    I am purchasing bajaj Platina 110 5 speed but unfortunately my fuel was not working and i am continuously going to a service centre for resolving my problem las 2 month but they have not solve this fuel meter problem and taken unsolvable answer. i am un happy about a bajaj bike and service they are give me a faulty bike and still my problem was not solve

      Stopping of vehicle suddenly while moving

      I have a Pulsar NS 160 with registration number KA 21 EA 9838 and it's nearly one year old. While moving or in running condition as it reaches around 50-60 km/hr speed drops suddenly and not able to move forward vehicle stops suddenly. Even without reaching a certain speed the same issue can be found.Once this happens the bike is not able to self or kick start again after waiting for 5 minutes i am able to start vehicle.It acts like having...

      Hello team, I am using ns 200 from the past 8 months and I got my bike recently serviced. I had told the service experts about the issues I'm facing with my bike. They just completely ignored it and they told me that the bike was completely fine. I had also told them to top up all the brake oils, inspite of telling them they didn't fill the brake oils and they even charged me for it. Worst behaviour bajaj service.

        No proper arrangement for servicing and not value of costumer's time.
        No enough man power for servicing.
        Not value of manager's commitment.
        Given time for delivery is 2:30pm but I reached there 4:00pm then mechanic started service. Still time is about to 06:00pm but I am waiting.
        This is shows very much carelesness for customer.
        How can a customer will satisfied with this types of behaviour.

          I am Tanaji Bhalekar with consumer L3WMUM05885151 wish to state that during pandemic, head up parallax attack due to which I was unable to pay my dues for EMI also pandemic was the another reason which I was unable to pay EMI. The time period I was unable to pay EMI so my EMI pending for more than 6 months now I am all well and I've been paying my EMI for regular basis at spoken with your few agents regarding the same that I would be paying my pending dues for class 6 to 7 months in installment for the run still tell your agent has been connecting with me and taking my auto since I was unable to drive the auto had given it to some other driver he had been paying the money and the same money was being used to payment ok now today even after paying the payment your agent has to go away my auto due to which my source has been stopped if this same thing is been happening for long than we do not wish to pay EMI for the instead you guys just carry on with the auto you can do whatever you want to do with same

            On December 2, I gave my Bajaj Avenger bike for service, after the bike service, the problem of starting the bike came. There was also abusive behavior by Vinod, an employee of the agency when I went back and told him about my problem again. So I request you to kindly take action as soon as possible.                     I have met an accident on[protected] with my bike and my bike paltina 100cc got partial destroyed in this accident so i go to the nearest bajaj auto service centre which is located at tehsil joura district morena MP on[protected]. they asked me to leave my bike for 2 days but now today[protected] after 8 days to leaving my bike at the service centre they are asked me to more 4 to 5 days.

