Recently purchased a Samsung S95c model from Reliance digital showroom in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

Complaint registered on Dec23 for TV replacement/refund since the product supplied is found to be defective(motherboard/tv panel issue within 2 months of purchase)

Neither the showroom (Reliance Digital) or the brand (Samsung) is interested to look into this case seriously. After close to 40 days of wait, my request for replacement approval is rejected(without proper reason)

Requested customer support to connect with brand manager and area service manager but the customer service representative is least interested to heed to my request.

Bought this product for 2.2 lakhs INR and pathetic to see how samsung treats its customer. Sincerely hope, some responsible person in Samsung looks into the customer request with a knowledge and passion for customer experience.

Samsung manufactures product which easily breaks within couple of months and in the name of warranty they play the waiting game with the customer. Its high time, Samsung does proper R&D to build products and manufacture them. They should start realizing the value of customers hard earned money and stop hiding themselves like cowards.

Do not buy Samsung Products and waste your money!!!

    I bought Galaxy M34 on 18 Jan 2024 from Dealer Gopal Mobile Fatehpur 212601.
    Next morning I reported him about battery drain mobile camera and hanging issues but he refused to refund.
    Next day I visited service center as requested by samsung customer care but all in vain they refuse to refund.
    My device still have same issues.

    Not only my device but all Galaxy M34 have the same issue informed by samsung service center.

    Therefore I request you to kindly advice me how to get refund as device is under return period of 14 days.

    Its been about month of running to service center submited my dvice three time for observation and finally they said there is no prolem while i am still facing same Drain issue while stand by mode yesterday i chaged full didnt do much in phone slept aroound 11:30 pm whe. Gets up phonw was swiched off in deep discharge took time to turn on when charged.

    Service center obsevation is not in idle mode and they are using wifi to connect with net i think thats why they dont find amit ok but my problem is discharge while on idle.

    Samsung care has no solution so they refuse to admit that there is any problem and instead they offered me to extend my warranty for 3 more month as a customer gesture but nighter they solved my issue nor they extended warranty yet.

    I send them other customers reviews as well to prove my point but that make them executive furious on me.

      S24 Ultra Preorder Cancellation

      I've placed pre-order for S24 ultra on 20th Jan 2024 and decided to cancel immediately after 2 hours. There was no cancel option on the website and hence reached out to customer care via call, chat and emails. Every time they said the order will be cancelled and their dedicated team will contact me over email or call.

      To my surprise, I've got part of the order delivered today at home when I was in office. I'm about to get remaining...

      My Samsung TV is still under warranty, I bought the TV in March 2023, now crack is showing on the screen of my TV. But neither the TV nor the screen is damaged, but the Samsung service center is not repairing the TV under warranty because they are saying that there is physical damage.But there is no damage on the screen or TV.

      My request is that Samsung department should repair my TV under warranty as there is no physical damage.But there is no damage on the screen or TV. I have also attached the video and photo, please check it. In the photo, as long as the TV is off, the entire screen is shown perfectly. Without any damage, as soon as we switched on the TV, damage was shown from inside the screen.And there is no push on the TV nor anything else from my side.

      My request is that Samsung department should repair my TV under warranty as there is no physical damage.

          Hello!!

          I am writing to inform you about the faulty washing machine that I have purchased from Snehanjali electronics & trading pvt ltd store. On the 26th of October 2023; copy of invoice enclosed.I bought a brand new Washing machine. However, after a few weeks o[censored]sing it, several problems started to appear on top screens of error 4C.

          When I try to Wash clothes, the system either crashes or a 4C error is shown. Also, I am getting a lot of complaints, even after your service engineer come at home and always engineering told me machine is ok not a faulty then i will show video footage he said that when i am come your home then error not shown, your machine is not faulty, what ridiculous answer and on the next day same issue face.

          machine purchase date is 26/10/2023 and today 25/01/2023 almost 91Days from the purchase Till Date
          my first complaint is 14/11/2023 and today 25/01/2024 almost 72 Days from the First complaint
          Your machine work without failure 19 days

          I am being harassed by the Samsung customer service centre till date for regarding your machine is not faulty,
          when i shown the video footage then engineer tell me, when i come your home then machine is not showing error of 4C.

