Hi ,
I had bought a AG Total RO Enhance water purifier from Aquaguard through their own sales agent one Mr. Thippeswamy (knows as Swamy) in Aug 2012. I was assured of three free services in first year. (once in 4 months). Till date no service person has reported (7 -8 months) have passed.
When I call this agent, he is not even picking call OR giving false assurance when he accidently picks call.

AQUA GUARD RO ENHANCE — NOT INSTALLED SO FAR
I HAVE PURCHASED ONE AQUA GUARD ON 30TH APRIL 2012. TILL TODAY THE SAME IS NOT INSTALLED. THE SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IS DAILY DODGING THAT HE WILL COME, BUT TILL TODAY I IS NOT INSTALLED. PL. DO THE NEEDFUL EARLY.
