Dear sir/madam,

We had purchased Tablet of Croma company from Croma, Mulund [W] showroom [Invoice No.SLF02A[protected]].

Our Tablet had some problem, for which we approached your mulund [W] showroom on 16.04.2016.We got a call from your customer care representative [61508411] from mulund [W] showroom about collecting the same as it was under extended warranty period.

When we went to collect tablet on 19.04.2016, She gave us one contact no. [protected] stating that this is company's number and representative from company will come and collect and deliver the tablet.We tried the number many times and got the answer "Dialled number does not exists".We also tried your contact no.[protected], but it was continuously on voice mail.

This is very frustrated to get a wrong number from your mulund [W] showroom.Also it is difficult to visit your showroom every time for small issues such as to take company's Toll Free number.

You are requested to guide us and inform us the process to get the Tablet repaired at earliest.

    Even i have purchase lenovo laptop as per paisa back scheme i should receive my ew money back since i did not use warranty even single time but if i call ew customer care they are routing to normal customer care if i call to normal customer care they are routing to ew care center as a ball passing here and there i never seen such a poor service from reputed retailer like croma [protected]@gmail.com

      I have purchase a LED on 02/2/2016, led is not working at present. Regarding service, I have registred a complain on 15/4/2016 in customer care vide complain N. 30N150416 FS00055 dated 15/04/2016 service of led not working. But, unfortunately, no service guy has come to attend and no support has been provided by your end.
      Kindly provide the service as soon as possible or replace my LED.

        I am writing you with the reference to my compliant no. SR[protected] placed with Croma. I would like to inform that even after 15 days of complaint, I am not in receipt of any communication from Croma.

        I have complained on Call Center & even visited Croma - Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali - W store, however there is no success.

        Please note that I have purchased LG M/W Conv 28L MC 2883 SMP from Croma - Kandivali - W. It is very disappointing that Croma delivers Manufacture Defected Products to it's customer. Newly brought Microwave stopped working after 3-4 times usage. I have complained to LG Customer support & technician visited to check fault in Microwave. After technician verification, he found out that internal part called Microtron is defective & required to get replaced. I have informed to Technician that how can I allow you to replacement of parts as i have bought it few days back.

        It is so surprising & shocking that Croma delivers defective products which break down with 3-4 usage. I have informed Croma that I need replacement of the product & not part, however croma is giving excuse that it is in hand of LG to replace. I have purchased product from Croma so I expect that Croma must help in this regard.

        I would like to inform you that I can't accept your defected product & please undertake replacement of the same. If you can't replace the product than please Refund my money.

        Looking forward for resolution of my complaint through here as I am waiting long to get confirmation from Croma.

          I purchased htc desire 828 ds lte mobile phone on[protected] which has the sim detection problem which was noticed by me after two days of purchase. The i went to htc service center in which they told the problem cannot be rectified and gave a do to take another mobile in croma. Again i took a replacement of the same mobile on[protected]. I had faced the motherboard issue with the handset twice already. Now it has been given to the htc service center on saturday ie.[protected] for the same motherboard problem for which they told it will take 7 to 10 days to resolve the issue.

          As i have purchased this just 15 days back and facing the major issues with the mobile phone twice within 15 days.

          I have paid 20k for the product and which is not satisfactory due to major issues in the product and also a waste of my time and money for roaming to the croma outlet and to the htc service center from past 15 days, and also suffering from loss of communication without the handset from the day of purchase. So, i request you to kindly provide me with the replacement for another mobile phone or refund the amount which i have paid.

          As the purchase date was on[protected] they i went to htc service center on[protected] and asked for the replacement now they are refusing to give replacement only because its 15th day of purchase. They are not compromising for few hours to replace the handset.

          Croma is not responding for this issue properly, in croma outlet they told me to register a complaint online in cromaretail website, in which i'm not getting the otp pass to register a complaint.

          After the purchase both croma (Seller) and htc (Product supplier) are not responding properly

            I registered a complaint with Croma customer care for my washing machine on April 6. My washing machine is under 5 years extended warranty... They have got the worst customer service in the world... You can buy a Croma product only if you don't depend on them for service and repair. Never ever dare to buy a Croma product if you do depend on them in future for service.


            I have got no words to explain irresponsible and irritating attitude they show towards the customers... I pity the customer service people who answer the customer calls.They could do nothing except listening to our scoldings.I have shouted at them to the core in spite of being aware that they could do nothing.


            DON'T BUY CROMA PRODUCT...WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD...

