Had ordered a window ac from croma retail online on 4th april 2016. Invoice number sle001ec0042784 and cancelled it within an hour of ordering. I also confirmed my cancellation by calling again on 6th . Still i got a call from fedex asking me about my address for delivery. I called croma retail again 3rd time to confirm my cancellation. I had not got my refund till 12th so i called croma 4th time to ask about my money. They told i will get a call within 24 hrs from backend team. Today is 19th, half a month has gone since i had cancelled the ac. I have called croma retail atleast 10 times for refund. Everytime they say the same thing that i will get a call from them within a day.

Can some one tell me how am i supposed to pay the interest rate that the credit card company is charging me for delay in payment.

Why is croma (Tata) acting like thieves and not returning money. I have such a bad experience from croma retail i would never buy any item ever from them.

TATA brand is apparently India's pride. I wonder if it's for such excellent services like extremely pathetic customer care. Compare this to foreign brands like Amazon where they even give you gift cards for any inconvenience caused to their customers. Amazon treats customers as its pride and TATA wants customers to treat it as their pride. Hahahahaha...

    Myself praveen purchased Whirlpool AC from Preet vihar outlet on 10th April 16. The free stabilizer provided with it doesn't working from day one . Called your preet vihar outlet regarding this, shocked to hear a technician might visit on chargeable basis . I had no other option regarding this so lodging complaint to solve my problem soon . My purchase invoice no;- SLFL02A[protected] . I paid around 40000 K for the AC, wheras I could have purchased it from local shops . I had the faith regarding your services provided from a brand like yours that why I choose to purchase from you . Now what I get the feeling that I wasted my money and time until & unless my problem gets fixed as soon as possible .
    I have mailed to customer care of Croma retail but still revert awaited. Poor service.

      Myself jharna b gautam purchased voltas ac from croma store janakpuri new delhi as on 17.06.2016 invoice no slf02a[protected]. There was one year manufaturer warranty and 2 years extended warranty... Warranty code is 7236. First of all it was not properly conveyed that extended warranty is not provided by the manufacturer it is croma who is giving extended warranty... I registered complaint for problem in ac (No cooling at all) and remote is not working from day one. The i got connected to customer care attendant on the other side of the phone started mentioning things stands excluded from the extended warranty... I found nothing is covered under extended warranty, somehow i felt cheated by croma people... Attendant denied for servicing of the ac... After 2 days of the complaint one technician came to my place to check the ac and observed that ac gas has been leaked which needs to be filled... I asked him to help me with remote problem also... Asked him to give replacement on payment basis but he clearly denied he was not even ready to help us out in this regard... He left assuring us that by tommorow some engineer will come and fill the gas in ac... Now we are from almost five days but no response from your side... No one repond on cutomer care... Every time they register new complaint but no body talks about previous chain of communication. I have no option left but to move to consumer forum and advise general public through media how bad croma services are...

        I visited croma sector 29 store at 1700 hrs today and the cashier on duty at ground floor advised me that the card has expired.( [protected])

        He denied providing me any information to my query with regard to how to validate the same.

        On contacting the customer service, i have been advised that i can get the card re-validated by paying an amount of rs500/- at the same store and also this amount will be added to my card, thus giving me the benefit of not loosing any money on revalidation.

        I am very unhappy not only with the attitude of the cashier, but also about wasting time and coming back home without buying anything which i would have done very easily.

        The store not only lost the sale, they showed incompetency in terms of training and customer service.

          I purchased a voltas window ac 2years back from gurgaon croma center. Some days back when i checked bill i found that ink has vanished from bill as it was a thermal paper. I need a duplicate bill.
          I have been connecting croma store but not getting any proper response even the behavior is also very rude and irresponsible, its been almost a month.

              We have registered a complaint on 05th apr 2016 regarding the fridge chroma 250l 5 star crar 2244 & when your engineer seen the same found that the compressor is having problem & also told these type of fridge are not available in chroma, hence replacement of this part is problem and there after there is not communication.
              Today i have connected with chroma customer & spoken to shravani & she re register the complaint.
              Therefore, it is requested to chroma team to either replace the compressor & make the fridge ready or simply replace the fridge as it is under warranty period.

                My name is mohit kumar verma and i purchased laptop "lenovo g[protected]"(Serial number - cb[protected] laptop on 22-dec-2013 from croma, ghaziabad, india. At the time of purchasing this laptop, i had also taken 2 years extended warranty so that in the case of any issue, i can take help from you. All the bills and invoices have been attached this mail for your kind reference.

