[Resolved] INDOORS CHOWPATTY — Non return of my advance
pls. note that i just saw indoors sale and went to their showroom and just booked on a tokeen amount of rs.1000/- a sofa couch and a rocking chair. I was told by tasneem the owner there that its muharram time and till 110/12 days my order would not even start and indoors has a policy that till 40% is recd. from the customer they do not process the order.
due to some personal problems i had to immediately rush and cancel the order within 4 days she was not there on that day, from there onwards i have been chasing her back and forth and she categoricallydoes not attend my phone also and said she will not return my money. I am fed up and mentally exhausted of chasing her totally. this is not the policy followed by a company like indoors who really harass their customers for just a mere 1000/0 and she has told her personnel at the workshop when i call not to give her the phone.
please help me in this matter as it is a matter of principal and indoors should refrain itself from such activities.
