    Hi,

    This is regards KSRTC OB reference number : OB15735093 for refund of amount Rs.2686.00

    I have booked 2 ticket from hyderabad to banglore through ksrtc online portal, my account got debited whereas ticket was not confirmed.The transaction code for OB15735093,
    Kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount. Its been more than a week but there is no response on mail sent for the refund nor there is a proper response from customer care side when i called them.

    Please do the needful at the earliest

                      On 21 October 2014, i tried booking 2 tickets from Kannur to Bangalore via online and they both ended up in failure after the payment was made. I had contacted the customer care and they requested me to email to [protected]@ksrtc.org (Accounts Section) with OB no & user id. Well, after sending that i had called the accounts section several times, every time a lady picks up the call and keeps the receiver aside until the call timed out. I had even followed up with several emails but not one response yet. Its been almost 2 months now and i do not see my money coming back.

                        On 17.12.2014, online, I wanted to book the ticket from Belgaum to Bangalore by AC 2 Sleeper and the money was deducted but the ticket neither came in the mobile nor in the screen. Since it was in middle the driver took to Hyderabad and he said the alternative bus is there but before I reaching there the alternative bus started and conductor told me that the bus started since all passengers created problem and told me to cancel my ticket since I would get full amount..                           We are the passengers of Nelamangala town situated 30 k m from Bangalore city. So many people who are working at bangalore in different govt and semi govt and also in private sector. In this regard it is very essential to reach offices intime.But there is no proper transport facility to us. All the non stop vehicles are not visited to Nelamangala bus stop and it is quite inconvenient to travel by BMTC and Local KSRTC buses. Most of the Long route buses are not coming to entry point which is situated at Sondekoppa by pass. And there is Toll in the Highway but the some of the conductors are not entertain to enter into buses and the major problem from the Tumkur-Bangalore busses. Hence, we request you to please advice the Tumkur-Bangalore busses drivers to pick the passengers from the Toll point and which is very helpful to us to reach offices in time.                             I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to pune, i was taken through online banking where 1033 was deducted but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer...

                            KSRTC ordinary Bus has been scheduled daily from Sunrise circle / Bandireddy circle to Vellore and Thiruvannamalai, respectively at 7.30PM and 8.30PM on regular basis, But nowadays, it is irregular, somedays we dont find the bus at all, for instance, On 24th November 2014, Bus towards Vellore never turned up, where as Bus towards Thiruvannamalai, came late by 10PM.

                              Money still not refunded even after four months and multiple follow-ups. Transaction no - OB12469823 Journey From/To: BANGALORE to CHICKMAGALUR Status - Failed Ticket Nos. - 3 Bank - SBI Journey Date: 15.7.2014 Bus Timing: 2:35 pm bus Mobile - [protected] This is a complaint against KSRTC online refund department for failed transactions. I had tried to book 3 tickets on 15th July, 2014 for journey from Bangalore to Chickamagalur" online. The money got debited from my account but did not get any SMS or email confirming my successful booking. I immediately called up KSRTC Customer care and after checking up, the representative told me that it was a "Failed" transaction and that I should send an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' with the OB number (which is OB[protected]. I did exactly what she told me to. I sent an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' and they replied to my email saying - "We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken accordingly after due verification. You are requested to check your bank account in case of refund after 7 business days. For other issues regarding non receipt of refund amount kindly call[protected] OR[protected] during office hours." Well, I received no refund. Then I called the above given numbers and every number given on the "http://www.ksrtc.in/site/contact-us" page. Most of the times, no one will pick up the call. If you're lucky enough on some day, an operator (always a lady) would pick up the call and just after she gets to know that it the call is for refund, she would immediately redirect to some extension without even listening to another word of mine. The phone where my call is redirected then keeps ringing and ringing and no one ever picks up. I have no idea how much I have spent on phone trying to get someone to talk to! But till today, I have failed all the times. So I decided to send another email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' on November 4th. But to my surprise, this time, I failed to get a reply to my email too (till today- 23rd November)! I don't understand, for a fault on their end for which the booking got failed, why should we the customers need to suffer so much? First, the money is gone and the next, spend rest of the days being harassed and frustrated trying to speak to someone to resolve it! KSRTC is truly pathetic and I am too frustrated now to do anything to bring the KSRTC Accounts department down. Rittik

                                KSRTC Perumbavoor Depot has a service via Govt Medical College Ernakulam. From the last 3 months the service have interrupted nature. Lot of regular passengers depending the service including patients to Medical College, Ekm. The bus route is Panamkuzhi- Thrippoonithura service This route we have no sufficent bus service.                                   This conductor of KA - 18, F-574 on 21st Nov 2014 today asked lady to get down in wrong place just because of driver willing to go on fly over which was opposite to what he said while boarding the lady who is a patient. None of the customer care numbers responded properly when called. KSRTC customer care is waste and careless for even for lady passengers.
