[Resolved]  PRESTIGE INDUCTION COOKTOP: PIC 3.0 V2 — NOT WORKING LAST 10 DAYS

I am Rajeev Bisht working in Exl GTSC/Amrican express.I have purchased Prestige Induction Cook-Top Modal : PIC 3.0 V2 on 27-Jna-2013, serial No:Sr.No:-V2J 46934 in Prestige Smart Kitchen, Delhi Big Bazar vasant Kunj. It has not been working last 10 days.I have complained this issue on 20th April'13, but i have not received any response yet even i have to call again and again to the service center and store. I am fed up with this.Is this the way to give response and service to the customer.
Moreover when i called to store instead of take care of my complain, they give me suggestion to go consumer court and do what you want ( executive Manish. Please take immediate action as soon as possible.
