Dear Sir
Regarding our two numbers i.e.[protected] & [protected] related to our Account No.[protected], we have already a request on Dt. 05.11.2009 sent to your Rohtak office representative for disconnection the said number but till date both numbers are active and regularly the rent are charged in our invoice after 05.11.09. But last payment was done by some short payment due to both numbers billed amount was not paid. And today the said account numbers outgoing are closed.
Please look into the matter seriously.
