Ceragem V3 — after sale no service, no cross inquiry since purchased,

Product is very good bcoz I own ceragem v3 machine since Dec. 2015 at my home, but once it's starts giving problem no service provide take care of it, not even take the call and reply the SMS.
I m using this machine regularly (at least once a day) till last 15-20 day i am facing cronic pain in neck, not able to take therapy, may be due to imbalance of V3 machine but no one bother of visit the place (send helper)
Now this machine is useless to me..
Taking physiotherapy & using cervical collar
Now purchaser decide their own
