Lupin Laboratories — defective onbrez 150 with a very short shelf life

As a cghs beneficiary, i was supplied by the dispensary onbrez 150. Last month, a pack manufactured in 2016 with expiry in june 2018 was supplied by the dispensary (As available from the official supplier). Not a single capsule could be used as these did not break inside the inhaler, being a defective piece with a very short shelf life. On enquiry, it is learnt that there is no supply of this item with a longer shelf life. My mail to the company, following my communication on the company's toll free no. Have resulted in no response as yet. Users of this drug may please check that the inhaler is not defective and has a longer shelf life.