              Dear croma team –
              Its not even 6 months that i have purchased videocon 40” led t.V from croma (Ghodbundar road thane branch) and the tv has stopped working.
              Upon my multiple follow ups with croma centre and customer service & videocon i finally had a technician from videocon visited my place, he checked my television and said he is not able to locate the fault. He then assured me that will get it fixed and stopped responding to my calls thereafter.
              It is over 15 days from the time i have complained croma and videocon and still awaiting resolution.
              I am not at all happy with the way croma has treated me as a customer, i am very disappointed and will voice the same on social media and consumer court.
              I am writing this email as i have lost trust on croma call center executives as every time i call they place me on hold for more than 10/15 mins coming back with no resolutions. I also tried talking to the supervisor/manager there but in vain.
              Requesting you to kindly escalate this to the highest authority and get me a resolution also compensate for all the inconvenience caused as i have lost my trust in croma.

                I had purchased sony laptop 4-5 yrs before from croma store at rcity mall, ghatkopar west. while purchasing this laptop i had purchased the extended warranty from croma. after 2-3 yrs my laptop unfortunately became dead and i visited croma store rcity as my laptop was under extended warranty of croma and the laptop was accepted by the croma people after checking all the screw and body. as it was not open till that date croma accepted the laptop and given me the job sheet with 7 -10 days time for my laptop to repair after 10 days i got a call that my laptop is been done. after 2 days i visited the store to recieve the laptop and when it was handed over to me i open it and start checking the laptop there it self and when i first open the laptop the laptop was not charged and when i checked the body one screw was rusted and other one which was in the corner of the charger slot was missing and when i connected the charger the pin was not fitting properly and after some effort the charger was inserted by me and laptop started and i used it for 3-4 minutes when i disconnected the charger the laptop turned off which result in that laptop was working on charger directly and not on battery. i complaint about the problem happening and croma person was telling that the screw was not there when i first submited the laptop i argued but after long time the told that we will put it and all and asked for more time laptop was there with them for a more 10 to 12 days and when i visited the croma store after 12-15 days they told me that the laptop display was having line thats y they had returned the laptop again to the sony center to put a new display and after more 15 days they call and said that we will deliver the product at ur place next day the person came with the laptop but not charger i send him back, next day the laptop was deliver to me i checked and received the product but again one problem arise after 5-6 days the side of the missing screw which i have mentioned above is opened again and it was same as i saw it earlier at first checked but this time screw was there but had came out from it place i again visited the croma store rcity i said the croma person that the screw which sony service center have inserted had become loose but they said that hinges of the laptop is gone so u have to pay but i argued that it was not the hinges problem but it was the screw problem the argument goes on at last i asked the sony service center address(chembur, golf club) where the laptop had been deliver for the problem. and said the croma person that if the problem will be of hinges i m ready to pay but if the problem will be realted to screw it will be croma who will pay for it. and told them that i will submit this laptop directly to the sony center

                And the main and the most important thing start when i visited sony service center. the person who was handling my laptop said me that when he received the laptop from the croma one screw was changed and the sony person argued with the croma person who had come to deliver the product that the one screw is changed and luckily sony person had took the photo of that screw which was the same side screw which was missing and after my complaint croma had said the sony person to put original screw but the screw which the sony person had seen while recieving the laptop first it was bigger than the origanal and inserted by the croma and the sony person had told me that due to that screw the thread of the body had been spoiled bcoz of which the screw is not fixing and leaving its place

                my complaint is that the croma not having a service center of itself how it had opened my laptop and when i visited the sony after all discussion with the sony person i called up croma from there it self and the croma person is telling the sony man that the customer will pay which is not right the sony person itself is telling that the problem had occur bcoz you have put the bigger size screw. and now i, m adding the photo of the screw which was taken by the sony person when he received the laptop with the changed screw from corma

                kindly take the action against the croma and they are not having any right to open the product of any customer without the permission

                sony center had ordered the back body which is spoiled and it will be available as asap and i will not pay a single penny and all the expense will be given by the croma

                    I faced 2 major issues with the customer service at Croma.

                    I raised a service request for repair of my Croma Portable AC on 12th April 2016 which went unattended by any technician for a week.

                    Finally on 18th April, I called customer care again to remind them of the request I had raised for the repair.

                    On 19th April they sent a technician who misbehaved with me and was rude.

                    Since 19th April till date, I am waiting for another technician to come and repair the AC.

                    I have been calling the customer care everyday since 19th April and everyday have been getting an answer that they will send the technician today.