          Kindly resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

          I Have wasted a lots of time, when i raised the complaint (Lost Of Time)

            My Samsung F54 phone is permanently locked by Samsung while I was using my phone, it was locked by company, I attempted the PIN as set, but it was not accepting my PIN then It got locked without giving any warning of wrong pin then phone got permanently locked by Samsung for unsuccessful attempts.

              Samsung m52 5g greenline issue

              I have been using this model close to 2 years.               Hi team,
              By mistake I have bought a Samsung microwave, it’s troubling me a lot.
              It’s been 3yrs now and the same display unit is gone for 4 times now. Cost of the product is 12k and the amount and service for this device costed more than 12k(to me and for the company). I don’t expect this from a company like Samsung, the product is bad(as I need to change the same part every 6 to 7 months) and service and spares are even worst(display unit is gone for 4 times and service people are not checking the root cause for the display issue, simply replacing the part and going, same issue is popping up again and replacing again. Now I font have patience and money or trust to do the same thing again and again. Samsung can take this microwave for a case study and study the issue so that other users can be benefited. Redo with your product as well with service.
              Since 12 days I raised a complaint(9th December) and no response from back end till date.
              I have all samsung products at home but from now I will be careful from now by not buying Samsung products.

                Team I brought s22 ultra 1 year back suddenly It stopped working I showed to service center they told motherboard issue directly its cost of 40k but is is not under warrenty how 1 lakh cost phones will causes such type of issue I showed outside because they told we can't repair we can replace, I brought this for 1 lakh again after year need to spend 40k its totally disappointed with S22 ultra I went for 2nd option for outside repair they also can't able to solve problem Again revisited to Samsung to help me with this I am not getting proper support on this now they are telling it already opened from outside service we can't do anything

                  This complaint regarding of Harassment and demanding amount ₹3450 within 1 year guarantee period of my Samsung TV Remote.

                  I am valuable customer of Samsung company. My Remote sensor not working properly from the beginning. I complaint costumer care manny time but they given solution on temporary bassis not permanent. I purchased new Samsung TV before 3 months, but from beginning remote sensor not working when I purchased new Samsung TV salesman insured me for best service for further inconvenience but this is first time very bed experience. I am surprised Mr. Dushyant( Samsung authorised person) denied to replace remote even told me for pay charge amount of around 3550 immediately whenever I have 1 year guarantee.
                  This is very wrong and harassment of costumer!
                  Kindly look this issue I will be great fully of your!

                  Today 26th of December, Because of we have no option, our TV is not working without Remote last 6-7 days. Samsung team pressurised us to pay 3497. Finally we pay today and purchased new remote.
                  Very disappointed from Samsung, never recommend in future..!👎👎👎

                    We have purchased brand new double door refrigerator on 16-Sep-2023. They have delivered on 17-Sep-2023 and technician from Samsung came for demo and identified compressor issue and recommended for replacement. We received replacement refrigerator on next day. Samsung technician came and gave demo and it was working for next 3 days. After 3 days, it was not cooling, we called Samsung Customer Care team. Technician came and try to identify the issue, he is not getting any error code in the device and changed some configuration and asked him give a call if it is not working again. Again after two days it was not working called the technician. He came take all the photos and told to send report to HO team and Samsung HO team will contact further. But we didn't get any call from Samsung HO team and after few days we checked with Samsung customer care and they told ticket is closed without resolving issue. We have raised complaint again and technician came and restart the refrigerator and saying it is working fine and close the ticket. Samsung Customer Care is third party vendor and they have limited knowledge. They simply visit to us and close the ticket without resolving the issue. We have asked to provide the details for Samsung HO team to escalate the issue further. But they are not sharing the details. We have sent an email Samsung Grievance team and sent an email to Samsung India CEO also as per the protocol mentioned in Samsung Website.

                    Samsung Customer Care team don't have any intention to resolve the issue and they simply close the ticket saying it is working fine without getting confirmation from us.

