Sir,
I have purchased a croma table/stand fan 2in1 40cm at ur TNAGAR showroom
vide invoice no.SLF02A[protected] ON[protected] FOR RS.3, 040/-.
ABOUT 15 DAYS back, the fan was not running and it was handed over to
ur service centre on[protected] and i got it back today i.e on 4-4-2016.
To my surprise absolutely there is no speed at all in the fan. There is no use of
fan working, no air even within one feet away from the fan. Just within 4 months
fan not working and repaired by ur service centre. the speed of the fan not checked by ur service centre people.
The purpose of the purchase o[censored]r fan i.e TATA, that too in hot summer, is completely defeated. I feel There is a clear manufacturing defect in ur product.. Such a new fan should have a speed even at low speed. But it is only ornamental in my house within the period of 3 months.
Before repair even 10-12 feet away i could feel the air and now within 1-2 feet
absolutely i could not feel anything from ur product. Actually by buying ur name brand i feel cheated.
I contact ur compliant cell there is no clear response. when it is serviced that too within 4 months of purchase it is ur responsibility to check the speed before delivery. I cannot go and deliver for repair everytime for none of my fault.
especially in the place like chennai it is not possible.
Hence i request u to send somebody and check in all respects or replace with a new one immediately. Since it is high summer time ur immediate attention is neceessary.
I have purchased ur fan for my convenience and not for feeling mental agony.

    Reminder mail dt 1 Apr 2016 - Replied by Croma Customer Support on 6 Apr 2016 to wait

    Telephonic Reminder to Croma Customer Support Mr Abhinay on 6 Apr 2016 at 7.40 pm. After putting on hold for 10 minutes. He said no senior person is available and this cannot be escalated so they will take a call on next working day

    This is the state of affairs with Croma Staff who are doing their best to Pull Down the legacy of TATA. However my complaint is yet to be attended and resolved

      I have purchased 2 CROMA window Air conditioners from Croma retail outlet at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram a year back.

      Soon after 4 months of installation, one of the air conditioners stop cooling. When I can called the customer care dept. to send the engineer, I wd told that my A/c has an extended warranty which expires somewhere in June 2016 so its better I should call the technician in the month of April- May, since winters have started and it would be of no use.
      I agreed to the same.
      By the end of March 2016 my second air conditioner has also stop giving the cooling effect. ( Now I understand why my friends were against CROMA products, 3rd class products.
      Its been more than 15 days I am calling the customer care CROMA to send the engineer and atelast check the error in both the A/c ...but everytime I have been given a new complaint number and nobody is arriving to even check the same. ...I don't know how long they will take to get it rectified...
      Pathetic statff, Pathetic people, and pathetic products...I would strongly suggest one should never buy the CROMA producst their after sale servise is ZERO...

        My parents purchased a washing machine for Rs 10720/- from Croma, Pacific Mall on 28th October, 2012 with 2 years warranty and also bought an extended warranty for 2 years valid till 20th October, 2016. Now if they call Croma for any issues, executives at Croma claim that the services provided to us during the tenure have already touched the maximum allowed limit(which in Croma's case is equivalent to product's price). During this tenure, maximum number of visits for servicing has been 6 or 7 and no major parts have been repaired/replaced.
        I have tried contacting customer care via call, email and facebook message but still no proper replies for same at all. I have created requests to share bills for services done during this period so that I can cross-verify if any mistakes are done since I don't believe these many service visits can add up to 10000. Maybe I am wrong, maybe right. But until I verify those bills, nothing can be confirmed.
        In case Croma is making false claims then accordingly strict action needs to be taken.

