I had visited the site of ezRecharge on 30/12/2009 and had recharged for Rs.444/- for my Airtel Pre-paid mobile. To my surprise I received the ezTrack Id and the transaction Id confirming to have received Rs. 444/- through internet banking of my Axis Bank. But the actual amount recharged was Rs. 4/44 (Rupees Four and forty four paise).
I tried to check the site once again to know what the offer was, which to best of my effort did not work or display that what was the offer for recharge from the service provider niether the site had any office address/telephone/mobile nos at the site. So now I am thrown into ocean to believe how these portals are carrying out fraud with millions of common people. Was this information helpful? |

Generally, tariff offers are provided by the service providers only.
So they only decide the talktime value for the given recharge amount.
This is the same case everywhere in india, even if you goto local shop.
Following is the recharge message which we received from Airtel for your
order.
"RECHARGE SUCCESS.Cust:[protected].Amt:444.00.Talktime:4.44 on
[protected] at 08:48PM."
