    Yesterday i.e 18/12/2014 at 9.30 AM during the process of online booking round trip tickets from Bangalore to Puttur KSRTC site "http://www.ksrtc.in/site" didn't work after the payment and I did not get the tickets. 1188/- Rs has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account. So, I kindly request you to refund me the amount deducted while booking online tickets as soon as possible.         Hi Sir, The KSRTC buses when they are going to Bangalore, bus conductor is not allowed the Attibele passenger(18/12/2014).By mistake catch bus they taking ticket for Attibele, but they not giving stop Attibele.Directly going to fly over.Please take action and resolve this problem.The bus came by Magadi bus division.             On 21 October 2014, i tried booking 2 tickets from Kannur to Bangalore via online and they both ended up in failure after the payment was made. I had contacted the customer care and they requested me to email to [protected]@ksrtc.org (Accounts Section) with OB no & user id. Well, after sending that i had called the accounts section several times, every time a lady picks up the call and keeps the receiver aside until the call timed out. I had even followed up with several emails but not one response yet. Its been almost 2 months now and i do not see my money coming back.

              On 17.12.2014, online, I wanted to book the ticket from Belgaum to Bangalore by AC 2 Sleeper and the money was deducted but the ticket neither came in the mobile nor in the screen.                 Refund of bus cancellation

                Ticket is not booked but money is deducted from account

                I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to pune, i was taken through online banking where 1033 was deducted but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer...

                KSRTC ordinary Bus has been scheduled daily from Sunrise circle / Bandireddy circle to Vellore and Thiruvannamalai, respectively at 7.30PM and 8.30PM on regular basis, But nowadays, it is irregular, somedays we dont find the bus at all, for instance, On 24th November 2014, Bus towards Vellore never turned up, where as Bus towards Thiruvannamalai, came late by 10PM.

                  Money still not refunded even after four months and multiple follow-ups. Transaction no - OB12469823 Journey From/To: BANGALORE to CHICKMAGALUR Status - Failed Ticket Nos. - 3 Bank - SBI Journey Date: 15.7.2014 Bus Timing: 2:35 pm bus Mobile - [protected] This is a complaint against KSRTC online refund department for failed transactions. I had tried to book 3 tickets on 15th July, 2014 for journey from Bangalore to Chickamagalur" online. The money got debited from my account but did not get any SMS or email confirming my successful booking. I immediately called up KSRTC Customer care and after checking up, the representative told me that it was a "Failed" transaction and that I should send an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' with the OB number (which is OB[protected]. I did exactly what she told me to. I sent an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' and they replied to my email saying - "We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification. You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days. For other issues regarding non receipt of refund amount kindly call[protected] OR[protected] during office hours." Well, I received no refund. Then I called the above given numbers and every number given on the "http://www.ksrtc.in/site/contact-us" page. Most of the times, no one will pick up the call. If you're lucky enough on some day, an operator (always a lady) would pick up the call and just after she gets to know that it the call is for refund, she would immediately redirect to some extension without even listening to another word of mine. The phone where my call is redirected then keeps ringing and ringing and no one ever picks up. I have no idea how much I have spent on phone trying to get someone to talk to! But till today, I have failed all the times. So I decided to send another email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' on November 4th. But to my surprise, this time, I failed to get a reply to my email too (till today- 23rd November)! I don't understand, for a fault on their end for which the booking got failed, why should we the customers need to suffer so much? First, the money is gone and the next, spend rest of the days being harassed and frustrated trying to speak to someone to resolve it! KSRTC is truly pathetic and I am too frustrated now to do anything to bring the KSRTC Accounts department down. Rittik

                      This conductor of KA - 18, F-574 on 21st Nov 2014 today asked lady to get down in wrong place just because of driver willing to go on fly over which was opposite to what he said while boarding the lady who is a patient. None of the customer care numbers responded properly when called. KSRTC customer care is waste and careless for even for lady passengers.

