    My broadband not getting connected and no answer after the complaint too

    BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — BSNL connetivity

    There is no connectivity on my no.[protected] since 3 months and there is nobody to hear.
    I congratulate BSNL for having biggest network
    of NON-WORKING persons round-the-clock.
    I've phoned at more then 10 locations and more then 100 times.But all in vain.
    I dont understand why the people in BSNL are paid, to work or not to??
    One charming thing about the entire group(BSNL) from top to down the line is that everybody is very compatible with each other and the reason behind all of them have the same NO-WORK attitude.
    Privatisation is not far, guys.

    bsnl/broadband connection — internet not working and poor service

    i am ashok sharma and i have a broadband connection and its not working properly, iternet get disconnected automatically aftr some time.i have registered 3-4 complaints on the local telephone exchange from last few weeks but there is not any action taken from them.and i am regularly facing this problem .

    BSNL Broadband — poor service

    Now a days, i am getting worst service from bsnl broadband network. If I put downloads, it strucks at 1mb or 2mb. I don't know the exact reason and the customer service is not responding well.

    BSNL Broadband — NO CONNECTIVITY OF INTERNET

    WE ARE LODGING COMPLAINT ON DAILY BASIS FOR THE LAST TEN DAYS AT CUSTOMER CARE & DMT OFFICE FARIDABAD . NO BODY IS LISTINING AND ENTERTAINING. DESPITE OUR APPROACHING SDO AT DMT SECTOR-16 BUILIDNG . HE IS ALSO NOT LISTING ONLY SITTING ON CHAIR & TIMEPASSING. WE SHOULD KNOW THE WAY HOW CAN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

    BSNL Broadband — terrible broadband service

    My connection was down for almost a week before 30 december when i registered my first complaint.i waited this long because i thought it was due to the fibre optic cable breakdown shown on the news.after three more complaints and no responce today (10 january)i called them up and told them to send someone over by the end of the day or i would disconnect the line rather than pay them for nothing.after all an unlimited line doesn come cheap at 1200 a month!! within 2 hours a man was at my place to collect the money. prompt this time! what more can i say?

    BSNL — INADEQUATE SERVICE

    Iam availing the BSNL bradband connection on my landline tele connection 2500247 at Noida since last one year but the connection is hardly functioning & have lodged numerous complaints r it. It was repaired on few occassions but again the connection goes faulty and BSNL officials are unable to solve the issue. The record of recent complaints lodged with the call centre are as under :-

    Bsnl Broadband Connection — B BAND CONNECTIVITY

    Sir,
    I had applied for a broadband connection nearly 3 weeks back. I could get a PHONE CONNECTION after 2 weeks and yesterday a BROADBAND CONNECTION was made on my phone. But till date no connectivity has been done even after pursuing the case with BSNL Authorities.
    It is requested to kindly look into the matter so that I can avail of the Broadband facilities.

    BSNL - broadband — Poor Service

    I submitted my application for BSNL broadband connection with Landline, initially they promised "It will come within 15 days" but they didn't give connection after 25 days also. I complained to the officer regarding this he said that "we can't give more priority to the new customers, currently our old customers have cable problem, we can give important to old customers only."
    DEAR SIR,
    I, AMIT KUMAR SAMANTA, PHONE NO[protected], USING BROADBAND SERVICE TILL ONE YEAR, BUT FROM LAST MONTH I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM AT NET SERFING. MY MODEM'S LINK (YELLOW) LIGHT BLINKING (UP-DOWN) VERY FREQUENTLY, AT THE SAME TIME LINE IS GETTING DISCONNECTED. THE MECHANIC WHO HAS COME 3 WEEKS AGO FROM YOUR OFFICE HAS ADVISED TO CHANGE THE OVER HEAD WEARING. SO I HAVE COMPLAINED REPEATEDLY TO AREA OFFICE[protected],[protected] TO CHANGE THE WEARING, BUT THEY ONLY DO EVERY TIME A CALL TO MY HOME AND THAT WAS AT THE OFFICE HOUR WHEN I AM NOT AT THE HOME. AND ALSO NO STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN YET.

