I have availed internal lounge service at Al Maha Doha airport on 12th May 2023. The amount was deducted from my account. ICICI bank has been informed and service request have raised . They told the amount will be credited after 30 days. It is past 30 days and still no action from the bank. I have sent several reminders but each time they open the service request SR[protected] / SR[protected] and close with reversing the charges. Bill of 230 Qatar riyal was sent to them as a proof.

    ICICI bank is deducting money from my account since Feb 2023 with the description 'ICICI Bank — nach ad rtn chrg'. I work for one of the big four company and with the current client that I work I should not be holding any funds or accounts with Prudential. Hence, I wanted to stop investing and sell out the holding. While I spoke to my so called RM Dhanashree at ICICI bank, she asked me to stop making the payment to the SIP/Mutual fund. However, she never informed me to go ahead and cancel the mandate from the ICICI bank. So far I have lost Rs. 4796.57 from my account. This is so insane and the RM never educated to be what next steps needs to be done on this issue. Also, while I spoke to the Phone banker one lady by name Sowmya asked be to cancel the NACH mandate from the net banking and said that my money will be refunded. Later while I tried the option it says there is no Mandate that is registered under my account, but the ICICI bank people are happily deducting money/ This real insane and so contradicting with the money that is getting deducting from my account. I nee your help and support in this matter please!

      Regarding fraudulent activities and misrepresentation of services by ICICI sales executive. He said taht the card machine we obtained from ICICI Finserv was completely free of any fees or interest deductions. However, after so many fee deductions to our utter surprise, we have recently received a message indicating an EMI deduction of INR 4, 130 and INR 8850 per month. These deductions are completely unknown to us. Even sales executive manipulated and deceived my elderly parents into signing numerous documents, including the opening of an ECS account without their knowledge or consent. This is a clear case of financial fraud, as my parents were misled and taken advantage of. They are now burdened with paying for a card machine that was initially promised to be free. Attempts to rectify this situation have been made by my parents, who approached their bank to close the ECS account. However, the bank has stated that an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from ICICI is required before they can proceed with the closure. I have raised so many complaints but didn't get any response from any source. The executive who provided the machine to my parents was Anoop Kumar Singh, and his employee ID is 39872.

        Myself Shivam Malik, 757.17/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till may-23 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

          Last month, i had to withdraw some cash at my home branch.

          Fast forward to a few days back, when I was checking my statement, I could notice a charge of around 12, 390rs on 29th june. I enquired with the customer care and I was told that these were the cash deposit charges.

          So firstly, I want to ask why was I misguided by the teller at the branch about not having any cash deposit charges?

          Secondly, why didn’t I receive any sms/email notification when my account was debited for the said charges? Why was the debit a silent one?

          I have been holding an acc with ICICI since 3 years now and this was a very disappointing experience.

          I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer and debiting the money. I am really worried about this deduction.

          I would request the team to kindly look into it and reverse the charges or I might need to go via the Banking Ombudsman route to get this settled.

            Unable to unblock UPI transactions

            I'm unable to send / receive money through my UPI ID linked with my ICICI SB account. I reached out to branch but they asked to call customer care at 1800180. I tried calling the customer care number but there is no option for unblocking my UPI in the IVRS system.

              I am Mohammed Shoeb khan and my account was deducted with rupees 826 on 28 June 2023.
              I haven't used my trading account since a year and it's not even active.
              I have placed no trades and had zero holdings in my account.
              My money was automatically deducted without any notice and I need my money back as soon as possible.
              I want a complete refund

                I was charged DP charges Rs.826 on 27th June 2023. I never put in a request to open a Demat account in ICICI Bank but just today (1st July 2023) from internet banking I came to know that I have a Demat account in ICICI Bank. Though I never buy and sell any stocks from ICICI bank Demat account. So why the DP charge was being charged? Please refund my money.

                I attached a photo of the statement for reference. I am talking about the 2nd transaction in the photo.

                  Amount deducted via CMS/[protected]/ADTPSLSIPG__[protected] ON 01 JULY 2023 from ICICI Bank account of Amount Rs. 31300. ICICI Bank customer care replied that amount is deducted via ECS Auto debit e-mandate and has no information of merchant who requested this auto debit.

                  I have not issued any cheque, or e-mandate nor I have any SIP or insurance.

                    Hello team I've noticed that over the past 12 to 13 months, a monthly amount of between 550RSÂ and 600RSÂ has been deducted from my icici account. I have no idea what this deduction is about and don't even started any scheme from my side. so could you please explain what this deduction involves and let me know how can i get my money back starting in June 2022?

                      Why ?? Deduction of Rs.826 in name of dps chgs

                      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' DP CHGS TILL MAY-23'---- INR 826.00'.                       I am Javed Shaikh, ICICI Bank account holder.

                      an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till now from on 27 jun 2020.Today is 1 July 2023.

                      I have never activated and used my demat account.There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                      I need my money back & please close my DEMAT account as well if it is still opened by you and am ready to post on social media in case issue not addressed.

                        I have try to transfer money from my ICICI account by net banking but its failed with below error.
                        Error - "Dear Customer, Internet Banking transaction of Rs ***** could not be completed, due to security reasons."

                        That time i have very much emergency but unable to don this transaction.

                        I contacted with customer support also but they cut my call without my help.

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction ' DP CHGS TILL MAY-23'---- INR 826.00'.                               On 27 June 2023 ₹826 has been deducted from my bank account (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-23), when I enquired they say i am holding a demate account i never gave any permission or created any demate account with ICICI and now they have deducted money without my consent and didnt event sent a text that money has been deducted and now they not willing to give back my money. please help me.

                                Subject: EMI for a purchase on reliance was charged to my credit card even after I canceled the order.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                I am Aiman Fatima holding a credit card in your bank. I am from Hyderabad.

                                I am writing this mail with respect to the purchase on reliance digital online with ICICI credit card.

                                I placed an order for a laptop online on the 23rd of April. I chose EMI options for payment. Then I canceled it on the same day.

                                However I was charged twice (28th May and 28th June) for this EMI. It’s unfair that I had to pay these charges despite canceling the order right away.

                                I contacted your customer service and they blamed me for this issue. They said I should have contacted sooner. I tried explaining that I was not aware that I am being charged for this EMI. They did not listen and charged me an additional fee for forclosing the EMI.

                                I want a full refund for the previous charges, as well as a cancellation of any remaining amount. Why should I pay for something I canceled? How can your bank fail to take responsibility?

                                This is the worst customer service ever.
