I am unable to receive the otp on my registered mobile number. I however receive the email regarding otp generation but no message.

Icici customer care suggested me to talk to the network provider, which i did and they mentioned that everything is working correct at their end. Also i am receiving messages from other sources. When i perform fund transfer to an already added payee, the message for debit is received by me. It...

This is regarding one of my flipkart order for which i have cancelled the order due to lockdown. However the emi of the same is deducted from my account for cancelled order. This is happening second time. Earlier also i had an issue and the same is still unresolved. The emi deducted is not returning by bank.

Dear sir/madam,

We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?

826 rupees has been deducted from my account as demat account charges. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now. I only remember that one of your sales guys cheated me while opening the account saying i will get a money refund if we open an account in icici. He never told me its demat account. I got call from icici later that in 2017 and the customer service representative told me about demat....

Though i have sufficient credit balance iny cc account. The bank is repeatedly declining with the transactions with message mentioning transaction withheld due to security reasons. I have did deposit 40, 000 towards cc bill payment that was too not reflected and no communication has been made neither in email nor sms. When i drop email to customer care they replied mentioning that bank cannot resolve any queries due to covid. And phone banking...

I have tried to shop online and had been not successfully after entering otp, i have tried it many times, it says transaction is declined by the bank, now i tried to recharge my mobile for just 18/- and it says the transaction has been declined for security reasons even after having enough money in the card, tried calling customer support due to covid 19 no one has responded, please help....

On 11th may, 2020 my credit card bill didnt get auto debited. I called the customer service they said pay bill online as its some problem on their end. I did the payment online. Later evening same day amount got auto debited too. So i paid bill twice. Then i tried calling their customer service, call got dropped several times. I have all recorded calls. I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction "dp chgs till m
Ar-20 688.33". I was told that this account is free of charge for lifetime. But suddenly i can see charges are levied. This is a very bad way of luring customers by stating their products are free and charging them later. Kindly refund my money in to my account. I have already raised 2 complaints...