                        Sub: Bajaj Dominar 400 ownership experience This is the "So called ownership" experience of my Bajaj Dominar 400 BS4 motorcycle. The Motorcycle was purchased in the month of October 2019. The happiest moment was made to "Not so Happiest" moment at the time of delivery of the vehicle due to delay in the process. After the delivery rode the bike and hoping to cover and pursue a wonderful riding experience with it, and that time started from the first service, service was done and observed some scratches and damages on the both mirrors. Later the bend in the handlebar was observed. this bend was said to be normal due to improper mounting alignment of the headlamp of the motorcycle, which was said to be normal on all the bikes. left the service center with the same condition thinking that some minor handling errors happened and ignoring them. The journey began. The vehicle was fine for some 2000km and started making weird noise when decelerating. Again, given back to service center for the checkup. The checkup was done, I was informed that the valve clearance was adjusted and the noise was brought back to normal condition. got the bike back, rode it for some more kms and there it is. again, the same noise. dropped the bike back at the service center. This time I was informed that the "Cylinder Head assembly" was replaced and got the bike back. again, there was an issue where a small layer of oil was floating on top of the coolant which was visible from the coolant lookup window on the reservoir tank. And the oil leakage was observed left the bike back and the reservoir tank was cleaned but still the stains were visible. later the reservoir was replaced under warranty. Got the bike and rode for some more kms. Now the paint was peeling off from the crank case, left the bike for the same issue. there was some argument with the manager so that the paint peel off was happening only in my bike but none other bike had this issue. I was told that this happened due to usage of hard water to wash the bike and bad weather conditions. if this is the case then what testing have you people done on this bike. Later the argument turned out to be "It's my mistake that the bike was not taken care of". no, it's not. I did care well. I serviced it on time and got the bike to the service center whenever there was a problem. Whenever my bike is out from service center it was going back to the same place with some issue. I never ridden happily in the span of 2 years. This is total disappointment for me. The free services which were about to last for at least 20000 kms were done before 17000 kms. On top of this there is COVID. I observed the paint peeling off also happened on the starter motor also which was later replaced after so much of argument. I didn't understand till today what's going on with my bike? The crash protection guard bolt was found broken due to vibrations. Why are there so many issues popping up whenever I get my bike serviced in service Centre? Recently I gave the bike for service, "first paid service". I got the bill for about 3500 with the same issues on the bike which I was told to address when I gave it for service. After the service I planned for a ride and ended up with coolant leakage all over my boots and pant. I was so frustrated. I called the concerned person, there was no response since it was Sunday. I called up customer care and asked for assistance which didn't work out. rode the bike back to the service Center with the same condition on the very next day, mentioning some issues and coolant leakage was the prime concern. people said it was coolant overflow from the reservoir tank. When I checked the see-through window, the coolant was there but wondered how it was missing inside. later came to know that the coolant wasn't there, that was the stain and there was no coolant in the reservoir tank. The coolant reservoir tank got replaced. After one week I got the bike back with the same erratic idling issue and vehicle cutting off while shifting gears. I have observed the vehicle climbing the steep without any throttle input with MIL on. The coolant level is more than the max line when the bike is parked in side stand. This was after I got the bike from the service Center solving the coolant leakage issue. I can still see so many parts on my bike catching rust due to paint peel off. I have owned "Royal Enfield Thunderbird" and ridden “Mahindra Mojo "and I can confidently say that I know how to handle the bike in different terrains. My Thunderbird was done about 47000km on the Odo, that gave me many memories and pleasant experience than BAJAJ Dominar400. I just wanted a modern bike with good power and torque figures which I can afford. I was hoping my journey with Dominar would be a "Dream come True" but it turned out as a "Nightmare". I no longer have that interest to continue the ownership of this bike. Thank you, BAJAJ, for the most worst ownership experience, by this I have learnt a lot that no one is knowledgeable to handle bikes properly and address customer problems.                               I purchased Pulsar 125cc bike from YCS Bajaj Ashok Nagar, Kanpur U.P. in Feb 2021. I took Bajaj Allianz insurance through them worth Rs 6980( including 0 Dep and 5 year PA) but when I got the insurance document it didn’t mention 0 Dep in it so I asked them to change it. They issued new insurance to me worth Rs 5796 which included 0 Dep but PA was only for 1 year. I asked them to refund my rest of the amount but its been almost 10 months and they haven’t refunded it. They are making fool of the customers and cheating them. Please take action on them.

                                For 30 emi tenure, they are collecting 32 emi, for 02 emi was not paid in time at moratorium period.After penalty charges and 02 extra emi.30+2.Is it correct.Who permitted them.Is it rbi.It is not a duty? to inform the customer that your going to chargeable this much in advance .Then he would clear off at starting stage.With minimum penalty.

                                      I went to NDM bajaj service center in chandigarh. There was some issue with my bike's gear and they told me to wait as they have to order parts. I waited for 1 month and they asked me to submit my bike and it will take 2-3 days to finish work. Its been one month now my bike isn't fixed yet and when I call them they dont pick.

                                      Bajaj Team,

                                      Today[protected] went to BHARATH BAJAJ SHOWROOM, Bangar pet Branch, Kurnool Dist, Andhra Pradesh, for 2nd service of my Dominor 400 2022 bike. I explained them that the Engine Guard Bolt loosen and lost somewhere. I Mentioned it while giving to 2nd free service. Service people inserted some kind of screw in it and made it stuck inside and now telling they did nothing and it was already there . This is too much that how can myself do that ??? they acting like they don’t know about it! I am attaching photographs that they unscrew engine guard totally nuts have unscrewed marks on it.

                                      This is really hurting me that you people did this to my bike and by bonus blaming me in reverse. Really this is the best example for that we lost Humanity on this Planet.

                                      I told him to swear on God allah (Khuda ki kasam) he rejected to do that, and I swear in front of them that there is no bolt before and I don’t need to lie for a 10 Rupees bolt either. I am losing hope for your lies.

                                      I just want to see how the authorities will react to this issue. I can give my bike to a roadside mechanic to solve my problem, but how you people solve this?? We Dom riders will plan a road show, a campaign on Dom bikes to Leh and vlog everything about this issue after your reaction.

                                      It is very simple matter but Trust Matters.