    I CORDIALLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CHENGE THE WEARING AND HELP ME TO ACCESS THE INTERNET PEACEFULLY, NITHER I HAVE CUT MY PHONE CONNECTION AS I COULD NOT PAY BILL WITH THE COST OF DISSATISFACTION.

    BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — Service not continued

    Respected Sir,
    I prayed for unlimited plan of broad band service on my Telephone Number[protected], before one and half month ago, but up to today services not continued on my telephone.
    भारत संचार निगम की इसी ढुलमुल व्यवस्था के कारण सर्विस के मामले में वह लगातार नीचे से नीचे गिरती चली जा रही है, इसका कारण अभी भी इस कम्पनी के कर्मचारियों के द्वारा वही पुराना रवैया अपनाया जा रहा है, जिस प्रकार से पहले कोई अपने टेलीफ़ोन की कम्पलेन करने जाता था, तो अफ़सरशाही इस कदर हावी थी कि एक जरा से काम के लिये उपभोक्ता को कितने ही दिन भागना पडता था, भला हो राजीव गांधी को जिन्होने अपनी कार्य शैली से भारत के संचार के क्षेत्र में अपनी योग्यता के बल पर आज कई कम्पनियों के द्वारा संचार व्यवस्था को सुचारु बना दिया है, आपको इस कम्पनी से तौबा कर लेनी चाहिये, और थोडा अधिक और चुकाकर किसी प्राइवेट कम्पनी का ब्रोडबैंड कनेक्सन ले लेना चाहिये।

    broad band internate — poor broadband service

    my broadband connection (land line no[protected] is inRs.500 plan . but the speed is very poor and connetction is cut of in a regular manner
    no conenctivity of broadband since almost a month, we have raised a request and the docket no is [protected] and this was done on 7th July.

    No action had been taken so far, aprpeciate you guys to take an immedeate action and make the services available asap.

    BSNL — Poor Network Connectivity

    Dear Sir,

    I have been holding a BSNL Cellone connection for almost one year in Pune. Many times the connection suddenly drops while talking. Slight movement of the handset also drops the line at times. At the same time if I use Reliance (CDMA) I have no problems. However, Reliance is expensive. Why is it that BSNL does not provide good connectivity?

    I have got broadband connetion of bsnl but they are giving the worst serice.Frequently the net disconnentes or the link goes as well as the downloading speed is very slow .Even a song cant be downloaded fast .please do help me.

    BSNL — Poor Broadband Service

    I an using BSNL Broadband since May 2009 from BSNL. But BSNL does not have a better service performance for broadband.Since I have got the connection I am facing several problems.

    1. I cannot get optimum access speed as per my Broadband Plan(Home UL 750 Plus). The company is assuring to provide a speed upto 2 Mbps. But I cannot get so much speed. My speed is very less and even below 300 Kbps. Sometimes it comes down below the minimum broadband speed of 256 Kbps.

    2. Even sometimes I cannot connect to internet even after having full connectivity showing many errors like Error 678, Error 691 etc

    I have informed my nearest Telephone Exchange about my problems. But the authority takes it casually.

    BSNL — service poor

    i belong to kizhakambalam exchange in ekm ssa,our phone went out of order on by 5 may 2010,and our number was crossed to other number,on the next day we had went to complaint this issue to the exchange and they treated us in a very bad manner,on that day they removed the fuse,but still the phone was out of order.everyday we were complaining but none came to look the problem,and the lineman who used to come is a corrupted person and also he is a union leader too,at last on by 11 we went to aluva section office and the engineer out there called the ae of our exchange and within 1 hour our phone was cleared,kudos to the engineer sir......since there are a lot of private tele companies in india,still we had our faith with bsnl which has been using for years,,but due to this incident it has gone..the service in our exchange is too bad.these employees like lineman,ae etc will finish bsnl in our area...so please kindly take some action against them for the survival of the bsnl,its a request...

    starting two month speed are 350 kbps
    and then 4 to 5 time i am register compalint in BSNL office Sendhwa / Khargone TDM but it is not taken action.

