I WAS PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSAR DUAL ABS LAST 10 MONTH AGO .
LAST THREE MONTH BIKE NOT WORKING PROPERLY MILEAGE ISSUE .
TERE ARE SO MANY ISSUE IN BIKE NOISE PROBLEM IN ENGINE, PICKUP ISSUE, NOT WORKING SMOOTHELY. LAST TIME 3rd service done by service centre its so many complained .the service centre is replace a meter and work pending in engine

    I have never ever applied or asked for such kind of service but still im getting these messages. This is not for the first time im receiving this kind of messages. Please try to understand this is the last time im peacefully requesting you. If i need ill come to you. But with my information u activate these kind of schemes or whatever else ill sue you.       reason, just out of the blue.I have not taken any loan - so wondering how did this happen and what can be done to avoid and raise refund.

            Battery charge automatically discharge in 6 hours. Bike software couldn't update and sencer light all time on .bajaj so Room Damoh couldn't solve this problem. Plz solve it

              I have taken avenger 160cc bike on 13th dec '21 from Noida sector-63, UP, Showroom

              I have done one service also.
              Today morning try to do.start my but self is not.working bcz of battery down not provinding any current from...
              This is very bad experience with bajaj..
              Do provide short out my problem 2mrw in first half..
              Without bike can't go amy where.
              Do the need full.

                The owner here feels that he is doing a favor of servicing the bikes. He does not even care to pay attention or talk properly to the people, forget about any politeness or courtesy. They spoiled my bike..

                On of the worst service center, doesn't know what is problem in bike, only they know oil changing and water spraying the bike. Management is not at all good, not responds for anything. Simply doing nothing he charge 2600rs. Not at all recommended. Better to give in local small garage.

                Whatever rating they are provided in the google they are forcefully making customer to give five star.

                  Hi,

                  I have had the worst experience in providing my bike for general service to Aadhitya Motors Service Center (Authorised Bajaj service center) and was physically and mentally damaged due to this.

                  I own a Bajaj Discover 125 Disc (2012 model) and I'm the first owner.
                  Since it was 8 months since the bike was serviced, I had to give and decided to go with Bajaj authorised due to good faith over the brand. I must mention here that I was so happy with the bike and yes to that because I'm a owner for more than 8 years till date.

                  I gave the bike to the service center located near my place in Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore on 24Dec2021. When the person asked if there is any major issue, I said none and the he wanted to take it for a ride.(self start was only used) After ride, he came up with issue such as follows:

                  1. Throttle Cable issue, Auto Choke
                  2. Front Fork Oil Leakage.

                  I was not satisfied with both the issues he mentioned. Auto Choke for which he said he is able to recognize those and said might be we need to change auto choke. But with regard to Front fork oil leakage he mentioned like we might need to change the entire inside and when asked how much it costs, he said 1500 and I was shocked. But since we don't understand due to the technical names they use to mend us, I said fine and asked if there were any other issue. He said that's it and he mentioned to give it either by 25th or 27th.

                  After that, on 27th morning I called the service center and they said they've not started and will provide the bike by that day evening. I had some knowledge by then about Fork OverHauling issue and asked him again as to why that cost was for which the explanation given was very vague. I also asked for information regarding as to why the general checkup was being charged 1500/-. There was again no satisfied proper answer and still I proceeded since I need my bike in good condition. I also requested him to call in case if anything more is to be done.

                  Later that day late afternoon, he called and mentioned that Chain Sprocket and Brake shoe needs to be changed where the Chain sprocket would cost 2500/- and break shoe 177/-. Also he mentioned that spark plug needs to be changed which will cost another 500/-. I was shocked and decided to do only general check up and service and nothing more.
                  I also warned him stating if anything has been changed without my knowledge, I might proceed with serious actions.

                  Because, when I gave the bike, everything was running well without any issue and only few months back I had changed the chain sprocket. And recently Brake shoe was changed so there was no need of those.

                  It was around some minutes before 6 pm and I called and asked whether the bike was ready for pick up. They said all has been done and I went to the service Center. Bike was just open and nothing was done. After a bit of light tensed talk I waited for another half an hour as the center requested. After waiting I was seeing not even a hand was touched by the team. I was standing outside the showroom in front of the display for more than half an hour and none seemed to care.

                  After then, by 6:45 pm I had to shout and felt so bad to bring to this service center and they had no answer other than lack of labour. If they dont have enough labour they must not take bike for servicing. After a tough talk with the team, they said they will deliver it to my home itself after the work was done. Since all I needed was bike, I came back hoping the bike to arrive.

