sir, i forward a lot of complaint in customer care of idea west circle that i recharge my idea net setter no. [protected] on 15 th of december at about 9:00 pm and not getting the balance amount during recharge but i don't get the response from their side they always put complaint on 24 to 48 hrs right now it goes a too long for a waiting period .........
i also get a call from their no.[protected] on 25 dec and a representative said that i got my refundable amount and just about 5 min. i check my balance amount through message facility and i came to know that he tell a lie to me
i am get a lot of sick from their facilities plese help me to put out a serious action against them.