          This is in reference to the service request number MUM210316WS00034, MUM020316WS00038 and MUM300316WS00004 for submission of my handset Samsung S6 to Tata Croma at Breach Candy for sending the handset to the Samsung Service Centre.
          Tata Croma had sent my Samsung S6 handset to your servicing centre thrice:
          2nd March 2016 (by Croma to grant road service centre) and
          23rd March 2016 (by Croma to mira road service centre)
          29th March (by Croma to grant road service centre)
          We spoke to Mr. Krishna (Mob No – [protected]) from Samsung Service Centre who assured us that since this is the third time we have submitted the phone to the service centre all the problems will be resolved and he would replace the battery and touch screen which according to him was causing the problem.
          My handset was sent back to Tata Croma yesterday (5th April 2016) stating the handset is fine now and problem has been resolved.
          It is shocking to note that the problem is still not resolved and the same issues continue to remain:
          - Phone getting hanged continuously while using
          - Phone getting hanged continuously even when not in use
          - Phone and battery getting heated while charging
          - Phone restarting and shutting down automatically
          This clearly shows that your team has not resolved the problem and returned the phone even without checking if the problem is solved. This gives a very bad name to Samsung and marks a question on the quality of service even when the phone is under warranty. It has a caused a lot of inconvenience to me and I want the handset TO BE REPLACED AT THE EARLIEST OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

            I bought a croma ac 1.5 ton on 31st mar'16 and was informed that it will be installed in 2 working days... But this did not happen. Installation was only done after 6 working days and on installation we get to know that the outer compressor unit is defected... It's not working... When i called the customer support... The gave me an etr of 3 working days...

            This is the most disappointing service i have received

              My Phone No [protected](If anyone willing to help), Bought an Hitachi Split AC on 2nd April and its still uninstalled. I called them thrice and every time they disconnect the call. Very Unprofessional and stupid people supporting customer's. I have given them enough business so far, but Now this must be last experience. Frustrating Experience, there is no direct no to reach those seller and there is always long queue to talk a representative who finally disconnect the Call.

              Strictly avoid buying any product from Croma Dwarka, Stupid set of people trying to fool around.
              There is no direct no to contact the seller or talk to manager, Customer care is hopeless. So if you ever face a problem, you're helpless.

              They have maintained their stupidity on Twitter as well, No Help.

                I purchased an ac on 31st march from croma store at soul city mall dwarka sector 13 around 07 15 pm but painfully it has not been installed till today i.E. On 5th april 2016, inspire of repeated calls and a personal visit to store by my retired father. The attitude of staff on phone and in person has been very callous and unhelpful. Kindly try to help me as soon as possible, because it's taking away my faith on a trusted brande.Please provide me a ph no so that i can call n follow up.

                  Croma has given me the worst possible service that I can think of. I purchased a Samsung 55 inch 3D LED TV less than 2 years ago and was hounded by the sales guy to purchase an extended warranty which in hindsight turned out to be a good decision but nothing prepared me for this kind of heartburn. I put in a request for a claim that my TV was not working on 14th March and was visited by a Samsung mechanic who mentioned that my motherboard was not working and will be replaced in 3 to 5 days. It's been 25 days since then and after repeated follow ups with the warranty team (Claim no 198168) and the Croma Service Head named Naushad whose number was given by the warrant team and who claims that he works for Samsung nothing has happened. I feel like writing emails to Cyrus Mistry and Ratan Tata on the crappy service by its group company which is spoiling it's history of excellent service and credibility.

                  In case you are not able to replace my mother board then please give me a new TV or refund me the amount.

                  Inspite of me being a loyal customer (have purchased Blu Ray Player, Chimney, Mixer etc), i still have to go through this harassment is a shame.

                    A refrigerator had been purchased by me through Tata Chroma Outlet Cannaught Place, New delhi on 8th Jun, 2014 with warranty of two years till 08th Jun, 2016. Now it had some technical problem and need to change few parts of it as per their executive who visited on 23/03/2016, which need to replace with 3-4 days but it had been not replaced till now 04/04/2016.

                      There is problem in control card of my split AC 1.5 TR. Model No. CRC0914 it is now under extended warranty. I file my complain on 15-March 2016. I only call customer care Executive and talk for the updates, still they every time required 24-Hrs. time to confirm the details of service request status.

