Today i received a message in my inbox that i have activated yuvan sangar raja music and rupees 20 is charged, also received a flash message on my mobile screen that i have sent MMS and its cost is rupees 20. I didn't do anything but they have reduced rupees 20 from by Main Balance. My contact number is [protected]. Now when i try to call customer care i'm not getting connected they have blocked me. Please help me.

    my name is vijayalakshmi , few months back i was using postpaid sim of aircel ([protected],[protected]). And i cancelled those numbers buy paying all ma balance amount (Rs.1350) on 31/01/13 and the amount was collected by RAMSON CREDIT BUREAU (arumbakkam). I gave them a letter for ma cancellation of both the sims,they said it will be cancelled with in 72 hrs. But after few days i was starting to recieve messages statin that i have to pay Rs.875 for my postpaid sim's.Today some people came and asked for the remaining amount . It has become a great annoyance for us in the noon. kindly take this into account and check for my letter of cancelleation. for your kind knowledge my son has submitted 3 letter in the spencer plaza office and one to the man who came for credit bureau.Please relieve me form this problem.

      hi sir, this is koushik from Tenampet. My mobile number is [protected]. For the past few months my balance was deducted frequently eg; rs 30, 20, etc..so i stopped doing easy recharge n due to my balance was 0, i top up for 10 rupees. Even in that also within few mins they debited. When i call to customer care n told about this, they say its due to browsing you have activated this and that.         I purchased one Aircel 3G activated sim and used it in PC using Huawei dongle. But there is no 3G connection only 2G is working. Then i tried all aircel customer care numbers no one can responsible for me. What can i do plz anyone help me..
        Two days before I bought an aircel sim ([protected]) and activated 3Gmornings. Instead of getting 3G, my balance went to 0.00. When I called customercare no one is responding.I think that may be 3G mornings is not activated properly and called *122*456#, it is giving message as 3G mornings already activated. What should I do??????????

        go to settings>settings preferences>network select wcdma only. you will get 3g speed

          I have sent START 3G to 121 but I am getting reply,
          "Your request could not be processed. Your previous request is pending."
          I have tried *122# but still same result.I have been trying this for 1 month but still same result till now.Please help.

              I have an Aircel Sim card. They have some rubbish packages , namely some filmy packs , channel packs . Although not being interested in those rubbish packages , they subscribe them without a prior convent and loot money from people . And when asked for refund they simply block our numbers. I request MNP to act strictly upon this matter and bring me justice.

                  Recently I have recharged my number [protected] with Aircel 198 2g/3g package ..Things was fine till I reach the FUP then the speed dropped to 30 kbps .. instead of 128 kbps ( thats how mentioned on the Website / Recharge portal ) I have tried to reach customer care from my other number All i got is some irrelevant information about the nw issues and it will be fixed in few hours . so i tried after few hours and things remained same .I have no other option gave a call back to customer support ,, and they continued saying the same reason that they are having some nw issues .. the worst part is they have blocked my number to reach customer support portal if I tried to make a call to inquire about the speed it never reaches the voice support instead some IVR keep saying "all our executives are busy you can send messages for help" ??? is this how Aircel handle its customer for seek for information ?? after a week of continuous attempt and after several misguidance ,, finally they revealed the code that speed wil be dropped to 64 kb instead of 128 kp .. is this fair ?? but the tariff plan says " Your speed will be reduced to 128kbps"...?? why is that so ..?? why not the 64kb information is not on the recharge portal ?? THIS IS NO GOOD ,, AIRCEL SHOULD STOP MAKING FAKE PROMISES ON THE PORTAL AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FRONT ,, THIS COULD BE MY WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD WITH TELECOM INDUSTRY

                  Aircel — Poor in Customer Support

                  Sir,
                  I'm using Aircel Postpaid. Am living in rural area near Gobi in Erode District in ROTN Circle. Already we have low coverage. But last two weeks (from May 15, 2008) network also poor. Callnot connected easily. We've to try 5 to 10 times to catch a call. What a beauty is whenever i called customer Care [protected] or [protected] the IVRS told "U r in queue or Our customer care officers are busy with other calls ". Till now am not getting success to reach customer support.
                  not only tower problem, they are cheating bill generate also. i am using the connection past 3 yrs. last 3 months back aircel person called me and they offer me a century bonanza plan in postpaid. i changed into that plan. at the same time brought a new mobile, they told me 300 minutes free calls. but the bill is extradinary. the customer care also dont know how they are billing for this plan.
                  now i pay nearly 700 rs for a month. they are cheating ...
                  every day i check my account unbilled amount in internet. and my i calculate my mobile dialled calls. they are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheatingthey are cheating...

