I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is CJ13).
I was asked to verify my account via email verification OTP and mobile verification OTP for further usage of services.
I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS & my phone no. is verified But, I can't get email verification password.

Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to verify my account.

    Today I had another worst experience while trying to book the ticket. I tried to generate the OTP for mobile number it was working fine but while trying to generate the OTP for Email Address Verification. It is not sending any email address OTP. I tried changing to different email address. There is no mail received even after waiting for 5 minutes. There is some problem with the website while sending email address verification, it fails to do it. I am not able to take printout of the booking history. Please kindly resolve the issue.

          I have booked Tatal tickets for 3 persons (Family) to travel from Kalyan to Solapur on 09.06.2023 and got confirmed tickets PNR No [protected] coach no. B5 seat nos. 10, 13, 12 by 3rd AC.
          On 10.06.2023 at 18.21, I have received a message from IRCTC informing that “Allotted accommodatin in 3E instead of 3A. You are eligible for refund of difference in Fare. Indian Railway”.
          Since I have got confirmed 3rd AC tickets at the time of booking and after chart preparation it downgraded to 3E, I decided to file TDR at 18.59 on 10.06.2023.
          On July, 06. 2023 I have received email from [protected]@irctc.co.in informing that
          The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason passenger not Travelled As Reservation Provided in Lower Class has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules.
          Reason for Repudiation /rejectin : NO REFUND IS GRANTED FOR TATKAL CONFIRMED TICKET
          I really dont understand when the message clearly states You are eligible for refund of difference in Fare and when I filed TDR for downgrading

              Hi support team,
              I have booked a tatkal ticket from PCOI to PPTA for LTT SPJ SF SPL (01043) on 5th March, 2023 and date of journey was 6th March, 2023.
              For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
              Status was turned to cr registered, but the Amount was not refunded yet.
              I am not sure what else i might be missing to Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

                    I had booked three tickets from BPL to UJN journey date 29th June 2023, but the train got late from more than 4 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at 29-June-2023 at 8:15 am (Before the actual arrival of train at BPL STATION on that very day) .The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR as soon as possible .Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. The total amount for refund was 2199 for all three tickets. I am sharing the tickets details for your reference.

                        Hi sir/madam,

                        I recharged my UTS R-wallet with INR 200 but the amount is not credited to my wallet.

                        When i checked the payment status on the UTS app, it is stuck at 'Initialize payment'

                        However, the payment is already processed from my UPI app and the amount is successfully debited from my bank account.

                        Here are the necessary details:

                                Sir, I was booking a tatkaal ticket from Bhopal to Lucknow through PUSHPAK EXPRESS (12534) and after the transaction was completed it showed that the transaction is dropped- no seats available but the money was paid from my account so I want the refund for the same.                                     It is intimated that while booking a ticket on 19 th June, 2023 my money got deducted but the ticket has not been booked yet.                                       I have cancelled the tickets(8) from warangal to Tirupati [ train no:12626] last week, i didn't got the refund of my payment which is Rs.3173 i have been calling customer executive and they keep on saying there is a technical issue we can check your refund status please call back after 2 hrs .I'm fed up asking everyday please help me with my issue .
