[Resolved]  Bajaj / Gx 1 Mixer Grinder — Defective piece

I purchased a Bajaj GX1 Mixer Grinder on 15/10/2011. The price and brand name was good as it was around Diwali, so I bought the product although I was not in urgent need of it.

I started using the product only a few days ago and realised that it is defective. There are 3 jars- a chutney jar, a wet jar and a dry jar.

Out of the 3, only wet jar is working properly. The chutney jar leaks and the dry jar's lid doesn't fit it.

I have been duped by 2 big brands namely- Bajaj appliances and Big Bazaar( Future Group).

I need a solution to this problem as the machinery is working fine whereas the attachments are disfunctional.