                        Poor behavior and demand of money from conductor of Bus: 16/11/2014, Trip Code 2247BNGCHN, Bus No - KA -538, AC sleeper. Due to some booking mistake instead of selecting Electronic City as boarding point, I selected Shanti Nagar. On receiving crew details I called crew that my female friend would be able to board from Electronic city. I was affirmed that there wont be any issues with it. So we waited at Electronic City. After my friend boarded the bus, the conductor started scolding and after some time he demanded money. To avoid arguments she had to give. I want to bring this to your notice that this is very serious issue of harassment of passengers. Had this situation continue I would be left with no other option but to select private providers who can take action on their crew. Please take proper action by some warning to crews that they dont do these cheap behavior. I would look forward for some action. I would wish better experience in future so that I dont escalate it.                           I booked 2 tickets having PNR number J46371501 & J46403975 amounting to Rs.1912 and Rs.1208 respectively. I had recieved a mail stating that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount after applying cancellation charges which amounts to Rs.1040 and Rs.942 will be refunded within 7 working days.I've waited for 7 working days and then i've sent mails to [protected]@ksrtc.org but didn't get any reply. I've tried calling the customer care numbers and i don't seem to get a reply from them as well. I want my refund amount to be credited as soon as possible.                           Now getting fake calls from fraudulent people using these details here and asking for my bank account details saying that they work for KSRTC.

                            Sir We took 2 full ticket from Thrissur to Chalakudy on 14/11/2014 at 18.33 hrs in the KSRTC bus with Reg No:KL-15 9647 which was going to Cherthala.The bus was over crowded and the seats that reserved for ladies were occupied by the male passengers. we requested the conductor to vacate the seat and to help us to get the seats . But he laughed with other passengers and went to the front side and sat in his seat. He denied our Rights as a passenger and his laugh make us very sad. So I humbly request you to take necessary action against the said conductor to avoid such incidents in the future.

                              I have booked a ticket for my father from Hyderabad to Bellary today 7Nov2014. Unfortunately he forgot to carry the ID card. The driver behavior was bit rude and he didn't allow him to board the bus. I couldn't cancel the bus ticket and could not board the bus. I had to buy a new ticket for getting in to the bus. I have been travelling(Bangalore to Hyderabad) with KSRTC since last 7 years and never had this kind of experience. Definitely I will change my mind now to travel with KSRTC anymore. I am not sure, how to take it up with KSRTC and get my money back. Here are my ticket details PNR: H46503417, Bus Number KA34F 1231.

                              Sir/Madam, We are in receipt of your mail and your request is examined. As per KSRTC rules, 50% of the fare will be refunded if you produce the scanned copy of ticket purchased from the Conductor in the bus.                                 as our government is giving salary to the employees of ksrtc on monthly basics and pensions.our government is not watching / monitoring the work of these employees .they will be payed even if they done or not done the work properly.by this our ksrtc is suffering a huge loss day by day while the private bus owners profit is increasing. by considering this huge loss of ksrtc, government is forced by the private bus owners to increase the bus charge eventually. I request you to take necessary actions against the ksrtc employees and also reduce the bus charge as the diesel charge reduced

                                  KSRTC hasn't refunded for the cancelled bus service (PNR J[protected]. Amount: Rs 769. It's more than a month now. Not getting response to email requests. No answer to phone calls. Here is the cancellation email from KSRTC to me (3.5 hours before boarding time): _____________________________________________________________________ Service Cancellation Alert KSRTC regrets to inform that for PNR No. J45760355, service 2230BNGCHN from BANGALORE to CHENNAI on journey date 07/10/2014 is cancelled. _____________________________________________________________________ Transaction as seen in my bank statement: 30/09/2014 30/09/2014 BIL/[protected]/ksrtc769/KSRTC_MIC I35029 769.00 On 11th Oct, I had gone to the Majestic (KBS) counter, I was told that I would be refunded online as it's a online ticket.
