Some frauds are trying to call on my mobile no. and asking my debit card details, I'm complaining to the cybercrime department regarding those fraudsters along with their phone nos.

    Dear Sir my name is sriharsha i have booked a ticket on ksrtc.in site from gangavathi to hydrabad but while i checked on website it shows that the fare is 485 i booked 3 seats later 1738 has been deducted from my account i contacted the call center for ksrtc they are not giving proper ans for my debited details..

      I was travelling from Bangalore to Chennai on 10th October 2014 in KSRT Airavat bus number KA -8348 and my PNR number is J5913702 I boarded the bus with 2 bags and have kept it side by side in the luggage section above my seat. When nearing Chennai bus stand when I checked for my bag I could find only one of my bag and the Laptop bag was missing. I informed the conductor immediately and they seemed not to care at all and rather accusing me of carelessness. The whole point choosing a A/C bus is for comfort and safe travel and I have been travelling with KSRTC in the same route for the past 4 years it feels hurtful despite the loss of property you have to face the humiliation and attitude from the conductor I have filed a police complaint at Koyembedu Police station Chennai for the theft of Laptop

      Sir, We are in receipt of your e-mail complaint dated 11th October 2014. The matter has been examined in detail. On that day bus which was sent on Bangalore-Chennai route was provided with luggage space (Dicky), where luggage can be kept by the passengers and the said space is provided with lock facility. If you would have kept your laptop in the luggage space it would have been safe. Nobody has informed that they have got your laptop. If same was reported to KSRTC, it will be handed over to you.       Dear Sir,

      Subject : Laptop bag was stolen in bus.

      I was traveling from Coimbatore to Bangalore after meeting a customers in
      Coimbatore on 5th March 15, I took a Karnataka State Road
      Transport (KSRTC) bus (KA 01 F
      9274 ) with trip code of 2140CBTBNG (PNR
      J[protected] seat no 31W at 09:40 PM from Coimbatore
      bus stop for which the tickets were booked online the same evening.

      The seats that were available werethe last-but-one seats and there was no other who sat behind us (last row) asthese are not comfortable to travel overnight. As I remember, one guy (Unreserved Passenger) boarded the bus around 10.30pm and took the empty seats in the lastrow. Everything was OK until 1.30 AM when the bus stopped for a 5 min break atSalem (Tamilnadu). I saw my bag at that time which was kept below my seat
      in-between legs. Thereafter I was half asleep and
      the bus was stopped at a remote highway junction 30km from Salem (Outer ring
      road) at 2.15AM, and the persons who boarded at midnight got down at that
      location. Within no time I was feeling the awkwardness about place where the
      bus stopped and the guy who stepped down. I slowly got up and checked to see
      that my bag is missing. I searched alround and asking the fellow passengers. In
      the meantime the bus moved forward while I was alerting the conductor and the
      driver.
      I was literally pleading the driver and
      conductor to either stop or take a U turn to the same location. After so much
      of reluctance the driver took a U turn to the same location. By the time we
      went back, it was already more than 15min. I got down and asked a cabbie next
      to the same road about the guy who got down few minutes ago. I was unfortunate
      to have missed that guy. Later on in order to register a complaint, I had to
      visit 5 Police stations who were not ready to take up the complaint as they say
      the location of the crime does not fall under their limits.
      Please help me

      The bag contains following items.

      1) HP Laptop Serial No. :CNU9401HB9,

      2) Data Card,

      3) Company Id card

      4) C forms collected, Coimbatore.

      Hi. I was traveling from Connor to Coimbatore on 11th March with my 4 month old baby. We have unfortunately missed a baby bag in the bus. Request you to help us find and inform us if we can inquire anywhere. I am resident of Mumbai and had been there on trip. I am bad with the local language so not sure where the bus came from and where it was going. We got down from bus at 9.45 at gandhipuram. The bag has my baby products and clothes. The last bag in the picture is the one I lost

        PNR #: J45622613 Trip code: 2155BNGCHN Class of Service: RAJAHAMSA EXECUTIVE From: Shanthi Nagar Bus Stop To: Chennai KMBD The ticket was booked online and due to the problems which occurred on 27th of Sept the service was cancelled by KSRTC. I have still not received the refund amount for the ticket booked. Tried called the numbers provided on the ticket but they seem to be irresponsible and treat the customer without any concern or respect. Kindly refund the ticket amount.

          Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket from KSRTC online booking website and due to my inconvenience i have cancelled the ticket. during cancellation i was intimated of refund of ticket amount with a week. Its almost 15 days since i have cancelled my ticket and i didnt got any refund. I tried contacting KSRTC through email but no luck(no reply from them), i also tried their customer service number, they are very irresponsible that they picked up the phone and kept it aside.             Hello sir, ksrtc has provided a very good bus service from mangalore(karnataka) to kasargod(kerala) .the bus servic and timings and punctuality was considered very good and convinient for people travelling on regular basis for work since past one month we need to wait for more than half an hour for bus with somany buses there in service we don't understand wat is creating this havoc and inconvinence to public

                Hi Team, I travelled from shimoga to Bangalore on 06/10/2014. When tried to book the ticket online the rates were 290/- for genearal KSRTC bus, as there was error in the payment transaction, I personally went to KSRTC ticket reservation counter and booked the ticket. But the rate they charged was 340 for the normal bus. This is not a justified act as KSRTC is supposed to give service to passengers. Details of the Bus PNR : J45870953 Date of Journey : 06/10/2014 Time of Departure : 10:45 PM Bus Number : KA 17 F 1652 (As the reserved bus was not in condition they arranged this bus to travel to bangalore) Even one of the lady reserved the ticket (with ticker number 24) was supposed to sit in the front seat near the front glass (side seat), as the person sitting next to her was drunked. It was so disgusting that conductor did not co operated to make that person to sit in another place, and was shouting at ladies to adjust. Hope this complaint will be turned into action Regards Manjula

                  I tried to book a return ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore and return today and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the ticket did not get confirmed. It was a failed transaction and the amount got debited from my account but ticket not confirmed/failed. i am continuously calling and dropping mails to as mentioned in site but they have not refunded to my account yet.could you please help me on this?

On your date of journey due to heavy rain, leakage was there in the ceiling of the vehicle. The same was reported and rectified immediately when the vehicle came to depot. Due to unavoidable circumstances the said incidence happened. The concerned Depot Manager is suitably instructed to operate good vehicles and also check the vehicles before departure from the depot.                       Hi, I have booked two tickets in KSRTC bus on 05/10/2014 from Neyveli (Tamilnadu) to Bangalore (Karnataka). We got into the bus at 9.30PM in Neyveli. During the travel there was some mechanical problem (Breakdown) in the bus and driver has stopped the bus near to Cengam (Tamilnadu) at around 1.30AM. After that there was no action taken by both conductor and driver to get the alternate bus.First they told that they called KSRTC depot and the bus is coming from Salem (Salem is 120 Kms far from cengam) and it will reach the spot in next 2 hrs. So all the passengers were waiting in the spot. After 2 hrs. They told that bus is not coming from Salem now its coming from Vellore (Tamilnadu) (Vellore is 100 kms far from cengam) and it will reach in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs. They told that now only bus started from vellore it will take 2 more hrs. On that occasion happens, the time was around 5.45 AM. All the passengers were waiting for more than 5 hrs. Finally all the passengers boarded into a TNSTC bus with their own expense and we reached bangalore at 11.30 AM. We were unable to go to office on Monday due to late. So, Please refund the money to all the passengers immediately also Please advice to those conductor and driver to take necessary action when these kind of situation occurs in future. Please treat this complaint seriously.                         i have cancelled my tickets for banglore to bombay roundtrip around 20-24sep but yet not received my refund amount, they have sent me a mail that my bookings are cancelled and 10% is deducted, but atleast rest of the amount should be returned to me., its already been around 15days..please look into the matter and help me with this..my pnr was: J45354875, transaction id was:9A2mXt68 for banglore-bombay and from bombay to banglore it was, my pnr:J45357814 and trnsction:dyEcnmmF.

