traffic alert service is activated on my number but i don't want this facility and even i don't ask to give me the same after i received the msg from idea care that this service is activated on my mobile . I have tryied so many times to contact the customer care but they does not give line to them they put on hold my line forever after that. I am your customer for the last so many years and i have brought your another connection in family plan and u pepole disconnect the out going facility for that number . so you are requested to please disconnect that traffic alert service on my mobile number-[protected]
other wise i will quit from IDEA and change my services to another communication company. Please take some necessary action against that complaint and disconnect that TRAFFIC ALERT SERVICE FROM MY NUMBER because i can't tolerate to receive that kind of msg