      I am using bsnl prepaid mob no.- +91-[protected], from last two years, it was ok till 2-months, but now iam getting daily above 50 massages of criket score from no-52906, i have comlaintto custumer care centre, but they are saying that no any plan is activaed from your mob no., in case it is happening sme msg they offered to me to send. I sent these msg i was charges rupees 3/- for every time. but no response is coming. Now problem is not only that criket msg coming on my mobile but also every day, rs 3/- are chrged to my mobile If it will not stop, i will go to court for this, either bsnl reverse me 2months charges they have chrged to me, ie rupees 3*3*30=270/-, please inform me the status soon.

          I have subscribed for a BSNL caller tune & they also deducted the download cost of that particular song, the monthly subscription cost as well. But I have been awaiting the caller tune for almost 5 days.
          Messages from the no. 56700 showed that deductions had been done successfully and caller tune could be used for the next 30 days.
          Please do the needful at the earliest.

            BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband

            Dear Sir,
            I am having broadband connection of BSNL at my home address on telephone number[protected], My broadband connection is very moody, sometimes it works sometimes it will not. there is no certain timing for its working.
            When it is working, it is working on mood basis, 30 seconds it will work then 1 minute it will not... then it will work and it will not.

            I am Vinay Kashyap i am using broad band connection from past 2 years and i am having 500 C monthly plan. and i have opted for annual payment.. last month we have shifted our house and we gave a letter for shift in connection of both land line and broadband.. though the workorder was issued in a day they took 20 days to give my land line connection and my broadband is still not working.. The reason they say is it takes 10 days after giving landline connection. and they talk very rudly..they are unfit to be in service..
            I'm from Bhiwandi Thane m.S. i use braodband of BSNL .Ican't check my usage at bsnl portal .I can't find any type of help for that, i'm not find any site or result to solve this problem . What i do?

                I buy BSNL broadband connection after 1 and half month my modem give me problems. Then i contact BSNL office and I said to them give me replace router. I'll pay you extra cost.


                but they didn't give the replace modem or router. BSNL sell CHINES router and modems.

                  I have purchased BSNL NIC Data card with 144 kbps speed in 274/- for unlimited download limits. The data card is of Micromax MMX 300G model. I am using it in RIICO Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur. Now the problem is , i am not getting the speed of even 10 KBPS. What is to be done in this case? I am feeling like cheated that they are saying of 144 kbps speed and not serving even of 10 kbps.

                  i have a nic connection with number [protected] kollam kerala.for last six months an excess amount of Rs 100/- each charging as roaming charges.as i had never applied for roaming i submitted a complaint before AO (mobile) Kollam to stop the excess billing and refund the excess paid amount. no reply recd from them even after four months and i sent complaint to CGMT Kerala which also have no response. immediate action is requested to redress my grievence.

                      BSNL Prepaid — Problem in network

                      from almost two weeks i m trying to call customer care numbers

                      BSNL Prepaid — Network Problem

                      I am staying in Bengaluru Near K.S.Town
                      Near to my place there are three to four bsnl towers are there. So whenever I call somebody due to signal variation call cuts inbetween.
                      I have complained to the customer care and also the nodal officer.
                      Some people came from bsnl and checked and went. There is no improvement in the signal quality. And still I have not got the responce from the concerned officer.
                      Please help me in this regard.

                        I am Using BSNL 3G Data Plan on my laptop using Nokia 5230 as USB Modem.
                        Speed is Good but problem is Disconnects Every few minutes and Data download is interrupted.

                        I there is a problem with BSNL I think these guys don't know data scale below MB, every time you connect they charge you with 1 MB even If you don't download anything.

                        I applied for a landline phone and Broad Band connection at my Home having residental address 89-A, Arjun Nagar< Gopal Pura Bye Pass Jaipur-302015

                        Land Line Number is[protected] in the name Priyanka

                        After one my job has been transfer at Jodhpur, i submit an application at their office to close our Broad Band connection with immediate effect under750 /- p.m plan. and active only phone serives under150 p.m plan. I asked for that letter receiveing copy they refuge to the same and said aapk kaam ho jayega....

                        Now i m receiving bill my tenant inform me they a bill come throgh BNSL dues an amt of rs 2455/-

                        this is cheating from the company side and i m not going to pay not even a single penny pls resolve my issue as soon as possible

                        I have opted for the Rs. 4200/- promotional plan in the month of December 2010.

