i have received call from birla sun life delhi regarding insurance policy after that i have called customer care if birla sun life and they told me that we don't have this type of policy. then after i have mail to company tooo many time from same day but till date i have not received any reply form the company and still i have received calls from the company regarding policy. in this type of scam company is also involved in it that is why they are not replying my mail and not take any action.

    Subject: Re-instatement of Policy number[protected]

    Despite Several Reminders, the BSLI doesn't look into this matter in the interest of the policy holders.

    If the policy doesn't take for re-instatement, a review petition will be filed in the IRDA and necessary compensation will be claimed from the BSLI for non-commitment of policyholder's interest.


    Plz re-instate my policy no.[protected], as I did not get much info about my refund. Now I am shocked that only 3000/- will be refunded for my deposit of 15000/-. this is illegal and not tolerable.

    I have already requested the BSLI to re-instatement one month back but no response from the BSLI.

    If you don't proceed further, I will file petition against BSLI for full refund for harassing and misguiding the customers in the Consumer Court for Compensation.

    Plz call me urgently [protected].

      The Branch Manager of Birla Sunlife insurance at Diamond Harbour doing miss behave with the Renewal Clients. If their Agent have not presence now with in Birla, then why the client are suffering this reason. As per manager information its Birla Sunlife Insurance head office instruction.Lot of Client are suffering this type of problem with Birla Sunlife insurance in other branch its one of them.
      So Don't Invest this type of Pvt.Insurance Company.

      Birla sunlife insurance company — website logging in problem

      The web site to see fund invest detail has been changed in to a complicated one so that customer do not see his funds investment and day to day value of fund.The so called customer id never given is asked for repeatedly.I am trying to open/register but failed to do so.

        Hi,
        My name is Deepali Agarwal. I have taken a Birla Sun Life Policy in 2008. The policy was of 3 years. I did the last payment in March-2010.
        After that I had come to United States for higher education and I want to withdraw my policy so that I can use the money for my education.
        I have dropped several emails to "Customer Service" to ask the process to get my money back.
        I am tired of contacing them and never got any reply. When they needed my money I used to get 100s of calls and now they are not bothered to even reply their own customers.
        I have no clue on how to get my money back, I have to wait till I plan my India trip which I dont know when!!
        I wish someone can help me on this issue as I am in a real need of my own money!

          i have invested some amount in the cash manager fund of the birla sunlife mutual fund. the good thing about this scheme is that the principal is 100 % protected and i can get my amount within 2 days of my request and there is no entry or exit loads in this fund. for the ease of my transactions i have opted for the electronic payment mode of my redemption and i have also clearly mentioned the same in the application forms. on 19th of july i have made a redemption request for Rs. 10000 from my folio and after 2 working days i was waiting for my amount to be credited in my bank account. when i dont get my amount in the 3rd working day then i called up the call centre to inquire abount the amount when i was surprised to know that they have registered my mode of payment as the cheque payment mode. i asked them to rectify the mode of redemption in my folio for which they told me that it will take 4 working days to rectify the same. i told them that being it is the mistake of the company and that it is to be rectified instantly than they denied me and said that it will go according to the process. i also asked them about my cheque of Rs. 10000 but i was more surprised to know that they have not even despatched the cheque till 25th of july. my redemption is been done as per the NAV of 19th of july and my cheque has been despatched on 25th of july that means that the amount difference of 6 days has to be borne by me... i want the necessary actions to be taken against the company so that no one else faces the problem again...

            My self Aashish Bhasin I have Received a call from BirlaSun Life Insurance executive name is Rahul Sharma they told me about a plan but when i said i didn't require they started abusing that number is [protected] when i talk to birla sunlife insurance call center they told me we cant do anything for that " we cant do anything for that market caal". How that company who can't restrict our employee can they manage your fund or settlements the claim.

                I have purchased a policy from you in January ( the policy no is[protected] but not received the policy bond on time after so many visits to your Chandigarh Branch I have received a policy bond that to in duplicate which I don't like at all

                After seeing the policy bond I am not satisfied with the policy therefore I have submitted the policy for free look which you have denied now you tell me where is my fault you have given me duplicate bond where is my original bond please process my free look otherwise I go in legal court against you

                waiting response in 24 hours

                this is total case of Mis selling

                      i already give resignation from Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd in August, 2010 and submitting all the documents related to resignation and PF withdrawal form also.
                      But till now, after 10 months of resignation i did not receive my PF from the company, i am trying to call their HR toll free but all the time they told your query is in process.

                        I have successfully comleted trainng programme for LIC agent and also qualified the Online exam in the month May-2011. However, my license has not been released till date because in the month August-2010
                        I got myself registered with Birla Sunlife vide URN No.BSLI[protected] but I have neither attended training programme nor appeared in written exam for Birla Sunlife.In this context, I approached Birla Sunlife Hardwar branch for cancellation o[censored]RN issued to me by them & I have also courier a letter through haridwar branch but I have got no response.

