Dear Sir,

Amritkal ki aap sabhi ko hardik shub kamanaye!!
I am making an effort as a honest, law abiding and 30% tax paying citizen of India.

Sir, I was supposed to go to ACG on above mentioned PNR and train on 27th July 2023
No updates were available on NTES sites. So after reaching the NGP station, Station master told me that 22691 is indefinitely late.
As i had a meeting with Dist Collector Agra on 28th, i filed TDR and took flight to Delhi and then Taxi to Agra.

I got intimation that my TDR is not approved. May i ask why?? The amount of 2900 Rs matters to me and its my hard earned money.
Again it was not my fault as train came to Nagpur 14 hrs after scheduled arrival time. In addition I paid extra 11, 000Rs to reach Agra to do my work.

I request you to kindly refund my ticket money as i did not travelled. It will be day light robbery if you fail to do so.

I am marking this copy to Hon PM, Rail Minister.

    I try to deposit money in my irctc ewallet but money got deducted from my account and in ewallet there is showing faild transaction what next kindly give my money back to my upi account that i can book my ticket

      Train Number - 12203 was late more than three hours and I didn't travel on 21st July 2023. I filed TDR on 22 July 2023 at 00:41 HRS which is well inside the stipulated time. IRCTC has rejected my claim with the status: CR Repudiate. My details are as follows.

      Train Number - 12203 (Garib Rath Express)
      My PNR was - [protected].
      Transaction Id - [protected]
      Date of Journey - 21 July 2023
      Day of Journey - Friday
      Source Station - New Delhi Railway Station
      Destination Station - Ambala Cantt Junction
      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Nobody has contacted me for the above mentioned issue. IRCTC is just making joke and fun of their consumers. I think I need to file the RTI for the actual arrival time of Garib Rath Express (12203) on 21 July 2023 at New Delhi Railway Station.

        मे 29 जून 2023 की लिए टिकट बुक किया था जिसमे मुझे लोअर क्लास प्रोवाइड किया गया था इसलिए मे ट्रेवल नहीं किये उसके बाद हम tdr file भर दिया रेलवे की तरफ से जबाब आया किया मेरे tdr फ्रॉम को रेउपीडिएट कर दिया इसलिए मे रेलवे से निबेदन करता हु की मेरे tdr file को reopne कर दे ताकि मेरे रुफंड मुझे मिल जाय, पंर [protected] train नंबर 15658

          Two PNR Number [protected],[protected]

          Train Kerala Express: 12626

          Boarding Station: Palakkad Junction

          Right time: 1352 hours
          TDR filed on 17 July 2040hrs
          Delay: By more than 9 hours, reached the station at 2300hrs.

          These two are valid TDRs which was repudiated for no reason. Please look into this matter.
          The delay costed me an additional travel day, separate bookings, and now no refund for the money.

            They are asking me to adjust, I have a reservation with PNR: [protected]. Why I need booking they are occupying our seats? Very much dissatisfied.

              I was depositing 1100 in my IRCTC ewallet which failed but amount deducted from bank but unable reflect in e wallet deposit history need refund immediately.

                I was filed a TDR of PNR No [protected] for Train was delayed more than 5 hours and passengers was not traveled. But Status is showing "CR REPUDIATE" and the amount is not refunded. So I request to do needful from your end.

                  Dear sir, i am medical student. I booked a eticket for my journey from rampur to howrah. And the pnr no is [protected]
                  My date of journey was 13-july -2023 but this train got canceled on 12-july, so i booked the another ticket in tatkal category but later i got the text message that this train is restored again and will be started from another station, as i already booked the ticket in another train i had to cancel this one, so i filed the TDR but i was not able to file it because their app was not woking, then i mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in to file the TDR…
                  But they opted the wrong reason of filing TDR “train is delayed by more than 3 hours” while the actual reason was “unable to cancel due to train recovered after cancellation”

                  So i mailed them again on 12-july-23, that TDR reason is wrong please file the another TDR, and they replied that my mail has been forwarded to concerned department.
                  But on 19 july i got the mail that my TDR is repudiated due to invalid reason(as train was not late more than 3 hours)
                  So i want my refund as this is not my fault, first train got cancelled and i had to rebook the other train in emergency and pay extra Tatkal charges also.and secondly i am not getting refund of my ticket.
                  Please look into the matter and ask them to refund my money(2300 inr)

                    It has been observed by us that Mr ABHISHEAK KUMAR (user Loginid - WSGLDPL18737) is violating IRCTC agent policy by doing fraudulent activities.

                    As per the policy, the address of any agent issued in the digital certificate should not be changed under any circumstances.

                    However Mr. VIVEK KUMAR JAIN is issuing tickets to various customers from a significant period of time through someone...

                    I was booked the train ticket with PNR [protected] from BPQ to SC through IRCTC official app,
                    On 07 July, 2023 for 22738 train to travel on 11 July, 2023.

                    Unfortunately the train has been diverted to another route, So that i have applied for TDR with a complaint of "Train diverted and passenger not travelled" with ref. no. of [protected] on 11 July, 2023.

                    And i have received the mail from IRCTC on 15 July 2023, That :TDR Request Repudiated Through EDR/ECRS.

                    I'm requesting to kindly do needful to me,

                    i didn't received any refund even after TDR application due to divertion of train.

                        I am a normal user trying to book tatkal but whenever booking opens after submiting the passenger detail and clicking on continue button it got stuck at loading even i need to cancek the page and relogin but after 10min of taking so mch time it get waitlisted irctc blocks my IP and user id i am a normal user it ONLY HAPPENS in TATKAL Opening time i am using AIRTEL my user id mokarramim

                          I have booked a retiring room in Belur station.
                          My booking is on today 13/07/2023 @20:00 hours.But the services are very poor. They didn't even changed the bedsheets. The bathroom amenities are also very dirty. When asked for help they just simply said this is not their duty. The staff in duty is not available till next morning. PLEASE HELP..

                            I have an account in irctc.co.in (user name is CJ13).
                            I was asked to verify my account via email verification OTP and mobile verification OTP for further usage of services.
                            I already got the mobile verification password by an SMS & my phone no. is verified But, I can't get email verification password.

                            Please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to verify my account.

                              Today I had another worst experience while trying to book the ticket. I tried to generate the OTP for mobile number it was working fine but while trying to generate the OTP for Email Address Verification. It is not sending any email address OTP. I tried changing to different email address. There is no mail received even after waiting for 5 minutes. There is some problem with the website while sending email address verification, it fails to do it. I am not able to take printout of the booking history. Please kindly resolve the issue.

                                    I have booked Tatal tickets for 3 persons (Family) to travel from Kalyan to Solapur on 09.06.2023 and got confirmed tickets PNR No [protected] coach no. B5 seat nos. 10, 13, 12 by 3rd AC.
                                    On 10.06.2023 at 18.21, I have received a message from IRCTC informing that “Allotted accommodatin in 3E instead of 3A. You are eligible for refund of difference in Fare. Indian Railway”.
                                    Since I have got confirmed 3rd AC tickets at the time of booking and after chart preparation it downgraded to 3E, I decided to file TDR at 18.59 on 10.06.2023.
                                    On July, 06. 2023 I have received email from [protected]@irctc.co.in informing that
                                    The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason passenger not Travelled As Reservation Provided in Lower Class has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules.
                                    Reason for Repudiation /rejectin : NO REFUND IS GRANTED FOR TATKAL CONFIRMED TICKET
                                    I really dont understand when the message clearly states You are eligible for refund of difference in Fare and when I filed TDR for downgrading
