Recently I have recharged my number [protected] with Aircel 198 2g/3g package ..Things was fine till I reach the FUP then the speed dropped to 30 kbps .. instead of 128 kbps ( thats how mentioned on the Website / Recharge portal ) I have tried to reach customer care from my other number All i got is some irrelevant information about the nw issues and it will be fixed in few hours . so i tried after few hours and things remained same .I have no other option gave a call back to customer support ,, and they continued saying the same reason that they are having some nw issues .. the worst part is they have blocked my number to reach customer support portal if I tried to make a call to inquire about the speed it never reaches the voice support instead some IVR keep saying "all our executives are busy you can send messages for help" ??? is this how Aircel handle its customer for seek for information ?? after a week of continuous attempt and after several misguidance ,, finally they revealed the code that speed wil be dropped to 64 kb instead of 128 kp .. is this fair ?? but the tariff plan says " Your speed will be reduced to 128kbps"...?? why is that so ..?? why not the 64kb information is not on the recharge portal ?? THIS IS NO GOOD ,, AIRCEL SHOULD STOP MAKING FAKE PROMISES ON THE PORTAL AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FRONT ,, THIS COULD BE MY WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD WITH TELECOM INDUSTRY

my name is vijayalakshmi, few months back i was using postpaid sim of aircel ([protected], [protected]). And i cancelled those numbers buy paying all ma balance amount (Rs.1350) on 31/01/13 and the amount was collected by RAMSON CREDIT BUREAU (arumbakkam). I gave them a letter for ma cancellation of both the sims, they said it will be cancelled with in 72 hrs. But after few days i was starting to recieve messages statin that i have to pay Rs.875 for my postpaid sim's.Today some people came and asked for the remaining amount . It has become a great annoyance for us in the noon. kindly take this into account and check for my letter of cancelleation. for your kind knowledge my son has submitted 3 letter in the spencer plaza office and one to the man who came for credit bureau.Please relieve me form this problem.