                    Still awaiting my AC to be repaired!

                      I request you to kindly look into my following representation / grievance reg. The poor service response ofcroma after-sale service team in chennai:

                      Item code 52333; croma w/m tl 6kg fa craw 1105 warranty 2 yrs; extended wty: 2yrs

                      The machine was satisfactorily working for only about 7 months from the date of purchase and then it failed to continuously work. I had to call your service person almost every month and got it serviced. It has been a big headache for the family. Even though, it was said as free service under warranty, we had pay small money to the service staff for every monthly visit or fortnight.

                      Just about 2 months ago, the machine again stopped and i made complaint over phone to [protected]; [protected]; last month, a mechanical for your service section came and took photos. He said a part has worn out and it be replaced. Thereafter, no one came. I again made a call and a person came. He said that he was informed by the croma office to come my house to give a demo for a new washing machine.After explaining to him, he again took a set of photos of my w/machine and assured service would be done. No one came afterwards. The machine is dead. I repeatedly called the same numbers and they too noted the complaint - but no response. ..The machine is still dead. Just yesterday i made call to[protected] to your mumbai croma customer care center. The staff again collected the information and assured that he would raise this issue to his higher officers.

                      My queries are:

                      Why are your staff not coming and doing repair?
                      Is the spare part really not available - even though it is just a mechanical rotary part?
                      When similar w/machines by your competitors are efficiently working, why croma is not performing well?
                      When i read the service complaints against croma products in your web pages, i was terrifically shocked - so many complaints..Many of your customers have been disappointed.

                      Your staff made me to think - why i purchased croma w/machine...

                      I still have hope ... Will your technical staff come to repair the w/machine and make our living peaceful.

                        As i have purchased croma split ac from your esteemed show room in april 2012. The product is good. But now the cooling effect is not much as compared to the earlier stage.

                        It is requested to send your ac mechanic to do service to improve the cooling effect as well as maintenance work.

                          I have raised a complaint at your helpdesk on 02/04/2016 (Complaint No :- MUM050416FS000) and they have been giving me false commitment stating the issue will be resolved in next 24 hours, the technician is on the way to my premises but still he is not reached for last 19 days. Every day I have to call the helpdesk for the updates but the same false commitment of resolving it next 24 hours and the technician is on the way with the spare parts. This is happening for last 19 days and day by day it is getting worse. There is no feedback call from the customer support team and everytime i have to call for the updates.

                          Yesterday afternoon at around 12:00 noon i got a call from Mr Kamal ( Supervisor) stating my issue will be resolved by 07:00 in the evening but nothing happened. No call was made from the customer support team. When i called at around 08:45 PM and spoke to one of executive and he told me all the senior member has left and nobody will be able to answer my call and he had no updates.

                          Please let me know when my issue will be resolved as it is already 20 days where i am calling every day for the resolution and no support from the croma team.

                          Also would request please instruct your sales team for not insisting the customer for taking additional warranty as it is of no use as the customer has to take lot of pain reaching your helpdesk. Already the customer has paid additonal amount for the warranty and of no help. Waste of money.

                          If possible please help me or i would suggest please do not insist the customer for additional Warrranty.

                            I have purchased croma tablet crxt1131 from croma store waked pune.
                            According to specification it was clear that tab have 16gb inbuilt memory.
                            I have installed three applications & it start showing that memory is full.
                            When i have checked i have observed that there is only 500 to 600 mb memory available as phone memory.
                            That time i have inserted sd card to move applications to the card.
                            I was shock to see that there is no option to move applications to sd card.
                            There are two internal memory indicating one is of 1gb & other is of 12gb.

                            I have submitted the tab to croma store pimpri for this issue on 2nd april.
                            He have raised complaint with number pun020416ws00007.
                            The person at support desk was really very very arrogant & behaving that he does not require job.
                            There were two representatives at desk which were busy in relaxing & chatting with each other.
                            I received a call from technician two days after.
                            He have told me that you will only get 500mb space for application installation.
                            I replied that there is some problem in tab, who will purchase tab for only two applications.
                            There must be option to move applications to sd card since it is standard function of android irrespective of brand of tab.
                            The person is denying to agree the fact & continuously saying the same thing that there is only 500 mb for application installation.
                            I have reported the same issue on croma helpline but they are also not interested to resolve the issue.