                  Aircel — misleading

                  i have activated one dialer tune in my aircel prepaid connection and they charged for it.There is a option provided by the company to change the dialer tune song.So i want to change the song according to the legal procedure but they showing "please try after some times"more than fifty times. Even they don't run any songs(dialer tune) after the activation,they played another music which is for the companys advertisement.
                  I am sure there is a some technical glitch here. Why don’t you get to the nearest Aircel store and get assistance from the technical guys present there. I must tell you they a real help and do you give you some awesome tips too….

                  Aircel — Misleading the customers

                  Hi,

                  Aircel is cheating its customers.
                  I am an Aircel prepaid customer with mobile #[protected]. On 18/12/2010 when I checked my balance I got a pop up from Aircel informing that if I recharge by dialing *122*1400# from my mobile I will get unlimited internet for 3 days by paying 14 rupees from my balance. I recharged as informed assuming that Aircel will offer me services as promised, but after browsing for a couple of hours I realized that all my balance was deducted by Aircel. When I try to register a complaint the Aircel Agent informs me that the offer was revised as to a limit of 250 mb per recharge on 05/12/2010, but this was not informed to the customers and that I can't register my complaint for my balance refund. Aircel is still cheating the customers by reflecting wrong information even now in its messages when you check your balance by dialing *125# as if you recharge with 14 rupees by dialing *122*1400# you will get unlimited internet for 3 days on your mobile. If the terms and conditions were revised why is Aircel still cheating its innocent customers by reflecting misleading information on its response messages and why was this not communicate to the customers.

                    I recharged with Rs 998(10GB 3g data plan) around 4 days back on aircel no. [protected] but i am not getting 3g speed,maximum i am getting only 15 KB/S. I called customer care many time regarding this but they simply tell this is due to some n/w problem or data card(ALCATEL)....They told to re install my Data card s/w and i did that also but no use.

                    So i will not recommend any one to use Aircel.....Go for other 3G services even though it little bit costly.At least you will get satisfaction form that service.

                    Aircel — Unprocessed recharge request

                    On 18 feb 2013 i have tried (RC99) recharge my account. But i did'nt get benefit of recharge. because i got a msg that 'your request to recharge 99 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is MUR[protected].'

                      Now I am in roaming and when i try to send sms I get a operator massage this service has been blocked. Best part of there service is you cannot contact there customer care. I tried calling customer care24 hrs it is busy and not able to connect them.

                      I bought a microsim in taramani-chennai showroom, the sales guys is the worst person i ever seen, he was so rude and disobedient. And he dint even ask anything about my previous balance and rate cutter. From that day onwards, my rate cutter was not working and all my balance gone. When i contacted customer service, that irresponsible lady Revathi disconnected my line. My friends suggested me to go to a showroom which is 30kms away from my place.                       Hi,
                      I am trying to reach customer care so many times (198 and 121 and even with chargeable no from other Service provider) but there is no response from anyone.After voice like - all executives are busy and you can call after sometime it's just disconnect call automatically. Why this is happening so many time ? Even in email also you guys are not responding. After so many time call goes to executive and than also call disconnect. So many time you are wasting.
                      I am trying to reach since many days but no response at all.
                      My number is disable from your site or there is some other problem with this below number.kindly check with this issue.

What will happen to my Rs 146 ?

                          I have received a message in morning 9:[protected] that "you have been charged for rs 15.00 for cricket and you will get alert for next 30 days" and deducted 15 rupees from my mobile without receive any call or service activate.

                          Aircel — Reduction of Account Balance

                          I knew that the GSM service providing companies are creating new plans to make profit everyday. But there must be a limit. I have been using a 2g GSM connection(prepaid). When i recharge my account they automatically reduce my account balance and send a SMS saying that thiswas for my DIALER TUNE. But you will be surprised to know that I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED my dialer tune. So i called customer care but they are also saying thee same thing. They have REDUCED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE MANY TIMES. So now i am affraid of recharging my account. As i have made the no as my permanent no i can not change mmy SIM card. Many of my friend also are the victim of the same trap. Once i have asked one of my brother about that who is acting as a AIRCEL RETAILER. The he REPLIED that THE COUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD HIM THAT THEY THEIRSELVES ACTIVATE THE DIALER TUNE AND CUT THE MONEY.

                          CAN YOU HELP ABOUT THIS PROBLEM WHERE EVERY AIRCEL CUSTOMER IS TRAPPED.
                          There is a very simple solution for you, get your DND service activated. All these unwanted activations can happen when you respond to promo call and messages from the service provider. Thus getting the DND would help you get rid of these.

                          Aircel — reduction of balance

                          hi, i am srinivasan([protected]) i am using aircel sim card. they many times reduced my prepaid balance. they activated friend zone pack without my permission.
                          i lost my balance RS 30. my friends also tell like this. if i am call to aircel customer care,thy tell our system updation going on so call later .
                          so please take immediate action............

