      There were two deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 12 Jun '23

      I seek an immediate response for such a uninformed deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I did made any payments.
      This is an extremely poor customer experience that I am facing and would keep all my friends informed regarding such activities for the one who are of opening an account with you.

        My account is showing debited with Rs.540 towards [protected]@icici. To my firm knowledge, I didn`t do any transaction by scanning any QR code etc.
        The source bank is SBI. I checked with SBI but they didn`t do anything else than filing an official complaint. ICICI bank didn`t give any clear response.

        Here are the details of transaction:
        Date: 03/03/2023
        Amount : Rs. 540
        Transaction ID : T2303031732189870087340

        Expectation : Explain the transaction made without my knowledge and refund of debited amount.

          7th of every month 709 rs gets debited from my account for LIC. But this month the primium was due on 6th, which i was not informed about either by the bank of LIC. I had no sufficient balance on 6th June. But on 7th June i had deposited money for the Due. ICICI bank has deducted 590 rs from my account without notifying me. Firstly I was not informed that the due date will be on 6th of June and after that 590 was deducted. My primium is 709 only, but the charges is 590. When I called ICICI help line they say it's not their responsibility to inform or notify me about that due date is on 6th where I had signed the e mandate to debit the money on 7th of every month. And they say 590 is a genuine change. It's 83% of the primium. How is it genuine? And how do you expect me to pay this much when it's not my mistake
          It is the banks responsibility to inform the customer about the due dates if the dates have changed without customers knowledge.
          When I asked for refund, the response was very bad. They told that refund will not be done at any cost.

          If I had informed about the early due date and then if I had no balance then the bank can deduct the amount, not when I was not informed about the early due date.
          This is not fair ant not right.
          I do have ICICI credit card, i received ton of reminders regarding the bill payment. Why is this? If they give us the reminders regarding the credit card payment, They have to give intimation of every due date of ECS as well.

          It is very clear that it is the banks mistake where they allowed the merchant to debit my money a day prior of the due date which i Agreed to. And not giving me the intimation about the same.
          I want the refund of MY 590 rs.
          If I'm not getting the refund. Let me remind you that the organisation where I'm working, about 80% of the employees have account in ICICI Bank. I will be forced to reach out to our accounts team and inform the employees to close the accounts in ICICI and open their account elsewhere.

            It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 21.05.2023.

            There is no trackability of this bond.
            How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach redemption? Updates on the schemes?

              My account has been deducted from my ICICI bank savings account. The message is like "surcharge dt:03/06/2023, 05/06/2023, 07/06/2023 MCC 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank's representative but he told me that it is surchage of IRCTC but it is not true because IRCTC is not taking any surcharges other than the tickets, all charges already included in the ticket's final price.
              I request you to kindly revert my money and check this matter.
              I have checked online and there are so many complaints on the internet regarding the same issue.
              Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. All money is really hard-earned.

                    I am trying to purchase a mobile phone using amzaon pay ICICI bank credit card.

                    Payment always failing with the message "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 1, 14, 452 on ICICI Bank Credit Card is withheld due to security reasons. Please call our customer care."

                    I called customer care 3 times, and every time they told that my card is normalized and transaction will be successful but the TRANSACTION FAILS ALWAYS...

                    I had ₹15, 000+ in my savings account that is also my salary account. Today evening i tried to make a payment and realised that my balance is blocked. No SMS / Email or intimations as to why this is done. My account is showing balance of ₹15, 000 but still not letting me pay.

                      As of today evening i has ₹15, 000 in my account. I took a cab back home and tried to pay the driver using UPI, only to realise my balance is suddenly ₹-1, 383.32

                      When i check my account summary it says ‘Available balance’ is ₹15, 000 but another heading called ‘Total Available Balance’ shows ₹-1383.32.

                      No email, no sms, no intimation has been sent. My bank has just out of the blues decided...

                      I have submitted all required documents to the address given to me by [protected]@icicibank. Everything has been done from my end and on time.

                      But when it comes to transferring the redemption amount, no one picks up the call or answers any emails.

                      Kindly check on your end and transfer the amount to me.

                          Worst bank ever. In march 2023, I registered a complaint regarding fraud transaction worth of 28000 rupees. They have given me a timeframe of 42 days to wait for resolution. After the given timeframe, they constantly fooling me, asking me to wait for sometime. This continues till more than 70 days, still no update. Even, on the day of complaint they said they have arranged temporary fund for my account till enquiry, and I can use that money. But they closed my account services, giving me excuse that in fraud cases, you have to close your bank services. But after that they said if I want to activate my banking services, I have to visit branch. After that, I visited branch many times for card issuance. Still, more than 3 weeks, no card has been delivered to me yet. There is no update about the complaint and they unnecessarily harassing me. Now, today[protected] without my permission, they had deducted 24000 rupees from my account. They are literally professional goon who are looting my money and charging me penalty for keeping my money in their bank.

                                  Multiple debits of 590 rs has been happening on this account.

                                  Today is 4th of June and already 3 separate deductions of 590 has happened today and the date shows 5th June. (how are you already deducting money before the actual due date without any information?!)

                                  I use this account for my SIP investment and ICICI has been exploiting me my deducting money wihout any warning or information.

                                  As per guidelines the bank is permitted to do this deduction only once a month. Why has this been happeneing all this while?

                                  Kindly look into it at the earliest or I will haev to take the legal route