                This laptop was working fine last week however suddenly today it did not turn on. I had the same issue before as well and that time it was fixed by croma service centre in april 2015. Let me confirm please if i will send you this at your address, would be able to repair it free of cost? Need your urgent attention and help here.

                      Service Request no- SR[protected] has been registered and still not getting resolved. Several updates has been done on that. I have purchased Croma 32'' LED on sunday 10th April, as promised it got delivered on monday 11th April. But today it is 14th April and installation is still pending. even after several complaints no body bothered to call. This is seriously a pathetic service. When called the customer care, the same repeated response I get- "We have escalated this issue and you will get a call from installation team". My question is- Who are these installation guys, who had not even contacted me. Apart from this customer care number, I have no other contact number.

                      Please get this resolved, else I have to process a Sales return.

                          During the 1st week of feb 2016, i purchased a croma led 40 inch television at croma, nungmabakkam, at the rate of rs. 28, 990/-, salesman was mr. Uday. I paid a partial amount and balance, i opted for interest free emi option with bajaj, as i was suggested of it and found it better option. After i bought, within less than 2 months, on 7th april, my television did not work. I made a complaint on 8th april and i was asked to return the tv as it was a defective series and that few customers had already complained. I was also told that i can get the entire amount refunded as an exchange option and i can go for other brand at additional cost, if any. Also they suggested me hitachi 40 inch with a discounted price. Also i was asked to give back the croma led, which i myself had to bring to the store (As suggested by the salesman). I visited the store on 9th along with the set and the free gifts (Sound bar and woofer, since i could not return the woofer, which was one of the free gifts, i promised to give on 11th april, which i did too). On 9th april, i went to the store and selected lg 42 inch with an additional cost of rs.13, 400/- as the tv price was exceeding the amount the i paid for croma tv. I was given an advance bill and was told that the full bill will be given to me once i return the woofer. I visited the store on 11th april around 12.45 p.M. With the woofer and mr. Uday told me that the soft copy of the bill will be sent to my email id and original will be given on day of delivery (13th april max). I would like to bring to your notice, every time i visit i was made to wait for long time. And that was the reason why i was told that the soft copy will be mailed. Around 3 o clock, i received a call from mr. Uday asking me to pay additional amount for some interest related issue with bajaj, and further to that i called the store and spoke to mr. Stanley. The reason was un buyable and i am really having a painful experience with the store and the way the issue was handled. Having loads of stores in chennai, i come to croma, expecting some professionalism as you are an enterprise of tata, a major and well-reputed player in the country across industries for many years, especially for their values and customer care. My experience with croma does not reflect any of the mentioned reputation.

                          Hence i escalate it to you and request your good-self to intervene for better solution and sustain the image with customers. Expecting a favourable reply at the earliest possible.

                          On 6th July 2017, I bought croma led 40 inch tv at select city mall in croma store at Rs. 25, 990.i paid the full amount through card on that day itself. But within one and half month it stopped working. I raised complaint on 4th July to croma customer care and they told me that I will receive call back regarding my issue. I been waited for whole day but didn't receive any call. So I called them again and they told me that they will make sure to return a call back. But again no call. Then after 10 time call they asked me to confirm the address which I gave to them. But no response after that. Didn't receive any call from croma centre. It's my first time dealing with croma product and such a bad impression they made. So how's my issue gonna resolve? Here am sending the bill too.

                              I had purchased three 1.5 tr croma make split ac. I had booked complaint on 5th apr for one ac not working and servicing of other two acs. Till date no action despite of me calling them daily basis.
                              This is the worst company in terms of customer care.
                              I have spoken to every body including manager of indirapuram croma centre. He promised it will be resolved . No action till now.

                                Bought mobile phone and handset from croma on 7 march 2016. The payment was done taken twice from the cashier by bank of Maharashtra debit card as we as cash. Cash payment was taken by cashier as he thought that the card payment was not successful.
                                However we have given 6000 rupees extra due to this cashier mistake.

                                  I have purchased a 0.8 protable ac from croma hyderbad I called customer care on 18.3.2016 with a complant no.HYD.180316FS00001.u exuctive cam e to my home told me its a motor problem and I need to speak with his manager I spoke with the manager he told me to that part is not aviaable .when he get the part he will fix .how many days u need to get a part already 21 days gone .is any one going to slove my problem .anyhow I have file a case in consumer court
