Today i have seen the dirty face of TATA firm CROMA which i used admire for their ethics, social works and value. Unfortunately today sad to say that it is money making company without any value and ethics:
Issue:
1. I had redeemed my points of HDFC card against 4 croma cards 1000 each.
2. At the time of redemption nobody had told me about expiry of card.
3. Expiry date is not embossed / written on the card...

I purchased a dell laptop from croma retail. They gave me a cash back gift card worth 2500INR, which they said would take 15 days to activate once registered, i tried purchasing online with the card but there was no provision in the online portal. I had ordered for Samsung Galaxy J7 on 25/02/2015 and the same was delivered on 26/02/2015. I have 2 complains as below:

1. I have received the invoice but it doesn't contain any IMEI no. if something happens to my phone and it's under warranty, How will you ensure that the invoice is for the same phone if IMEI no. is not mentioned on the invoice?

I have purchased TV from croma, panchvati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was my really big mistake to deal with the croma. I purchased Tv with the offer of sound bar and woofer. I got delivery 2 hour late and they forgot the sound bar.
I specially had to go to croma office and collect my soundbar.

As i have bought so many acquition from croma but I have been facing troble with al the apliances I bought from there .
My latest acquition was Microsoft mobile fone since the day of purchase phone is over heating You can't even hold the phone.

Croma and microsoft have denied to assist futher . I have written a complait to CEO of both respective company but that is unheard by them ....
