i dont activated.he told me i will check sir.i told yes u will check in ur computor.after checking he told me yes sir in ur way u dont asked any thing to our selves activated this kind of services.so sorry for our mistake.but i asked him u had allready charged Rs.150 extra in three bills to my self.then he told me sir ur complaint i forward to my senior employes and after 24 hours we give u a particular solution...now three months gone past no one calls me after my complane so u will say that aircel services "god save me"...

                                I bought aircel 3G connection sim and recharged it with a plan of Rs447 for 2gb data each months for upto 3 months at 3G speed. I am getting extremely slow speed of less than 10 kbps downloading speed and very slow browsing. Aircel network coverage in my area is also very good but i am not getting 3G speed as i have paid for.
                                I am observing a wide fluctuations in downloading speed in last few days but not a single time its reaching satisfactory speed.
                                I have seen many complaints about aircel 3G net plans here so if my problem is not sorted out i will have to take much stern actions on this fake 3G plans of this company.

                                  I have a Aircel Sim of the number [protected] . I was trying to set a password on my phone ( Nokia 2626 ) and then i turned the request for PIN on and then it asked me for the new Security code ( which i knew ) . Every time I tried to change the code it kept rejecting the 2nd attempt at verifying the code and would request the PUK code again. I tried switching the phone off and on again... but same thing happened. Can no longer use the phone as it keeps on asking me a new pin code and verifying that same pin code. It accepts the first new pin code but rejects the verifying one.... Vicious circle. In the end I decided to pull the battery and my sim card out of it and switching phone back on... all went well so I inserted my sim card back into the device. Now it says SIM card rejected and there's nothing I can do.

                                    मैंने करीब 2/3 मई, 2013 को ऐयरसेल के दो सिम लिए, जिनका नम्‍बर - [protected] व[protected] हैं । जबसे ये सिम लिए हैं, इनका मिंटों रोड इलाके में नेटवर्क कवरेज बहुत कम है और कमरे में तो बिल्‍कुल भी नहीं आ रहा है । कई बार कस्‍टमर केयर में बात करने एवं शिकायत देने के बाद भी कोई सुधार नहीं हो रहा है ।

                                      Most humbly i want state that i activate PI on 10/07/2013,during browsing automatically store pocket internet is subscribed .yesterday Rs5 is deducted ,today also Rs5 is deducted with a message store pocket internet is auto-renewed.

                                      Please unsubscribe store pocket internet and refund my Rs10 by reimbursing to my number [protected].