                  After 8:30 pm, they came to location and delivered. Here comes the major part as follows:

                  I tried self start and it didn't work. The person who brought said that the battery was down and he had to charge it at the time of servicing. It was unbelievable since I had never faced that problem before. Also bike was facing a lot of sounds inside. When asked the reason, he said since they have tightened the sprocket the sprocket is weak which is making this sound.

                  The only thing felt as servicing was water wash and Oil leakage which was due to Gasket clutch cover. Everyone in our home was irritated due to various other factors:
                  1. Only cash but they were not even having 20/- change.
                  2. No online mode of payment.
                  3. Not even a pen to sign for their need.
                  This is not how an authorized service center will be I suppose.

                  I said him to take the bike and make it proper regarding self start which he accepted, he didn't move without me providing the money.

                  Since it was already too late, I paid and came back to check the bill.

                  It was surprising to see GST on labor charges on maintanence and repair since it is already exempted service. I also checked with the SAC code for confirmation.

                  Not just that, more than 1 as mentioned in Quantity under Labor invoice. Attachments have been made for proof.

                  Just a glance at labor bill shows that Bajaj has some unique money making idea out of customers who give the vehicle to service.
                  For each of the items replaced they bill separate Labour charge.

                  For example, Gasket Clutch costs 57.01 with GST for which Labour charges is 150.46.

                  I need justice.

                      I purchase bike Pulsar 180( MH40-CG 1850) from bajaj patni showroom nagpur on 16/08/2021.
                      The bike given by bajaj patni is defected, it's handle is very jam, and it's suspension is not working, and yesterday bike ignition switch was burn, and bike was off.I have given the bike many time to the showroom service centre but the problem is not resolved yet.The bike pulsar 180 given by bajaj patni showroom nagpur is totally defected or second hand.
                      Kindly take action against the company and allow the company to refund my mony back.

                        I purchased a Byju's Study material in September. I sent them an email for cancellation but still they are deducting my EMIs. I am surprised that Shahrukh Khan is advertising for such a cheap company which always pay attention to the bank balance of the people so that they can just deduct the EMIs. I am very much upset because of this regular deduction from my bank account.

                              I have a Pulsar NS 160 with registration number KA 21 EA 9838 and it's nearly one year old. While moving or in running condition as it reaches around 50-60 km/hr speed drops suddenly and not able to move forward vehicle stops suddenly. Even without reaching a certain speed the same issue can be found.Once this happens the bike is not able to self or kick start again after waiting for 5 minutes i am able to start vehicle.It acts like having some problem with breathing or like choking effect. It has been sent to bajaj showroom service center twice and they reply that there is no problem with the vehicle. It's very disturbing and it causes a lot of problems since I have to travel daily.
                              Kindly look into the issue and help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                Hello team, I am using ns 200 from the past 8 months and I got my bike recently serviced. I had told the service experts about the issues I'm facing with my bike. They just completely ignored it and they told me that the bike was completely fine. I had also told them to top up all the brake oils, inspite of telling them they didn't fill the brake oils and they even charged me for it. Worst behaviour bajaj service.

                                  No proper arrangement for servicing and not value of costumer's time.
                                  No enough man power for servicing.
                                  Not value of manager's commitment.
                                  Given time for delivery is 2:30pm but I reached there 4:00pm then mechanic started service. Still time is about to 06:00pm but I am waiting.
                                  This is shows very much carelesness for customer.
                                  How can a customer will satisfied with this types of behaviour.

                                    I am Tanaji Bhalekar with consumer L3WMUM05885151 wish to state that during pandemic, head up parallax attack due to which I was unable to pay my dues for EMI also pandemic was the another reason which I was unable to pay EMI. The time period I was unable to pay EMI so my EMI pending for more than 6 months now I am all well and I've been paying my EMI for regular basis at spoken with your few agents regarding the same that I would be paying my pending dues for class 6 to 7 months in installment for the run still tell your agent has been connecting with me and taking my auto since I was unable to drive the auto had given it to some other driver he had been paying the money and the same money was being used to payment ok now today even after paying the payment your agent has to go away my auto due to which my source has been stopped if this same thing is been happening for long than we do not wish to pay EMI for the instead you guys just carry on with the auto you can do whatever you want to do with same

                                      On December 2, I gave my Bajaj Avenger bike for service, after the bike service, the problem of starting the bike came. There was also abusive behavior by Vinod, an employee of the agency when I went back and told him about my problem again. So I request you to kindly take action as soon as possible.