                        I ordered hp envy series laptop from croma retail North Usman Road, chennai.

                        I ordered date is March 26th and they said in 3-4 days it will be delivered. But when i call Mr. Prasanth who is incharge for sales said due to financial year the stock is not updated and it will be updated on Friday and delivered on Friday . Means April 1st.

                        Then i called that guy and he is not picking the call, later i called from landline number immediately he attended the call and said sorry it will be delivered Sunday surely.

                        I waited until Sunday afternoon and went to showroom and asked for return or refund the product then they delivered the product.

                        Shocking is i said i need small laptop with compatible one now they delivered 15.6 laptop which is huge for my purpose and i asked that sales guy he saying sorry we can't do anything.

                        stupid sales person really irritating one. I ordered it worth 87000 but it is useless..

                          I have purchased 2 units of air conditions against invoice no slf02a[protected] as on 30th march2016 and series of surprises begun from here .
                          1)team croma has started with refusal of tata employee discount by referring to the internal systemic changes.
                          2) then they expressed inability to deliver units on time due to their ware house issues best known to them. After long interaction about delivery and installations they had committed delivery and installations on 2nd april'16 with 200% guarantee of date and time before 2pm. As a action in this regards they have sent priority email to concerned department in order to deliver units on time
                          3) they also had promised to complete installations before 5pm or latest by 6pm

                          But all surprises to me and your team as well that material is not delivered till writing to this mail 2025hrs despite of and plenty of follow ups. In addition to this painful experience that 4 members of your installation team is sitting since half an hours at my place waiting for delivery o[censored]nits

                          It was extremely horrible experience at store and now about delivery and installations because this long delay has further added to my menace as i had to rush to society permission due no fault of mine. More i am two month old resident here, hence unknown to all permission process . This unnecessary burden due to inefficiency of team croma lead to mental harassment, waste of time & money .

                          It was horrible experience to deal with croma with regards to uncompetitive prices, inefficient delivery, non responsive attitude to calls, incorrect information by store, delivery team(Vehicle). Delivery team has informed that units were loaded to deliver at 1600hrs pm today despite of promise to deliver by 1400hrs . Moreover no one from croma informed about the delay reasons best known to them.

                          Further to update that this is not first incident of this kind but never bothered to complaint considering croma is one of the group company. It is very important to refer to my discussion with your team where i had challenged them that croma will not able to deliver as per promise but they had accepted the challenge to deliver on time but results are mentioned above for your reference.

                          I am extremely disturbed and irritated after going through horrible experience and can ask few important questions as customer but considering response till now leaving the matter to your wisdom to receive response from your good self. Looking forward adequate attention and intervention to the matter .

                            I purchased a hp laptop on 14feb from croma, that very same day at croma the touchpad of laptop was not working to which croma executive said to use it for 1more day and give them feed back. The same problem was continous and i visited croma for continuos 4-5 days and after that they replaced my laptop and gave me a new one. On 1st april my laptop started to hang continously again i visited the centre and on 2nd april they took my laptop and returned me same day saying that my problem is soughted out. When i went to croma to receive my laptop, i checked my laptop and it was still hanging as it use to before. I have visited croma 12-15 times after i have i purchased laptop from there. There is no response from there side. Feeling regreted to buy a laptop from croma. Worst service provider. Hope you look to my complain soon.

                              I am unhappy with the quality of a led croma i bought croma centre from rohini sector on 27 janurary 2016 and i am writing to seek a replacement.

                              The led croma screeen problem
                              Yellowish face coming on day, & very blacy face coming on night seeeen,
                              I compare with 4 led, one from chinese, 2nd panaonic, 3rd samsung, 4th toshiba

                              I noticed this problem from the date of installation & also found this problem in croma store, but sales executive told me, your
                              I didn't seeen, , & he told me check on another led, , then i didn't seeen same problem & you will get fresh piece., &
                              He perfectly maked me fool.Me and my brother 3 times visit on same croma store regarding this problem .They always told you, in 2 working days technician will come
                              And resolve your problem-& there after i call on customer call ([protected]) on 17 march (3bon170v16fs00006) (Bon170316fs00006)
                              & also call on 28 march on customer care bon280116id00023


                              The led croma is not of acceptable quality and does not match the sample led croma i was shown in store.
                              I would like you to replace it with one of the same quality and finish as the sample and arrange for return of the faulty led croma at no cost.
                              I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase.

