I have multiple things to say, we were supposed to travel to Chennai on 09-Oct at 8:30 PM and catch a flight at 5:45 AM from Chennai Airport(Chennai-Guwahati).
I booked the below KSRTC bus looking at the arrival time i.e. 3:30 AM at Chennai.

Well, on the day of travel I got a message saying the bus is cancelled. How do you expect me to book a ticket on the same day???
This is just the first part. I somehow managed to book another bus, boarding time : 9:50PM Venue : ShanthiNagar bus stand. Chennai arrival time : 4:00 AM

We reached the bus stand at 9 to make sure we don't miss the bus. Unfortunately, the bus showed up at 10:45PM after a lot of searching. They asked us to board another bus
for some reason, when asked the driver said the bus will reach at 6:15, way after the flight would have taken off..
We are expected to be at the airport an hour before the travel.
First of all, how can you cancel the bus on the same day???? The total amount deducted for the ticket was 1999, amount refunded is 1804. Why should I pay for your mistake???
How can you expect us to board the bus 1:30 hrs late when we have a flight to catch????
We had to pay Rs. 6700/- for a inter-city cab and catch the flight.
Total loss incurred : Cab (6700) + Bus cancelled(184) = Rs 6884/-
Who will refund this amount?

Action has been taken to refund difference amount of Rs.195/-, and you will get refund within seven-ten working days.
If refund is not received within seven days, you are requested to contact Accounts section of KSRTC, by email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and / or telephone no. 22221321 Ext 280 (SBI) or 283 (other banks),[protected]direct) during office hours on all working days quoting KSRTC OB reference no. and user ID.
