My Order No. SLE001EC0041199. booked on 11th January and paid in full. its been 8 days now, still i have not recieved any intimation about the status of my product. Tried calling croma call centre several times and the only response i get is you will get the delievery in 7 days. I guess Croma is losing its accountability and credibility in ecommerce business....

Again on 17/1/16 I had to submit the above croma tab wrt service no- MUM170116WS00005 at croma, Kharghar, navi mumbai as battery drains very fast (shows back up time only 1 hrs at 50% charged level) Many times tab does not get charged and does not get ON.
