[Resolved]  blackberry services — Not providing proper service

Hi

I have Purchased Blackberry on 30th of September 2012, from Reliance
Digital, Ambiance mall, Gurgaon, Haryana. Since i bought i recognise there
is some problem in hand set while playing media player, i went back to
store, sale's Representative of Blackberry. They suggested me upgraded the
mobile software from 7.0 to 7.1 that i can go to any Blackberry service
center and they will take max 30 to 45 minutes.

I went to the service center and come to know that it will take 10 to 15
day, still i deposited my mobile. In next copule of hours i refused to wait
for this long and went back to service center and took back the hand set.
Un luckily on same evening my hand set was dropped in raining water for some
second, some how i made all right, but the CAMERA was not working.

I had to go back to service center and told the person what ever so
happened then I deposited my hand set again on 03 Decmber 2012. After 2 day
on 5th of December i got the call from Blackberry Service executive
Manoj and he suggested me to come and collect the Mobile as we can not
repair your mobile. And I got the below reply from the person.

*"you are not understanding come and collect your mobile....but i will try
as today is 5th december collect your mobile on 20th december still your
mobile will be not repaired, if you want you can get it repaired in any
locla mobile service store*."


I am ready to pay for the service charges but I haven't got the proper
service from your support, could you please help me and advise me to get my
mobile repaired. Please contact me once you come across this mail.

I am not getting any sort support from black berry services, please help me out this.
