I AM A CONSUMER OF BSNL MOBILE (ORISSA) . MY No. is [protected] .
I SAY THAT IN SEMILIGUDA THERE ARE MANY BSNL MOBILE USER & THEY GOT PROBLEM THE MOBILE SIGANAL IS CUT VERIOUS TIME (when electric has been gone the mobile tower is not working) THAT IS 3-4 hours/day . I SEY THAT SIR THIS PROBLEM IS LONG TIME. IN COMPIDATION MARKET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE OF MOBILE IS FOLURE IN MAKE COSUMER.

I have intially subscribe to BSNL dataone broadband of Rs.250 Plan,and they have offerred 1gb free donwload and the speed was very good at that time just to exhust my 1GB free usage as soon as possible i suppose.But,in every month if i dont download anything,only browse for pages,autometically my 1gb is getting exhusted.And i had to pay very high charges for that.One of the BSNL agent told me to change the plan to Unlimited 750 and go for the annual payment,you will get some benifit.I have paid more than 9500/- already for the year.But,the moment i have changed it to Unlimited,my speed become very slow and it is slower than a Dialup connection.I was suppose to get 256 kbps/S as per the plan,but now i am getting max 25kb/s.I have logged complain to customer care twice,but no result.
So, the conclusion is i[censored] choose for a lower price plan they will provide you very high speed internet so that your free usage gets exhusted as soon as possible and they can charge for extra usage.And if you choose for Unlimited,they will make your connection so very slow,u wont be able to do anything,I cant even open normal webpages.BE WARE OF THIS TRAP OF BSNL DATAONE.

I have recently migrated to 3G service from 2G of BSNL serivce provider. Already i had the 2G GPRS settings in my mobile. As directed by the customer care representative, to receive the 3G GPRS settings i sent SMS <Manufacture_of_mobile> <Model_of_mobile> to 53855. i recevied 4 sms displaying the following message "Settings received but not saved. Message deleted". On enquiring the Customer care, they asked to delete the cofigurations and all the access points. Even after doing that and sending the SMS i received the same SMS. Even i formated the phone and sent the sms i am still receving the same message. Please help me in this and do the need full as soon as possible. My name is jhansi. My cell number is [protected]. My mobile was stolen by someone. i lost sony ericson C905 mobile and it has the sim card with mentioned number. how can we track the mobile with IMEI number?
Can you send me the outgoing and incoming calls list from my number.

Is there any facility to track mobile using imei number?

I've opted for EVDO connection for my limited Tenure in BHOPAL. As soon as i moved out, i have filed an application to disconnect my subscription. Irrespective to my regular appeals of doing so, BSNL is keep on sending MONTHLY BILLS on my address for the service i have ousted for 6 months back. I have requested them regularly, and everytime they have assured me of disconnection still i am receiving the bills. I don't know what are they upto. KINDLY HELP ME WITH THIS since I AM REALLY FED UP WITH BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES.

sir i have a BSNL Tarang No.2113025 WLL Phone but it Could not connect to any Aircel (e.g. [protected]) and 88 (e.g. [protected]) or 80 sries No.. says "this is an invalid No." plz. tell me the solution

I am a BSNL broadband customer in Varanasi using home plan 750 plus, customer no. is 2423070, I have been using bsnl broadband since last one year but since last 7 days my broadband connection is working drastically slow and downloading speed has dropped down to 5-7kbps, and even after visiting their office and after complaining them about this i didn't got any satisfactory reply and the condition of my broadband connection is still the same which is really frustrating for me, hope you will look into the issue n solve my problem.

My cellone connection number is [protected]. I am having this Cell one - postpaid connection from the date of introduction. I pay regularly the monthly charges for past so many years. This month due to some problem I have delayed payment. The BSNL is very promt in disconneting the Network on[protected]. No complaint on this
But I paid the amount on the very next day of Network disconnection - i-c on[protected]. But so far no network connection is given and my Cell one is dead. I have tried 1500 and there is no response. The national helpline[protected] is also of no use since I could not get any guidance on mobile (cellone) disconnection.

When BSNL is prompt in disconnecting NETWORK for non payment of bill amount, Can I not expect the same promptness in reconnecting after making payment.
Will you provide a simple complaint number for this type of problems for mobiles.

Will the concerned authority look into this and activate my mobile / reconnect network to my mobile.

