I am unhappy with the quality of a led croma i bought croma centre from rohini sector on 27 janurary 2016 and i am writing to seek a replacement.
The led croma screeen problem
Yellowish face coming on day, & very blacy face coming on night seeeen,
I compare with 4 led, one from chinese, 2nd panaonic, 3rd samsung, 4th toshiba

I noticed this problem from the date of installation & also found this problem in croma store, but sales executive told me, your
I didn't seeen, , & he told me check on another led, , then i didn't seeen same problem & you will get fresh piece., &
He perfectly maked me fool.Me and my brother 3 times visit on same croma store regarding this problem .They always told you, in 2 working days technician will come
And resolve your problem-& there after i call on customer call ([protected]) on 17 march (3bon170v16fs00006) (Bon170316fs00006)
& also call on 28 march on customer care bon280116id00023
The led croma is not of acceptable quality and does not match the sample led croma i was shown in store.
I would like you to replace it with one of the same quality and finish as the sample and arrange for return of the faulty led croma at no cost.
I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase.
I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.
If i do not hear from you within 2 days, i will lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.