                            I have received call from croma store pimpri after many follow up.
                            The person talking on phone was mohit.
                            He is the arrogant person in this world.
                            He directly answered me that we cannot do anything in this case & collect your tablet from store.
                            I told him that it is not acceptable to me & please do not close the issue until proper solution comes out.
                            I have also told that if this is issue with tablet then i am ready to pay extra amount & replace me the new brand tablet.
                            In product information or user manual it is never mention that it will allow only 500mb for application installation.
                            The answer given by representative are…. (Written in the same language as it is)
                            Ye tablet to aapko gift mila he thodi hi paise pay karke liya he.
                            Choice to aapka tha to lete waqt sochna tha.
                            Hum kuch nahi kar sakte, aap aapka tablet leke jaao.
                            Aapko replacement nahi milega.
                            Baat karni he to store me aake baat karo.

                            I have requested him to forward the call to his manager but he cut the phone by telling he will arrange call back.
                            He have closed my complaint without any proper solution & output.

                            After wait of 2 hours i have called help line & told the situation.
                            Representative was really helpful & he registered my complaint with number sr[protected].
                            I have requested many times if there is problem with your product then please allow me to select other product & i will pay whatever difference in the cost of new product.

                            Got replacement from CROMA. Very poor service from CROMA. Got replacement after follow up of 20 days, 16 emails, 27 phone calls. CROMA team got in action once i have sent final email to his MD.

                              Had ordered a window ac from croma retail online on 4th april 2016. Invoice number sle001ec0042784 and cancelled it within an hour of ordering. I also confirmed my cancellation by calling again on 6th . Still i got a call from fedex asking me about my address for delivery. I called croma retail again 3rd time to confirm my cancellation. I had not got my refund till 12th so i called croma 4th time to ask about my money. They told i will get a call within 24 hrs from backend team. Today is 19th, half a month has gone since i had cancelled the ac. I have called croma retail atleast 10 times for refund. Everytime they say the same thing that i will get a call from them within a day.

                              Can some one tell me how am i supposed to pay the interest rate that the credit card company is charging me for delay in payment.

                              Why is croma (Tata) acting like thieves and not returning money. I have such a bad experience from croma retail i would never buy any item ever from them.

                              TATA brand is apparently India's pride. I wonder if it's for such excellent services like extremely pathetic customer care. Compare this to foreign brands like Amazon where they even give you gift cards for any inconvenience caused to their customers. Amazon treats customers as its pride and TATA wants customers to treat it as their pride. Hahahahaha...

                                Myself praveen purchased Whirlpool AC from Preet vihar outlet on 10th April 16. The free stabilizer provided with it doesn't working from day one . Called your preet vihar outlet regarding this, shocked to hear a technician might visit on chargeable basis . I had no other option regarding this so lodging complaint to solve my problem soon . I had the faith regarding your services provided from a brand like yours that why I choose to purchase from you . Now what I get the feeling that I wasted my money and time until & unless my problem gets fixed as soon as possible .

                                  Myself jharna b gautam purchased voltas ac from croma store janakpuri new delhi as on 17.06.2016 invoice no slf02a[protected]. There was one year manufaturer warranty and 2 years extended warranty... Warranty code is 7236. First of all it was not properly conveyed that extended warranty is not provided by the manufacturer it is croma who is giving extended warranty... I registered complaint for problem in ac (No cooling at all) and remote is not working from day one. The i got connected to customer care attendant on the other side of the phone started mentioning things stands excluded from the extended warranty... I found nothing is covered under extended warranty, somehow i felt cheated by croma people... Attendant denied for servicing of the ac... After 2 days of the complaint one technician came to my place to check the ac and observed that ac gas has been leaked which needs to be filled... I asked him to help me with remote problem also... Asked him to give replacement on payment basis but he clearly denied he was not even ready to help us out in this regard... He left assuring us that by tommorow some engineer will come and fill the gas in ac... Now we are from almost five days but no response from your side... No one repond on cutomer care... Every time they register new complaint but no body talks about previous chain of communication. I have no option left but to move to consumer forum and advise general public through media how bad croma services are...

                                    I visited croma sector 29 store at 1700 hrs today and the cashier on duty at ground floor advised me that the card has expired.( [protected])

                                    He denied providing me any information to my query with regard to how to validate the same.

                                    On contacting the customer service, i have been advised that i can get the card re-validated by paying an amount of rs500/- at the same store and also this amount will be added to my card, thus giving me the benefit of not loosing any money on revalidation.

                                    I am very unhappy not only with the attitude of the cashier, but also about wasting time and coming back home without buying anything which i would have done very easily.

                                    The store not only lost the sale, they showed incompetency in terms of training and customer service.
