I was trying to pay electricity bill for month June and July on 02.05.23 to WBSEDCL and initiated the transaction by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 1328. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." messsage from bill desk.

I have received an amount of 50000 from my friend. The bank marked the the amount as in lien. Later my friend also confirmed he sent the amount intentionally and not by mistake.

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 1 year,
Now they have charged rs. 706.82 under this category dcardfee on 29 April 2023.
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
Kindly refund my money back to my account or I'll raise a complaint with the RBI.

Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us....
