I bought mobile Samsung u9oo from Axiom Telecom Company at Egypt on 23t July 2008, with warranty 2 years from the date of purchase . now I have problems the touch screen and speaker not work . I went to Axiom company but they closed all the branches by searching I discovered that I should go to Ring company who replaced AXiom and should hold all Axiom company responsibilities but Ring company clerk told me that they considered only one year for grantee , in spite of I gave him the original of the mobile grantee certificate in which it is clear that warranty is 2 years . my phone IMI is [protected]
this is my 2nd Samsung mobille ( 1st one was u 700 ) I trust in Smsung products but this time I 'm suffer from bad service after sale.