                            I AM SURPRISED THAT AIRCEL IS DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY BALANCE CLEVERLY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION. ANY TIME I RECHARGED, AFTER FEW CALLS I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE OF LOW BALANCE. THIS CHEATING IS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS.I BELIEVE OTHER CUSTOMER MIGHT HAVE SUFFERING FROM THE SAME PROBLEM.

                              I bought an AIRCEL connection(details below) on 1st April,2013 from a local shop.
                              I have submitted all necessary documents and paid Rs.300 as connection charge,first recharge etc to the shopkeeper.
                              It has been 3 months since then but my connection has not been activated.I have complained to the shopkeeper several times.I have been told that my documents have been passed on to the distributor and they are responsible for the activation.So they are to be blamed for the delay.

                              I am really disappointed by the poor service provided by AIRCEL.
                              I am now planning to buy a connection of some other company if this AIRCEL number doesn't gets started in 1-2 days.

                              Such poor service is highly unprofessional and I shall never recommend AIRCEL to any of my friends.

                              when i am calling any where if that no. is switch off then also it is ringing or vise/verse. sometimes it is also saying that there is temporary contagion in the other network u have dialed . so i am facing problem. i will be very helpful i[censored] look after this matter. my no. is [protected].

                                I always have Aircel 2 aircel min pack.. still having 1265 min left but when I called an aircel number at 11.48 am 28/06/2013. then charge was deducted from my main balance. earlier balance was main balance approx Rs 9 with aircel min after calling aircel number rs 2 with aircel min.. when I called customer care they suggested to call later.. but now the call is not connecting.. I really have regret to leave reliance.. I ported this number 2 months ago now I am waiting for 1 more month to pass... again I wanna port this number.. within 2 months aircel cheated with me many times but I ignored. but Its enough. now I will surely port my number.. Its a [censored]ing operator.. its customer helping process is really very bad.. even they didn't give a proper reply of their mail.. I already sent mail.. many times...

                                  Recently I transfarred my Reliance mobile number to Aircel. I am trying to reach 59059 for varification, but I can't.
                                  My mobile no is [protected], which is still now not active. Owner name is Shipra Das. Please help me immediately.

                                  i have taken this sim today but because of problem in speaking hindi, the guy disconnected when i called 59059 because he didn't understand english. Is this the customer service expected when i buy an aircel sim? Please look into this matter and activate my sim (i just can't dial anything else other than 121 and i can't connect to any other customer care mobile number because my sim isn't verified correctly)

                                  Please give a solution to it. Thanks for reading my complaint.

                                      PHPSIRI AM AIRCEL CHENNAI PREPAID USER MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] I AM USING THIS MOBILE CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY LOYALTY BENEFIT. INSTEAD I AM FACING HUGE PROBLEM IN MAKING OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS, EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE SHOWS 3 TO 4 NETWORK BARS ANY CALLER CALLS ME THE NETWORK SAYS NOT REACHABLE , EVEN FOR MAKING A OUTGOING CALL I HAVE TO TRY 10 TO 15 TIMES AFTER THAT SOME TIMES CAL MAY GET CONNECTED OR EVEN AFTER THAT CALL DOES NOT GET CONNECTED. I AM A REGULAR NET USER AND USING 3G, BUT CAN NOT USE 3G IN MY HOME AND IN MY OFFICE BOTH PLACES 3G COVERAGE IS VERY LESS, TO USE 3G I HAVE TO COME ON ROAD THEM ONLY I CAN USE IT. EVEN SPECIAL GIVEN TO MY BY COMPANY IS FULLY UNUSABLE FOR ME SINCE THEY GIVE ME OFFER ONLY WHEN I AM USING OTHER BOOSTER AT THAT TIME 2 BOOSTER CAN NOT BE USED AT SAME TIME THE OFFER WHICH AIRCEL GIVES ME IS FULLY WASTE. I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES TO AIRCEL APPELLATE CELL BUT THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFIED MY PROBLEM.PLEASE HELP ME

                                        I din't subscribe for any joke alerts in Aircel. But im receiving jokes from Aircel. they reduced my money too. I send an unsubscription message to Aircel(As mentioned in Aircel website) they dint unsubscribe the alert. instead they again reduced an amt of Rs.3. Always these aircel people are annoying the customers.

                                        m shadab and my no is [protected]. joke service is activated on my no. and so many times i talked to customer care but no response.so what should i do now...should i leave the no.

                                        Aircel — MONEY REDUCTION

                                        i had a coplain against aircel due to money reduction of Rs 30.
                                        yesterday at 10:28 pm i got two message from aircel
                                        provider that i have subscribed music connect.

                                        But how could it happen when i haven't subscribe that kind of service at all..
                                        i called them but they denied saying there system showing that i have taken
                                        the service..

                                        this has been done to me before but i am frusteted .
