Dear Sir,
This is regarding my Prepaid connection of Reliance CDMA. Today, I have recieved a message from 51234 stating that " YOUR SUBSCIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. " and the same amount has been deducted from my balance. Yesterday night at 11: 23 p.m my balance was Rs. 224.92.
And today when I woke up , to my surprise I recieved the above message and the balance becomes Rs.194.92.
First of all I have not subscribed to any of such services. On calling Customer care, they are unable to give details on when I have subscribed this service and they say that they don't have such data. These are all their excuses as I know there has been no such request given from my side, And now they are now refunding this amount. When I asked to transfer my call to a senior person, they simply put me on call-waiting and don't give me any complaint request number.
I have experienced same situation 2 months back, but then they have refunded the amount and agreed that it was their fault and they have deducted the amount by mistake. Now, again same thing has happened and they are not refunding the amount. This is really frustrating.
Kindly do the needful.