                        Bill date : 19/04/2011 and Invoice # :[protected] Due amount : 31545

                        Since I'm still in promotional period of 4200 (6 months). Why this bill has been generated?
                        Please let me know for the same. I won't be clearing this due amount.

                          This is the complaint that without any information BSNL authorities subscribed to mobile radio and music radio to my number [protected]. I tried for deactivation. But of no use. And I complained in Saroornagar BSNL office with my number on 23rd of march,2010. I follwed call centre executive directions but again another service is subscribed.With 12630033 and 12630019 are the two numbers. The Office personnel explained me within 15 days it will be rectified. But of no use. I complained two times and 5 time on Phone. But of no use I dont know to whom I contact. Because I am an private employee, it is impossible to go to office regularly. Because of this I lost 100/-. Can u help in this favour.

                            Sir, I have given an application to shift my landline phone at my new residential address and it is in the same exchange also. I was assured by the official that it will be shifted in 3-4 days but after repeated reminders nobody is giving any heed to my problem. Moreover when someone dials on this phone the tape runs as this no does not exist .This is really probllematic situation.

                              LAND LINE PHONE is in dead condition most of the day.
                              Land line Phone nos[protected] is in dead condition 15 days in a month,
                              the related offices are not lifting the their phones,
                              No body attending Customer complaint land line no.
                              Even afetr this type of service also bill will be done excessively.

                              Why this type of misbehaviors, We think the BSNL peoples does not understad the neeeds of the customers.

                              They are not doing any favor by providing timly services.

                              Hope do the needful rectification of the above said land lines

                                I am finding difficulty in registering for online payments for my telephone Nos.[protected] and [protected].
                                One of the questions asked for the registeration is that to enter the Consumer No.where as no mention of the consumer No. in the telephone bills.However a customer Id is provided in the bill.
                                Is the customer Id and Consumer No. is same? When I contacted your service 1500, i was told that both are same. But when I enter customer Id No. [protected], it shows that it should not be more than 8 digits.where as it is 10 digits.
                                I will be highly grateful to you for providing consumer Nos for my phone Nos [protected] and [protected].

They are telling to use the Lap-Top and Observe (which is unaffordable to me ), to remove the Anti-Virus from the Systems which can internally harm my Hardware and slow down the systems .The Telecom Officers are not Solving the Technical Problems but blaming to me .
                                        As I am facing problems to my business due to Dis-connection and loss to the business, I, kindly request you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am Totally Un-Satisfied with the Service Provided by the B.S.N.L Telecom. I have received two bills from Broad Band section with no business done for past two month. I Kindly request you to Discount the Bills for the In-Convenience Caused by the Department and Solve the problem Permanently.

My broad band internett connection ph No is[protected].My broad band connection is not working properly from last one month. BSNL personnel attended once. My computer is working properly.Known person is telling internett is too slow.The Telecom Officers are not Solving the Technical Problems but blaming to my computer .


                                        As I am facing problems due to not working/ too slow of broad band. I, kindly request you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am Totally Un-Satisfied with the Service Provided by the B.S.N.L Telecom. Or else dis-connect the internett alongwith land line please.
                                        It is very common for a person to blame the PC when he is unable to resolve the speed issues... Same problem with me, while my PC works at great speeds with Airtel 4G wifi or MTS wifi dongles...Sadiq Ph No. [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, my telephone no. is[protected] with Broad Bank wifi connectivity. The same is not working since last ten days. During the month of May 2016 also there no regular connection. I have complained about the same to the jurisdictional exchange many time, but so far nothing is done. Without proper connectivity and usage of BB/ telephone, I am getting monthly bill, which I have paid expecting the better services. I am sorry to say that the service of BSNL has became worst. Please direct the concern persons to do the needful urgently.
                                        My bsnl no. 2474796. Since June 29 my broad band is not working properly. I made many complaints to Shivabasava Nagar bsnl. One officer visited us and advised to change modem. Even we purchased new modem then too the internet connection is on and off every minute. Then the officer said the white has to be changed, and asked me to lodge a fresh complaint.

                                        The process seems unending.

                                        I appreciate if there is any remedy coming up, through this forum.