                              I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.
                              If i do not hear from you within 2 days, i will lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.

                                Need to share my experience with croma, bandra west . I bought the a.C. 2 ton panasonic from croma on 5 march 2016. The purpose was to keep my living room cool which is is approx 200 sqft. But the day when it was installed, i told the installation guy that ac is not cooling, he told me to keep patience, it will be full cooling after few hours and he left. Those few hours passed but the cooling remain the same. Then i contacted the panasonic service center, to my surprise the technician told there is no gas in the ac ( i was shocked as i paid almost 50, 000rs including installation). He filled the gas and said problem solved but the problem still remains the same. "ac is not cooling".This procedures continued three visit of different technician and no solution. When contacted the store manager niranjan more about the faulty split unit only assurance he gives that they are working on my problem. Now two weeks have passed but no solution. It's a request to people, please dont buy from croma, though it is part of tata but they are running fraud business by selling defective products. The croma sales person riyaz shaikh even he cheated me by giving wrong information that panosonic split unit is copper condenser but in reality it is aloy (Aluminium) condenser confirmed by their own panasonic technican. I m going through a mental torchure after paying so much and ac is not working. Dear customers please beaware of fraud retail outlet croma.

                                  I have ordered a led emergency light from croma on 10th mar, they send a message that the product got delivered. But when i complaint they said that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but now it becomes more than 18 days. I have called them several time also mailed them but no response want to legal against them.They are just big lies and thief in the name of tata....

                                  This is with respect to a delivery of a Cooler that was expected to be reaching my house between 1200 hrs and 1700 hrs yesterday is still not traced anywhere in your system.
                                  I had bought a Symphony Cooler on 26 March 2016 with a printed delivery date of 27 March 2016 in the mentioned time above from Croma, Wakad.
                                  As I write to you, no delivery has happened nor a call to apologies. No one informed when this would be done.
                                  Frustrated, I called some time back to Customer Care Number and it was mentioned that the product had moved from the warehouse. No further input they had nor they have any idea why it is not delivered. The only input I have received was they will update me in next 24 hours time. I was not happy of the service. 1st no one cared of my product delivery and the status, 2nd no one bothers the value of my time.
                                  I requested to either log a complain or escalate it to any person in your esteemed organisation to give me the assurance of my the product I have purchased will be delivered. Unfortunately, I did not get that too. I was put on hold and have been informed that I will receive a call in next 1 hour as the person is busy.
                                  I know this could be an everyday thing for you. Delay in logistics could be possible. But don't you expect the customer to be informed and updated. At the least you should have a process to track where the product is to update.
                                  I have been a TATA employee myself and feel proud of the same. I don't want Indian brands to loose reputation like this.

                                    I lonched complaint of my washing machine on 1st march, 2016. service persone visited and retured giving assurance of returning with faulty part within 5 days. but still today he never returned and no feedback from croma. washing machine is daily using equipment and it is not working from about 5 weeks. i also called croma two times but poor responce from executive non other than sending reminder to service department.

                                      Croma bhayander store do not have this product FTKM50 as available on online retail store. When they put the code of the above mentioned product in the system the product is actually FTKH50 ECO SERIES. Which is not the latest product of daikin and what croma is claiming to sell online. I always had great respect for tata company. But it saddens me to see such incompetence and probably a fardulent activity going on. A customer if orders the product he will not getcthe same product. Product. This aggravate him to return the same. Or just keep what he has got.
                                      Hope tata company keep vigilance on such acts.
