Failed Transaction Refund not yet received

I tried to book a return ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore and return today and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket did not get confirmed. It was a failed transaction and the amount got debited from my account but ticket not confirmed/failed. i am continuously calling and dropping mails to as mentioned in site but they have not refunded to my account yet.could you please help me on this?...

I took a volvo bus from Bangalore to chikmagalur on[protected] at 2-35 PM and reached chikmagalur at 8 15 PM, but on the way it was heavy rain and bus was leaking, I and other passengers felt real discomfort throughout the journey,

not got the refund of my unbooked tiket

Online Refund

Then when I called they told it will take 3 days and it has still not been credited. Whenever I call the line is busy or it is connected/diverted to some one who never picks up.