BSNL people are Dead
No one is available to pickup the call on Phone number provided[protected]This number is provided on Bill of Landline for Public Greviance) but they all are in Grave Yard
Other Phone Number provided is 25427722 which rings but no one alive in BSNL to pick it up

This Organisation must be shut as soon as possible or in effective people must be sacked and put on contract basis / performance basis

All are lithargic people and they must not be in any kind of business, they all are taking india to 18th century and it is impossible to grow with them

BSNL is one of Indias Worst and Lithargic Organisation

My telephone No 241376 surrendered on 21 Feb 08. but deposit security of Rs 2000/- not refunded till date by BSNL Office. in this connection a letter was forwarded to BSNL Srinagar (Head Office) through BSNL office Kotdwara(Pauri Garhwal). I am Army personal and posted in Guwahati(Assam) and could not continue to forward a complaint in uniform interval.

I have applied for shifting of my phone in same exchange since more than 15 days,
In shipra Sun City,as my house is chnaged for one block to another but still no
action has been taken from the service provider BSNL.

Website not working
I am trying to find the bill for this month in the website www.maharashtra.bsnl.co.in/ssa/kalyan. The site is found not working since 2/3 months and so couldn't find the same. i req to pay my phone bill at there office and it takes 1/2 hrs. Please let me know when this will be resolved and I can make ON Line payment.

i HAVE LOST MY BSNL SIM AND NOW SOME ONE IS USING IT,SO PLEASE BLOCK MY SIM WHOSE NO IS [protected].

i m a student of animation and doing a course from delhi, i used to go to delhi everyday, and i needed internet connection to get help in my studies. so i enquired abt BSNL broadband but the feedback of many people in rohtak that if BSNL landline is not working then your internet will not be connected and even after the complaint the BSNL staff dont take it seriously. so its normally said that it is govt. organisation so it will take 7-10 days. then i heard about BSNL EVDO data card.
So,I took the service of BSNL EVDO data card 04/03/2010 and the service and the speed which was offered to me was not provided to me by BSNL. starting 12-13 days it worked as it offered, after that its speed become very slow, so i managed. After 2-3 days, the up and down rate of speed of this card become '0'. even the google.com was not opening. So i complaint to BSNL office regarding that i told them that i cant come for complaint in office hours because i have to go to my class in delhi and i use internet in night only. so they gave me a number that is[protected] as customer care and wen i called on this number nobody was picking up the phone for three days, when then i got another number from BSNL office i.e[protected]. this no was picked up but it was told to me that it is not the EVDO depart. so he connected me to concerned depart. person i asked him that why u r not picking up the phone then he replied "I DONT KNOW WHERE THE PHONE IS ."
then i met DE of the department he tried to solve the problem but failed. and he told me to give a rebate into my bill now i hav received the bill. and now they are telling me to give the application and wait. and they dont even know that how much time it will according to them i have check time to time. now what should i do ? i take my classes everyday or i visit to the BSNL office everyday ?
still the card is not working properly from last two days after 00:00 hrs the card is not getting connected.
i asked to stop the service but the said u have to use it atleast 3 months.
please help me somebody. i m a victim of the WORST SERVICES of BSNL.

hi, I am customer of bsnl prepaid connection . I sick with your services . on 19 of april morning 4:22 a.m i registered a complaint againts hello tune which i never requested and you people charged me wrongly 25 rs and today 23 rd april again deduct 12 rs of my account , i call to so many times to customer care but they never resolved it , my docket no is d[protected] and they people give me 48 to solve that complaint . I want only reserve my amount and deactivate the value added services from my number .

I have been plagued by abusive INCOMING calls on my BSNL landline number for the past 1 month. My life has turned into a living hell, since I don't have a call tracer so tracing calls is very difficult. I would be very grateful to you if you could kindly furnish me the details of all the incoming calls b/w 4pm - 8pm pertaining to the last month. My telephone number is[protected]. My landline No:25268242 is dead; and it normally goes dead once in ten days. Whenever I try to register a complaint on 25262198, it never gets registered because invariably the connection snaps even before the interactive voice sequence is completed. I try from many (some times six) telephones, and many (some times close to 20 times) times to register the complaint, and every time with the same result which entails going personally to lodge a complaint. None of the links of their site to register complaints online works. The greatest surprise is most of the telephone numbers and e-mail ids on their website are wrong and defunct.

My Mobile no. [protected]. I have changed my mobile plan from saral ananth to vennela plus on 07.04.2010 , recharging it with 91/- Rs. According to the plan I should be given 500 sms free. But every sms is charged 20 ps. I contacted the Customer Service but they are informinf me that i've used up my 500 free sms. But thats not true.
A no. has been given, informing me that it is the complaint no. lodged AP[protected]


Plz help me