                    We are struggling with brand new refrigerator for last 3 months.

                      My phone was locked by samsung and unable to unlock.
                      Samsung service centre told that they have to factory resetting to unlock that means my all memories photos of my kid will be erased.
                      All my important documents will also be erased.
                      I don't want that to be erased but no one from samsung is helping.
                      There should be some way to get rid of this problem

                          I had raised my first complaint [protected] on 11/0ct/2023 to report a cooling issue with my single door refrigerator. A technician from NewTech services visited on 13/Oct/2023 to diagnose the issue and confirmed that the compressor is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty of 10 years. The same has been replaced on 1/Nov/2023 by the technician . On the same day, we noticed that a lot of noise was coming out of the compressor which was abnormal and the technician said he would order another compressor and get it replaced once arrived.

                          The second time the part was replaced on 06/Nov/2023. However, we are noticing the similar symptoms on the compressor that got replaced second time. Cooling is very low, unable to make ICE cubes. When I contacted customer care this morning, I was informed that the service center has reordered the part again.

                          The compressor has been replaced third time, still the issue not solved.It shows that Samsung India is not capable enough to support their product even under warranty. If they are not able to support then why they have to sell the product. They can simply sell it without warranty so that customer is not have to put faith on the Samsung product and it goes all depends on their fate.

                          I am raising voice my voice in this forum to get right resolution for the issue still i am having with my compressor.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            This is regarding a consumer harassment case that i have gone through during past 03 years post purchasing a Samsung Television model from the Reliance Digital Showroom located at Electronic City, Bengaluru, India on Dt. 18th October, 2020.

                            Please find the invoice copy of my purchased product attached herewith.

                            Below is the summary of mental harassment and pain and time that i have lost during this period :

                            Model details of the TELEVISION Set that i purchased- (SAMSUNG INDIA (CRYSTAL UHD SERIES 8- MODEL 50 TU8000),
                            In February, 2022, i was unable to view the pictures, as the screen display went blank.
                            After multiple requests and follow ups and mental harrasment, the service centre from Samsung replaced the LED Display panel as per the recommendation by the visiting technician from Samsung India, on 18th March, 20222.
                            This also caused me mental harassment, loss of my valuable time and effort after paying my hard earned money as a consumer.
                            Now, again after almost 02 years and 10 months, i am facing similar/repetitive issue with the same television set.
                            After multiple follow ups and requests, Samsung technician visited my place today and confirmed that the LCD Display panel is not functional any more
                            To replace this display panel, i need to bear a cost of approximate INR 9, 500/-
                            Please help me resolving this issue by replacting this Defective TV set with a completely new product . I strongly believe the Consumer Protection Act 2019 Act provides safety to consumers regarding defective products, dissatisfactory services, and unfair trade practices. I understand, the basic aim of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 is to save the rights of the consumers by establishing authorities for timely and effective administration and settlement of consumers' disputes.

                              In one year Samsung M31S mobile completely dead and it's motherboard not working. Service centre says it's replaced in 85, 00. In this amount I have purchased new mobile. I have previously heard that about Samsung all products by people, they says Samsung all products are very bad & now I will phase same problem. It's product prices is hugh & repair cost is half to its orginal amount. *I REQUESTED TO ALL DONT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT*. it's my personal experience.

                                Hi,

                                This is informed to that i have visited at service center deny summiting the handset, He is saying handset is damage,
                                but my handset is not damage only back cover damage so i am ready to pay back cover charge,

                                1st my simple query handset fold stuck why without any reason that time my handset is working condition no damage excluding back cover.
                                all service center staff talking about abuse word also argument even i am asking all query as requested mode also CCO demanding charges,
                                even i visited to service center as per customer care suggestion.
                                how can possible flip is stuck on middle, while i am going to urgent work out of country,

                                My handset is not damaged, only the fold function is not working. How can it possibly be under 3 years fold stuck,
                                even if the fold attempt is 2Lac to 4 Lac time above while using.

                                customer care denied providing any solution, so i requested you to please repair my fold, while summit the handset to center for inspection my set is working condition, after return handset from service center handset is dead condition.
