My name is Thirumaran, I am living in thanjavur. I have a broadband connection from BSNL ( 23/01/2008), Phone number:[protected]. My broadband ADSL link disconnect frequently from 23/01/2008. I was compliant many more time from the related officers through phone line and face to face . broadband adsl link problem solved temporarily (few days or more days). the problem repeated again. Again and again i was compliant the related officer but, the ADSL link disconnecting problem not solved permanently .
My money waste,my time waste and I get lot of stress. So, I want to good service from BSNL and BSNL provide a best BROADBAND connection. Please help me and Please take action

BSNL — Disappointed with the service of EVDO
Here I would like to inform you that I have submitted a letter about my disappointment with the service of EVDO on 25.08 2009 and again on 05.10.2009 to the GM Telecom, Ranchi. Now this is already more than four months has gone after my second complain and nothing has happened and the problem is still continuing even deterioting. I don’t know whether it create sounds to him or not. But I am in trouble. My professional life is quite disturbed. As I come late night so I have no option to visit a cyber cafe to do my reporting and other internet related official work and same in the morning. And I don’t think I have to visit a cyber cafe as I have taken BSNL EVDO and I am paying for it. Again here I am mentioning my point. I am a regular user of EVDO, No.[protected], from Nov’08. I am residing in Kilburn Colony, Hinoo, Ranchi. I was very happy with the performance of EVDO when I have taken it. Not only this, I was so much satisfied with the performance of the same that I have recommended it to some of my friends aslo. But from last eight month I am very much disappointed with the performance. Nowadays the speed of EVDO is poorer than a simple GPRS connection. And the speed claimed by the BSNL, i.e. 2.4 Mbps, is not matching even not its 20%. But I am paying the full rental amount which becomes costlier than 1x connection and speed is poorer than 1x connection. Every time speed drops and web pages are not opened. Not only this when I am doing my Daily Work Reporting it takes one hour to complete whereas earlier it was taking only ten minutes. Apart from this I wait for several minutes to attach or to download a file to my mail. And I don’t have any customer care no. talk about this and every time I have to visit to exchange which is not possible for me. Everyday my work is hampered or delayed and causing heavy loss to me. My 50% works depend on net. And with such a poor performance of EVDO I became handicapped.
