ada — Not able to register grievance

My IGNOU enrolment number is[protected]. I have three complaints
1) I have successfully completed all the subjects required for MBA degree including Project work (MS-100). But I have not received the updated grade card and provisional/degree certificate.
2) Whenever I try to register my grievance from student zone of IGNOU website, after entering all the details i get a message "Invalid Enrolment Number". I tried calling atleast 100 time all the numbers given in the students help line. Till now i could not succeed in getting connected.
3) I HAVE SENT THE REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS TWO TIMES TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE. BUT TILL NOW THE CHANGE IN MY ADDRESS IS NOT REFLECTED IN THE SITE.

ada — Use of abbreviations

Hi,
I am an NRI from US. In India we have long addresses.
We can have simplified addresses by proper way of numbering the homes.
One side even numbers and the other side of the road- odd numbers.

That may be difficult some times. I know.
At least we can make it simple by writing names in short form like in US.
The postal dept should make people aware of these.
For eg.
Street= St, Lane=Ln, Circle= Cir, Avenue= Ave, Boulevard=Blvd, Number= #

The Zip code should be in written as 3 numbers first and the other 3 after a gap next. eg: 987 654.
The phone numbers should be written like in US with dashes after 3 numbers.
For eg: Number [protected] can be written as[protected].
That is easy to write and easy to tell others. The innocent villagers and every one of course will be benefited. That involves no cost. The postal dept should make people be aware of these.

ada — street light not working

we want to inform u that there is no street leight in our area ,,,,,,,,,,,, last 2 months ,

we are living last 2 years in your project at shastripuram c-1 block (house no ---- 345 & 346 ) many houses,,,

As per ur guideline street leight should be working at residencial place n park area,,, many leights are hanging on pools but these are not working...

If any incedent will happend with us due to ur street leights supply ,,, then who will responsible ??????????????????????