                          I have requested multiple times in hard copy request at CAMS office in Bangalore MG Road Manipal Tower, but Customer care of Birla Sun life always says to submit request again,

                            I have invested through SIP of 1000 Rs in Birla Sunlife ELSS scheme in June 2008. At that time I was given to understand that I can withdraw the accumulated amount at the end of 36 months. Now I am told that I can withdraw the entire amount only in June 2014! What a nicw way of cheating innocent investors and not giving them clear information about the scheme. I had invested because I wanted the Money in 2011, Now I am asked to be patient and wait for 3 years.Please help me get back my money which I need urgently.

                                I Mukesh kumar Sharma procure two nos birla sun life insurance saral jeeven polices no[protected] issue date 21.2.2008 first premium Rs 11448 & policy no [protected] issue date 28.2.2008 first premium Rs11316.
                                I received these polices after 30 days from issue date. And after studying these policy terms and condition, It was noticed that explained by agent wrongly, and policy condition not suit to me. Immediate I went local birla sun life office at mansur plaza beawar For cancelation these polices but they were refused and told me that if I kept these policy for a period of three year then this will be beneficial to me. After 3 year received a letters from birla sun life for termination of these policies then I was shocked and contact to local birla branch and customer service for my losses , Both are unable to give me correct solution and not given satisfactory answer.
                                Then I call to toll free no[protected], as per them my total amount principal and interest convert in zero and when my self request him to send statement for the same and almost more then one month crossed there is no response from any one.
                                Again I was sent to mail at client service birla sun life on date 24-apr-11 for requesting to send my policy statement but till date no response was heard.
                                Sir I want a help from you that pl contact to birla sun life officials on behalf of me that how it is possible that a amount invest for gaining more but after a period of 03 year this was neither increased or noe as it is.
                                We are investing amount for benefit not for total loss.
                                Pl l advise me how can recover my principal amount
                                pl look after and favor me for recovering my losses

                                  I happen to be a reputed person from Shahbad Markanda, having stayed at this place for the last 25 years near Kurukshetra and want to bring in your kind notice the pathetic service that I have got from your Reputed Company and Chandigarh region FC Renu Sharma insurance advisor code C00065 regarding 13 policies of my family including 4 policies of myself.

                                  Details of this well planned fraud are as below:-

                                  1. I was given 2 policies of Rs. 24996/- on 27th March 2008 (Receipt no.6016226 and 6016222) and 2 policies of Rs. 24834/- on 28th March (Receipt no.6016442 and 6016445)

                                  2. My Brother Nand Kishor given one policy of RS.50,000/- on 20th march 2008 (Receipt no 6015606)and 2 policeies of Rs. 24861/- on 27 march (receipt no 6016195and 6016196)

                                  3. My Brother jagdish kumar given 3 policies of RS 25050/- on 28th march 2008 (receipt no 6016444,6016441 and 6016439 )

                                  4. My Mother luxmi rani given one policy of Rs 50000/- on 27march 2008 (Receipt no 6016238)and I was told that these are Single premium policies and I need not
                                  give any future premiums in these policies.
                                  TILL DATE, I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED THE POLICY NOR HAVE I EVER RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION OF ANY RENEWAL PREMIUM (AS THESE WERE REGULAR PREMIUM POLICIES WHICH I HAVE GOT TO KNOW ON 26TH APRIL 2011) VIA ANY MODE OF COMMUNICATION, I hope I need not repeat this as I have written this in Caps for your reference and I have all the proofs to back this in court of Law if need be although I am very sure that a Reputed Name Like Birla would not let it happen.

                                  I was surprised to hear that I will be given a token cheque of
                                  Rs. 6000/-/policy after a few days as all policies have been terminated. May I ask how can a policy be terminated if the client has not even got the policy and any information about the policy term and conditions??

                                  I would request you once and for last time to give back atleast my Principal amount if not interest of 3 years ASAP else I would have to pursue other options inc. Legal and would make sure that all policy holders of Birla Sunlife get to know about these deeds of Company via electronic and print media and not to mention that IRDA will be involved very soon in this serious matter altogether.

                                    hello sir/mam,
                                    myself Sudarshan Dev, policy no.[protected]. Me and one of my friend Pankaj Jindal policy no.[protected] took insurance policy last year (2010) in may, The agent was from Gohana branch (Sonipat) but we did not receive my documents till 10th of april 2011.after that we asked for my policy documents from the agent. After many phone calls, we received my documents on 3rd of may 2011. when we read the documents, the benefits, policy and conditions were different to those which were told by the agent. Then we called the agent and ask him about the policy. His response was not satisfactory. Then one of my friend told me about the free look of the policy and then we spoke to your customer executive on toll free no. About the free look, the conditions are written clearly in the policy paper. 0n 13th may Mr. Pankaj Jindal went to the jind branch office, Mr. Jaspreet singh talked to the manager of Sonipat branch. Then manager of sonipat branch refused to give the free look on our policy although we fullfilled all conditions for the free look of my policy. He talked to toll free no. and Mr. Jaspreet singh also talked to customer executive. He told Mr. Jaspreet singh to give me free look. we visited the branch many times but ultimately he refused to give us free look on our policy. He told that the Manager of Sonipat branch refused him to give me free look.They both misbehaved with us. After that i called to toll free and Mrs. Kaynath and told her all about it, she also talked to Mr. Jaspreet Singh but his response was very poor and he cut down the phone.

