Myself praveen purchased whirlpool ac from preet vihar outlet on 10th april 16. The free stabilizer provided with it doesn't working from day one . Called your preet vihar outlet regarding this, shocked to hear a technician might visit on chargeable basis . I had no other option regarding this so lodging complaint to solve my problem soon . My purchase invoice no;- slfl02a[protected] . I paid around 40000 k for the ac, wheras i could have purchased it from local shops . I had the faith regarding your services provided from a brand like yours that why i choose to purchase from you . Now what i get the feeling that i wasted my money and time until & unless my problem gets fixed as soon as possible .

    Gift card expiry

    Service Request no- SR[protected] has been registered and still not getting resolved. Several updates has been done on that. I have purchased Croma 32'' LED on sunday 10th April, as promised it got delivered on monday 11th April. But today it is 14th April and installation is still pending. even after several complaints no body bothered to call. This is seriously a pathetic service. When called the customer care, the same repeated response I get- "We have escalated this issue and you will get a call from installation team". My question is- Who are these installation guys, who had not even contacted me. Apart from this customer care number, I have no other contact number.

    Please get this resolved, else I have to process a Sales return.

      I am sorry to write this, but I am very frustrated.

      I have purchased the Samsung LED 32 J4300 on Friday dated[protected],
      on the Occasion of GudiPadwa.

      We are awaited, Yesterday I called TATA Croma, Mr. Kiran told me that it is out of Stock, if its out of stock how can you sell that TV??? FROUD...!!!
      Mr. kiran promised to arrange delivery by yesterday itself, But it wont made.

      And till now No update.

        During the 1st week of feb 2016, i purchased a croma led 40 inch television at croma, nungmabakkam, at the rate of rs. 28, 990/-, salesman was mr. Uday. I paid a partial amount and balance, i opted for interest free emi option with bajaj, as i was suggested of it and found it better option. After i bought, within less than 2 months, on 7th april, my television did not work. I made a complaint on 8th april and i was asked to return the tv as it was a defective series and that few customers had already complained. I was also told that i can get the entire amount refunded as an exchange option and i can go for other brand at additional cost, if any. Also they suggested me hitachi 40 inch with a discounted price. Also i was asked to give back the croma led, which i myself had to bring to the store (As suggested by the salesman). I visited the store on 9th along with the set and the free gifts (Sound bar and woofer, since i could not return the woofer, which was one of the free gifts, i promised to give on 11th april, which i did too). On 9th april, i went to the store and selected lg 42 inch with an additional cost of rs.13, 400/- as the tv price was exceeding the amount the i paid for croma tv. I was given an advance bill and was told that the full bill will be given to me once i return the woofer. I visited the store on 11th april around 12.45 p.M. With the woofer and mr. Uday told me that the soft copy of the bill will be sent to my email id and original will be given on day of delivery (13th april max). I would like to bring to your notice, every time i visit i was made to wait for long time. And that was the reason why i was told that the soft copy will be mailed. Around 3 o clock, i received a call from mr. Uday asking me to pay additional amount for some interest related issue with bajaj, and further to that i called the store and spoke to mr. Stanley. The reason was un buyable and i am really having a painful experience with the store and the way the issue was handled. Having loads of stores in chennai, i come to croma, expecting some professionalism as you are an enterprise of tata, a major and well-reputed player in the country across industries for many years, especially for their values and customer care. My experience with croma does not reflect any of the mentioned reputation.

        Hence i escalate it to you and request your good-self to intervene for better solution and sustain the image with customers. Expecting a favourable reply at the earliest possible.

        On 6th July 2017, I bought croma led 40 inch tv at select city mall in croma store at Rs. 25, 990.i paid the full amount through card on that day itself. But within one and half month it stopped working. I raised complaint on 4th July to croma customer care and they told me that I will receive call back regarding my issue. I been waited for whole day but didn't receive any call. So I called them again and they told me that they will make sure to return a call back. But again no call. Then after 10 time call they asked me to confirm the address which I gave to them. But no response after that. Didn't receive any call from croma centre. It's my first time dealing with croma product and such a bad impression they made. So how's my issue gonna resolve? Here am sending the bill too.

            I had purchased three 1.5 tr croma make split ac. I had booked complaint on 5th apr for one ac not working and servicing of other two acs. Till date no action despite of me calling them daily basis.
            This is the worst company in terms of customer care.

              Bought mobile phone and handset from croma on 7 march 2016. The payment was done taken twice from the cashier by bank of Maharashtra debit card as we as cash. Cash payment was taken by cashier as he thought that the card payment was not successful.
              However we have given 6000 rupees extra due to this cashier mistake.

                  1. The a/c was bought on 20th march 2016. The installation has not been completed till date i.E. 09th april 2016 in spite of multiple follow ups on phone and store visits for follow ups

                  2. Initially a faulty unit was placed with faulty installation which caused a lot of noise - the unit has been replaced but the installation is not yet done. Required multiple follow ups again. Still waiting

                  3. I was told during sales that there will be a charge of core cutting + 800 rs for the bracket or stand. I have paid rs 7500 so far out of which 3000 is for the stand.