                          i called to the customer care and waiter for around 20 minutes . i heard onl the recorded voice saying that "all our customer executives are bus " I think KSRTC intention is to make all the callers to hear the recorded voice. Kindly do the needed remedies, if you dont have any solution please close this customer care which is of no use

                            sir, on 22/9/14, I had booked 6 tickets, round trip from Bangalore to Kukke and return. Total amount Rs.3205; The transaction are OB13187454, OB13180211, OB13180251 The online portal of yours shows it under failed transactions under "My itineraries "; Since 22/9/14, am sending mails to [protected]@ksrtc.org and [protected]@ksrtc.org ; Till now there is no response about the refund. I have been calling all the numbers listed in the website [protected] [protected] [protected] Ext. 283 [protected] [protected] [protected] accounts section officer contact number. Only a person on [protected] answered the phone once ( after trying may be 20 times ) and gave other numbers to follow up. There is absolutely no response and they pick the call and immediately disconnect .I have not only lost the amount for tickets but also call charges and my patience. If the complaint is not addressed, I may need to take another step further to get my money back. with grief an unsatisfied customer.

                                Sir/Madam, As I was trying to book a ticket to my native on 16/09/2014 the transaction failed not once but twice, Sent a E-mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org on 16/09/2014 but till now no reply has been confirmed. Tried calling the customer care No., but its of no use, no one care to pick the call only a computerised tone says all are executives are busy attending other calls please wait I have been doing this for last 3 to 5 days no one picks the call only my amount gets deducted from my balance after all waiting for 10minutes.Worst Customer Care facilities.                                   I booked my ticket more than a week back and it was a failed transaction. OB13053917 I sent a mail and there was no reply. Then when I called they told it will take 3 days and it has still not been credited. Whenever I call the line is busy or it is connected/diverted to some one who never picks up. Or else the person speaks rudely. The staff need to be taught how to speak to customers. We lose money in a few minutes but it takes more than a week to refund it. So we are also angry and we can also lose our temper. The money needs to be refunded as soon as possible. Very unprofessional behaviour from the KSRTC people. Please refund the money soon.

                                    We have come across many cases where in the conductor will not allow us to get in the bus because we carry monthly bus passes. They treat us like free travelers. This is a day to day complaint from all the KSRTC bus travellers. We are all Government employees travel from Bangalore to Kunigal daily. Many a time some of the conductors will not stop the bus at Gurugunta palya even though there is stop here. some times they stop the bus but will not allow us inside, because we carry KSRTC monthly passes. Mainly Hassan, Chikkamangalure and Bangalore depot busses causes this problem. We have started to note all the bus numbers who create this type of problems and want to update in this portal and will be sending the a written complaint to the Minister concerned with a copy to the media. I request all other commuter who face this type of problems complain in this portal. The conductor of KA F588 date 16 /09/2014 has not allowed to travel to Bangalore from Kunigal. I want you to take necessary action on the conductor.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am Totally immensed person, I have catches a KSRTC bus KA19- F3147 At evening 6:00PM- But he left the Dharmatshala at 7:00 PM. But the conductor he abusely behave with women passengers and scolded different bad words Conductor is fully drunken, at last all the passengers were asked about the conductor he said he is government employ couldn't do anything. At last he given many stops in all the bus stations, we asked to please give the stop in OKALIPURAM stop in Near Majestic, but he didn't give the stop for that we asked him that why not given the stop he strongly scolded and hitted me. Please take action on him to hitting to the passengers and mis behaved with women passengers.

                                        i have travelled from B.C. Road to Bangalore on 15.12.2013 in K.S.R.T.C. rajahamsa. tickets booked by using canarabank net banking. since first time it is not booked tried again & travelled as well. but twice amount has been deducted & written complaint been given to canara bank in the month of Jan'2014. now they confirmed both the transactions were successful, request you to pls refund my 492 INR .
