I bought a sofa set from Reliance Mega Mart and in a month the dips occurred in the seat cushions. After constant follow up they replaced with the fresh piece. I said that I have lost the confidence in that product model, please give me some other better model, and I will pay the difference amount and I dont want to compromise with the quality. They said, if you face the problem again you will get the model of your taste. Now the same problem reoccurred and when I reported them they are now not willing to take it back or change. They took several months to do the inspection and now when every thing is done they are not willing to refund or change it with the different model.
Please help me out. I invested almost 30,000 rupees in it. I am feeling helpless and is not getting any directions to move. Please help me out.

Reliance Mega Mart — Old Stocks in Reliance
Hello Sir,Am living nearby Reliance Mega Mart,Kharadi,Pune. Always i used to get my things from reliance . I found that lot of expired food items are sold by reliance by giving wrong expiry date. For example they mentioned the product expiry as 21/05/2010 .You are buying the product by 15/05/2010 .But the next day itself its gone. All are already expired.You cant even use the same. This is happening in most of the food items.(Eggs, Curd,milk,ice-cream......) . People will die if they consume these kind of already expired products since even kids also taking these kind of foods. Kindly take necessary action into the same.