                  4. To summarize my complaint is around the harassment caused due to delay in installation (20 days of peak summer) + time invested for multiple follow ups and over charging for installation price

                        Worst customer service ever encountered- croma retail ruining name of tata enterprise
                        This is the first time that i had to return a newly brought product in just one day time as the product was not meeting expectation nor was this limitation brought out during sales pitch by the sales reps.
                        Now its been over 2 weeks, having spent 500 rupees (For a product worth over 4000) on my visits to the outlet and around 180 minutes on follow up calls. All this made me so irritated that i just want to leave my money with the outlet. Every time i call i get the same response from the least informed central service team that they will get back to me next day with update.

                          I purchased a washing Machine on 31st March 2016 with invoice number as saf02A[protected]. It is still undelivered. on calling on your helpline they say it is showing delivered and some one will call to resolve the issue but no one even calls. I do not know what should I do? Should I forgot the money I paid? if yes at least some one should tell me so that I can go some where else (other than croma) and can purchase a new machine.

                            Sir,
                            I have purchased a croma table/stand fan 2in1 40cm at ur TNAGAR showroom
                            vide invoice no.SLF02A[protected] ON[protected] FOR RS.3, 040/-.
                            ABOUT 15 DAYS back, the fan was not running and it was handed over to
                            ur service centre on[protected] and i got it back today i.e on 4-4-2016.
                            To my surprise absolutely there is no speed at all in the fan. There is no use of
                            fan working, no air even within one feet away from the fan. Just within 4 months
                            fan not working and repaired by ur service centre. the speed of the fan not checked by ur service centre people.
                            The purpose of the purchase o[censored]r fan i.e TATA, that too in hot summer, is completely defeated. I feel There is a clear manufacturing defect in ur product.. Such a new fan should have a speed even at low speed. But it is only ornamental in my house within the period of 3 months.
                            Before repair even 10-12 feet away i could feel the air and now within 1-2 feet
                            absolutely i could not feel anything from ur product. Actually by buying ur name brand i feel cheated.
                            I contact ur compliant cell there is no clear response. when it is serviced that too within 4 months of purchase it is ur responsibility to check the speed before delivery. I cannot go and deliver for repair everytime for none of my fault.
                            especially in the place like chennai it is not possible.
                            Hence i request u to send somebody and check in all respects or replace with a new one immediately. Since it is high summer time ur immediate attention is neceessary.
                            I have purchased ur fan for my convenience and not for feeling mental agony.

                              Reminder mail dt 1 Apr 2016 - Replied by Croma Customer Support on 6 Apr 2016 to wait

                              Telephonic Reminder to Croma Customer Support Mr Abhinay on 6 Apr 2016 at 7.40 pm. After putting on hold for 10 minutes. He said no senior person is available and this cannot be escalated so they will take a call on next working day

                              This is the state of affairs with Croma Staff who are doing their best to Pull Down the legacy of TATA. However my complaint is yet to be attended and resolved

                                I have purchased 2 CROMA window Air conditioners from Croma retail outlet at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram a year back.

                                Soon after 4 months of installation, one of the air conditioners stop cooling. When I can called the customer care dept. to send the engineer, I wd told that my A/c has an extended warranty which expires somewhere in June 2016 so its better I should call the technician in the month of April- May, since winters have started and it would be of no use.
                                I agreed to the same.
                                By the end of March 2016 my second air conditioner has also stop giving the cooling effect. ( Now I understand why my friends were against CROMA products, 3rd class products.
                                Its been more than 15 days I am calling the customer care CROMA to send the engineer and atelast check the error in both the A/c ...but everytime I have been given a new complaint number and nobody is arriving to even check the same. ...I don't know how long they will take to get it rectified...
                                Pathetic statff, Pathetic people, and pathetic products...I would strongly suggest one should never buy the CROMA producst their after sale servise is ZERO...

                                  My parents purchased a washing machine for Rs 10720/- from Croma, Pacific Mall on 28th October, 2012 with 2 years warranty and also bought an extended warranty for 2 years valid till 20th October, 2016. Now if they call Croma for any issues, executives at Croma claim that the services provided to us during the tenure have already touched the maximum allowed limit(which in Croma's case is equivalent to product's price). During this tenure, maximum number of visits for servicing has been 6 or 7 and no major parts have been repaired/replaced.
                                  I have tried contacting customer care via call, email and facebook message but still no proper replies for same at all. I have created requests to share bills for services done during this period so that I can cross-verify if any mistakes are done since I don't believe these many service visits can add up to 10000. Maybe I am wrong, maybe right. But until I verify those bills, nothing can be confirmed.
                                  In case Croma is making false claims then accordingly strict action needs to be taken.