                                    I want strict action against both of them.

                                    TILL DATE, I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED THE POLICY NOR HAVE I EVER RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION OF ANY RENEWAL PREMIUM (AS THESE WERE REGULAR PREMIUM POLICIES WHICH I HAVE GOT TO KNOW ON 26TH APRIL 2011) VIA ANY MODE OF COMMUNICATION, I hope I need not repeat this as I have written this in Caps for your reference and I have all the proofs to back this in court of Law if need be although I am very sure that a Reputed Name Like Birla would not let it happen.

                                    I was surprised to hear that I will be given a token cheque of
                                    Rs. 6000/-/policy after a few days as all policies have been terminated. May I ask how can a policy be terminated if the client has not even got the policy and any information about the policy term and conditions??

                                    I would request you once and for last time to give back atleast my Principal amount if not interest of 3 years ASAP else I would have to pursue other options inc. Legal and would make sure that all policy holders of Birla Sunlife get to know about these deeds of Company via electronic and print media and not to mention that IRDA will be involved very soon in this serious matter altogether.

                                      My premium due date is 17th January, April, July & October of each year.

                                      CASE:-
                                      Here the case is that I made the 1st payment of my policy on 17th Jan 2011 at the time of opening of my policy, after that against the second due payment I made the online payment on 11th April so that it can be credited against my due payment on time.
                                      But inspite of making payment myself again Rs.7500/- was debited from my bank account on 18th April through auto debit option.

                                      As soon as the amount was deducted my agent made a written complaint to the insurance co. and asked to return back the money and telephonically they assured that the amount will be refunded back with in seven days from the time the amount gets credited in their account. But till today it is almost 36 days have passed and i have not received the money.

                                      Sir please help me to get back the money with interest and with penalty against the problems faced by me due to the scarcity of money due the the insurance co. mistake.
                                      I have All the proofs Of above complaint which i can send you any time.

                                        This is to inform you that your people has done froud in terms of giving me policy, and till date I've not received any solution regarding my policy No.[protected] & Policy No.[protected]
                                        I've taken policy by your telephonic agent M/S SNOWTEX INVESTMENT LIMITED ,Delhi ,Advisor Code 001639, the policy detail as he had told me when I've received document it was totally different.I'd gone to your Branch office at Ahmedabad but sales people Mr.Paresh has asked me to talk Mr.B.N.Chaturvedi (Delhi), I had requested him to cancel the policy on 22nd March'2011(Within free lookup period) but no one has taken it back only assurance has given till free look . After that snowtex people are giving me threat ,and telling me that whatever you want to do just do nothing will happen we have received our commition.

                                        Please do appropriate action in case on urgent basis.

                                        So all investors should submit a complaint at crime branch in all your district head quarters. The complaint format will be displayed soon. Everyone should submit individual complaint and get them registered and take receipt.

                                        Two agents of Snowtex (M/ Snowtex Investments Ltd), posing as agents of Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd in Kolkata have sold me a BSLI Vision Policy (Policy No.[protected] with wrong and false promises. These agents are 1. Premanand Hazra (mob No.[protected]) and 2. Prosenjit Dasgupta (mob no.[protected]). These people have forced me to land up with a policy for 14 years, instead of 5 years initially offered to and requested by me. As a result my funds are unnecessarily blocked up for a long period of 14 years. I do not know, being a senior citizen, whether I would survive that long ! Further, Premanand offered me a cash back of 4% on my policy premium which has never come. Both of them are sweet talkers, but actually they are frauds and mischievous persons with doubtful integrity. I have already alerted BSLI Office about this fraud perpetrated on me. I hope BSLI Co. and Snowtex Investments Ltd would take serious cognizance of this incident and ring the culprits to book.

These Snowtex people call me sir i am calling from I.R, D.A office from mumbai panwel brantch, we are hear to recover u policy payment from government .after some time they called me and say sir u policy is getting good profit from government .u will get 175000. and after few day dey again calld me say u policy again gain profit now u will get 275000 Rs same procidure will come 10-15 days las they call me say sir now u will get Rs 600000.+110000= 710000.total amount u don;t need to pay any single amount . u just give us blank check to us we will adjust amount from their.after few day they collect check from me .they said we will not deposit it in u bank just this check was just to shown in I.R.D.A company.but they will deposit it in the bank the amount was Rs 99999.another Amount Rs 90000. after say sir u need to pay cash to shown I.R.D.A company .so i payed cash Rs85000 to that fellow . now no one received my call i am so much worry becouse i was taken cash from my friend .i don;t have capacity to pay my friend that much cash to my friend .
